The property was clean, located in a very good area for traveling around. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure , with a great pool to relax in. The best part was of course all of the staff, so very welcoming, polite, courteous and extremely attentive for any need. I would like to thank Nyoman for a wonderful welcome and made sure we were looked after during our stay, also Igus for his wonderful supper attentive service and making our stay comfortable and making sure we got to the airport safe and on time. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well!!! Definitely recommend to all.

We have just spent 15 days at this fantastic hidden gem in Seminyak. The Lotus Tirta is an older style small hotel with 16 bedrooms and 3 villas. The grounds and rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff work efficiently all day to ensure it stays spotless. The rooms are well airconditioned with large comfortable beds, TV, fridge, safe and bathrooms. They open onto a shared verandah with dividing half walls which allows for privacy but at the same time provides and opportunity to engage with the staff and other guests if desired. The pool is cold and refreshing with tropical plants, traditional statues where offerings were placed daily, several lounges and a table with comfortable chairs for relaxing. We were lucky enough to be served breakfast by the pool every day during our stay but there is also a dining area on the property where breakfast is served for all guests. Breakfast is booked the night before from a menu and includes local as well as western foods. It is served at your chosen time in your room or dining area and is excellent. During our stay we had the opportunity to move into the three bedroom villa and this is absolutely fantastic with very large rooms, semi outdoor bathroom, private pool, large kitchen, dining and lounge area. It is a mix of traditional style entrance and roof with relatively modern interior. The location is fantastic, on a small quiet street with good money changer, a coffee shop, an excellent warung, laundry and a 24 hr convenience store. The street joins two larger streets in this area, both with lots of shopping and extensive variety of restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to Seminyak beach. However what makes the Lotus Tirta shine among the many different hotels and villas we have stayed at over 30 years visiting Bali is the Staff. I was travelling on a workation and stayed for nearly 3 weeks. The hotel was in an amazing location, close to the beach and all amenities, including shopping and restaurants. All of the staff were lovely and so helpful. They couldn’t do enough for their guests. Two downsides - my room smelled musty, a little bit like there was mould or mildew. The room was spotlessly clean, but the smell was always there. Additionally, as I was working most days, the Wi-Fi wasn’t good enough. I could not join video calls from my laptop without losing what people were saying or having to turn my camera off to save bandwidth.

This was such a cozy, welcoming accommodation! The staff are so friendly, polite and kind! We liked that it was in a convenient location only 5-10 mins walk to the busy street with restaurants and shops but still quiet and calm enough as it's tucked in an alley. We didn't get to use the pool but it was nicely maintained and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the hot water in the shower was consistent. They looked after our luggage until the afternoon on the day we checked out which was really convenient. There's a cute little terrace overlooking the pool and garden on the second floor where you can have breakfast.

Nothing! The only suggestion is that it would be nice to have some hand wash or soap next to the basin.

Convenient and quiet location to seaside and restaurants nearby. Nice garden area, clean room, comfortable bed. But most of all it is the friendlyness of the staff. Extremely pleasant. Will choose again when back to Seminyak.

I stayed in ground floor room 103 which is a little exposed as right in front of it is a seating area at the pool, for other guests. So privacy is a bit limited there, but beeing out most of the day it‘s manageable.

the location was really good, the staff were very friendly, the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms died and the very next day they installed a brand new unit. I t was my birthday and the staff presented me with a cake and sang which was really special, beds were very comfortable and clean would recommend this place.

Kitchen was very dated and tired, we went out for all our meals , not because the kitchen was not up to standard but to be honest wouldn't have wanted to cook in there, apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Agus and his staff were the kindest most accommodating staff we have come across we arrived at midnight with our kids checked straight in and they were fine with the kids playing in the pool quite loudly till around 3am late check out was no problem so made the late flight so much easier .. anything we needed they helped with couldn't reccomend this villa more 😁 also Warung kecil two shops up was the best place in the world for easy and close food options on those days the kids needed to relax

A little bit of a gap in the doors to rooms made mozzies a bit friendly maybe some mosquito nets over the beds would work well few little maintance issues from age but nothing was an issue to fix .. amazing people

I'm a solo traveler and booked room 101 at the ground floor with pool access, upgraded my stay and it was a good decision. Room was decent in terms of space, was able to find some spot for my luggage. Cabinets and drawers are clean, and able to use them. Aircon is super cold, the fridge is freezing my drinks too, which is a good thing in a warm sunny Bali. Restroom was spacious.. good hot water. Room was spotless! Housekeeping cleans everyday and was also very efficient! Bed was comfy, pillows are just okay not the fluffiest, they did give me extra pillows as I requested. Location was close to Harris and can definitely walk to nearby cafes/restos and also to the beach. It is a in a more secluded area so not the busiest. The dogs though kept barking at night which can be a bit noisy but didn't bother me much. The place still calmed me well. Get the ground floor rooms, for solo people opt for the corner one, you can enjoy some takeout meal and coffee on your chair facing the pool and enjoying nature and the aound of water drops. Place is safe, I was in and out of the place at night and coming back 3 or 4am, it is a gated complex. This place feels homey, simple villa that is calm. Other guests are also very chill and quiet. Thanks Pak Agus and the house staff who were very warm and welcoming, gave me early check-in too! :)

The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the beach and the centre of Seminyak. We stayed in the private pool villa and it was great to have kitchen facilities and mineral water provided. House keeping daily was great, staff are super friendly and helpful. The place is very quiet and peaceful but still close enough to everything you need.

Everything was great although we did run out of hot water in the shower,
