Near new, comfortable and clean, excellent staff and great location close to the beach and restaurants.

Considering the quality of the hotel this was excellent value for money, however, the relatively low cost seemed to attract family groups who we would prefer not to holiday with. The mullet and Bintang-singlet wearing loud Aussies who like yelling and doing bombies in the pool, and who reserve their sun beds for hours while they’re out replenishing there cheap beer supplies at the closest circle K would be better housed at the Jayakarta or Melasti where they belong. I’d rather pay extra and have a relaxing holiday away from these ferals…..

The staff were lovely and very friendly. It was our 50 th wedding anniversary so was disappointed that we were overlooking construction for first 5 days.

We were put out the back of the hotel and there is construction next door ( day and night working ) so could not access the balcony so we up graded ( and had to pay) for last 4 nights on the pool side with a balcony ! I wondered if we got the back of the hotel because it was a Luxury Escape deal 😟

Unfortunately some guests appears to be above the rules set by your management regarding use of chairs around the pool, leaving the towels and disappearing for hours Tougher rules should be in place let's say after 1 hr towels should be removed so people that I genuinely keen to use are allowed

The location was excellent. The hotel was modern and vey well presented. The room was a great size, we loved the bathroom and the usb connection for chargers. The pool view was excellent was used the balcony every morning. The adult pool area was very comfortable.

It was very difficult to get pool beds beside the pool. People would drop. towels on the beds early morning and leave them there all day even though they would leave the resort. Very unfair procedure. There should be a time limit on reserving beds. The room service food was not of a high quality, even local dishes. We did not eat at the restaurant at all.

We liked the pool access room, the friendly staff, extra amenities (Ie extra water bottles and towels and coffee), trusted money changer on premises who matched the exchange rate online (balibestrate), the pool was awesome.

Eating area was overly warm, breakfast although nice was the same every morning, room ceiling leaked at the bulk head and silence day was a disaster. I respect the importance of the day and it was good that we were permitted to roam within the hotel grounds including the pool. The main issue was the buffet dinner. This was expensive and food was extremely disappointing and in some cases inedible. Some people demanded their money back for this. We will not be visiting Bali at the time again.

At breakfast there were very few choices for vegetarians. The vegetarian food prepared on special request was not good even though they tried their best.

Loved the kids pool with balls from the hotel, the playground was also fun for the little one

The kids play centre was a bit outdated- needs a freshen up/clean from all the old stains. Attention to detail to cleaning wasn’t very good- things weren’t properly cleaned like the shower door was glass and had writing on it so when there was steam from the shower you can see it. The sink handle was dirty no one had cleaned it. They also charged a “delivery fee” for room service every single time we ordered which is odd and a bit unreasonable- I wanted a coffee for the morning and couldn’t leave the little one to go down to the restaurant so had to pay the delivery fee and the coffee ended up being very expensive. Also gym could also be updated- more machines and better cooling

Location was good as it was a short walk from the beach and shops, the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. Water was provided so no need of worrying about getting sick due to the water. The staff were amazing, humble and always so accommodating. They treated you as if you were special.

They could have provided some sort of cable TV to watch. We could only get their promotion and information at that time. Also the menu could have been a little mixed up, like one for Monday, Wednesday and Friday, another one for Tuesday and Thursday and another one for the weekend.

Beautiful hotel built in an awful location, beach & shanty beach bars intimidating, outside hotel Definitely doesn’t feel safe in the evenings!!

The staff were phenomenal, taking my young daughter (2.5yrs old) to look at the fish and feed them. The breakfast could not have been any more varied and I loved the local food in the morning. The pools were amazing and they converted our twin into a double for us which made it extra large and our daughter could sometimes share. Facilities were great!

I booked as I saw a kids club from 1-3 years however I looked through quite a bit and nowhere did it say that they couldn’t be left at kids club. A lot of hotels in Bali let the kids club supervise the children but they are all 3 years and older so I booked this hotel for that reason. The kids club was great though but for a Nanny I would look up Feb-Lous, most of them have worked in the hotel before and they are amazing. All spa treatments were Australian prices so I would recommend going outside.
