+ Villa is beautiful, really modern and spacious + Sitting area outside is great + The open bathroom is stunning - boho style and plants look amazing + Tasty breakfast - you can order it to your room or eat in restaurant area that is outside + Private pool is great + Staff is amazing! They are so kind, I’ve never met so amazing staff. They are available 24h in front desk or by Whatsapp + You can order food also in their restaurant - everything was really tasty and prices are not very high + Really close to the beach, even though Seminyak is too busy and noisy for us + Good location because next to the hotel there is a good and cheap restaurant and 2 shops where you can by some drinks or snacks + Very comfortable bed + All the furniture are in boho style - the interior is gorgeous

- The wall next to the pool could be more greener because it looks empty (in other parts of the patio there were more plants and they look great) - We couldn’t put our chromecast to the tv because system was blocking it

This is a little gem of a hotel, perfectly located for access to the beach and shops but in its own quiet oasis of beautifully maintained gardens and thoughtful design. They have considered the first experience from start to finish from the Balinese ceremonial welcome to the heartwarming photo card and good luck ribbon as you leave. The rooms are spacious and special with great air con. The private pool was gorgeous and the semi outdoor bathroom was beautiful. The turn down / mozzy coils with Balinese pyjamas were a favourite. But they have thought of everything supplying kimonos, indoor slippers, sarongs, sun hats and beach bags. The food was stunning - with a wonderful choice for breakfast and offering fresh fruit and juices, bread and pastries, traditional Indonesian food as well as eggs Benedict, black pancakes and french toast. The Dragon Magic bowl might have been the best thing we’ve ever eaten. The afternoon tea, served by the pool was wonderful and we ate in our room one night and the quality of the service and the food was exceptional. But what makes this place really stand out from anywhere else we stayed in Bali was undoubtedly the staff. Every single member of the team that we interacted with was full of beaming smiles and a willingness to go above and beyond to help however they could. A big shout out to Dri and Mudiasih amongst the restaurant team but also Ponji and the housekeeping team as well as Devi on reception. All the little touches combined with excellent customer service made this a memorable stay and we would recommend Annoro Villas to anyone!

Nothing - it was faultless

WOW! Let me split this into 2 parts, the accomodation itself, and the experience. The rooms are amazing, with everything taken care of. Comfortable bed, great bedding and pillows. Hot water in the shower and great AC. Rooms are a very good size and very private. Smart TV, free wifi and a WhatsApp chat to request anything from the staff. Amazing pool with sun lounges, and wireless call buttons to order a drink or poolside snack. Location is super quite as the road is a cul-de-sac, and also very close to the beach, or a short walk up-to Jl Seminyak. Experience, Traditional welcome drink, but we where then escorted under parasols to our room. Breakfast menu is expansive, be warned, you get a LOT of food, we ended up only ordering fruit and bakery for 1. Every morning at breakfast we received a personal greeting from both the staff and a little hand written message on a leaf presented at the table. Evening there is a complimentary turn down service, which included a local Indonesian sweet dish to sample (along with a card explaining how its prepared and its region of origin). There where daily traditional craft activities arranged for guests, all included. At check out we where again surprised and presented with a photo from our arrival in a card as momento of our stay, along with a bracelet and prayer to keep us safe on our journey home. A massive thanks to all the staff that looked after us at Villa Annora, Komang and Putra at the front desk. Dwi for looking after us breakfast, Suparka and the team in the kitchen for feeding us. And Wayan Suanda for checking up on us and allowing me to practise my Balinese on him :) Overall I was blown away by the attention to detail, and the little things the team delivered that turned a very nice place to stay into a great experience. My stay at Annora Villa was truly beyond my expectations, especially considering the great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly, always welcoming us with beautiful smiles and genuine warmth. What really surprised me was how attentive they were — the number of times they cleaned and refreshed our room was remarkable. As soon as we left the room, they would have it perfectly made up by the time we returned. The breakfast was another highlight. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it — they offered a menu of beautifully presented set options, and each one was absolutely delicious. The complimentary afternoon tea was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special. Lastly, I want to sincerely thank the wonderful staff. To name just a few: Dwi, Komang, Wayne, Rispan — and many others whose names I, unfortunately, don’t remember. You all made our stay unforgettable. Annora has a wonderful team always at the service of others. Wonderful people how rearly found around the world. Excellent professionals, hard working, but also kind, lovely and smily. All I can say is Exceptional! From the moment my friend and i arrived the hospitality and warm nature of the staff captured our hearts. We were upgraded to our own private villa with a pool & was completely blown away by how beautiful everything was. The villa was modern, clean & minimalist with traditional Balinese decor & touches woven throughout the villa. In the living area we were greeted with a welcome drink, where the staff that checked us in (I think his name was Adi) explained the different fruit laid in the platter which we were not familiar with, there was also a little jar with Taro crisps with a tag explaining the origin. The main thing that drew me in was the attention to detail even on the smallest things, literally blown away by how they thought of everything, even down to having someone come into our villa to spray it down with mosquito spray instead of us doing it ourselves. The bathroom although outside, was not exposed & no issues at all with bugs, the toiletries smelt so good also, we were provided with everything- including pyjamas! As we arrived super later due to flight issues, we missed the breakfast slot, but the staff did not hesitate to bring breakfast to our room after the hours, to add the breakfast selection was outstanding, best I’ve had yet out of all the hotels/villas I’ve stayed in, in Bali. Staff was always checking in making sure we were ok, nothing was too much for them. The Spa OMG beautiful- Nevi gave me the best massage, I sometimes get back pain & her hands literally gave me so much relief, I wish I could take her back to the U.K. with me. Apart from the style of the property and its calmness, we would have to say the service is 10/10. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by Ani, Wayan and all the other staff who make it their mission to make you feel welcome. Ani always ensures that you are comfortable and cared for and Wayan greets with a daily and evening hello is all to your liking . Ani and Wayan must be senior management and have a very hands on approach to everything. The food is out of this world and the Food and Beverage staff are very attentive and happy to deal with requests. A big thank you to Ani and Wayan and the team for making our stay so wonderful

Everything was fabulous

Service was beyond excellent. The staff here greeted us warmly and often added nice touches to make our days and stay better on their own accord. We didn't bother letting them know it was my partner's birthday, yet they took notice and celebrated it with us. Another time, they found out we were leaving early for a trip the next day and offered to make us breakfast boxes to go. Breakfast was also amazing each day, and they had non-dairy options! This has been one of the best stays I've had in any hotel ever, and I cannot recommend it enough. 10/10 would stay here again the next time im in Bali. Our stay at Annora Villas for four nights was truly delightful in Bali. The serene and stunning villa captured the essence of Bali perfectly. The breakfast, especially the omelettes and the dragon fruits were delicious and the staff, including Mudiasih, Warnadi, and manager Ani, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their cooperation and hospitality during our minor issue and honeymoon were greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond by seeing us off with love and kindness when we said goodbye. Thank you to Annora Villas and the entire team.

The property is compact and beautifully laid out, easy to relax while meeting other guests. Staff are friendly and help you enjoy your dining requirements where and when you require. Zen atmosphere with water trickling and Balinese music around the pool. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Special mention for the food! Amazing!!!

The property is ideal but be careful on the street outside - it can be dark at night, low hanging electric wires, and because of the dogs (harmless lazy ones) on that street, watch out for poop on the footpath. The property has a foot washing urn at the entrance.
