The location is perfect, by 5 min you are at Legian beach. It's a very good beach for beginner surfers (especially in the morning 8-11 AM), but it's not well suited for people who want to swim without big waves. The personnel made the villa very nice. They were always welcoming and helpful. It was perfectly cleaned every day. The private swimming pool did make a difference. We enjoyed playing in it, and cooling off after a long time in the sun. The breakfast was a bit expensive for local prices, but it was good, with lots of options, and delivered to your table on time. It's a quiet residence, where you barely hear the streets around you.

The water in the shower keeps swinging between merely warm and boiling hot. Everything except the bedroom is open to the outside. Therefore it's difficult to find a dry, warm room where to dry your clothes/towels/swimming suits. Also, you hear the neighbour taking a shower as if they were in your own bathroom.

We loved our stay here and couldn't believe the value for money. Great location and super quiet like a little oasis. A bit of a walk from the main bit of town but minutes from the beach and nice bars/restaurants. The private pool and outdoor space were lovely and there was a nice mosquito curtain around the bed (which was huge and very comfy)

Only problem for us was that the bathroom was a bit smelly

My doors didn't lock or shut properly and my pool pump didn't work but the staff swapped me rooms when they could

The location in Seminyak was great, fairly close to beach, amid good shopping and restaurants. The staff at this property were outstanding, helpful and supportive with any little request that we had. I also loved the traditional styling of the villas and furnishings, it really felt like we were in Bali but with some nice modern styling and home comforts too. The room servicing was maintained to a very high standard every single day of our 16 day stay.

The hot water cylinder was small so the hot water ran out quickly, disappointing when there was a beautiful big bath but we could only half fill it.

The villa itself was beautiful, nice and spacious with a beautiful pool.

The food was very very average. Breakfast was very basic and the room service was not good. The food is letting this place down. Upon arrival the courtyard area looks a bit junky, if it was cleaned up it would look more appealing when guests arrive for their stay. Also no streaming services available on the TV so only indonesian channels which in 2024 is pretty basic.

Love the privacy of the villa with a pool.

Bed was hard as were pillows. Staff put a mattress topper on and provided soft pillows. Great service.

The villas were very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool was larger than we expected. The location was easy walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. A good choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a bit of mould in damp areas. You could sometimes hear your neighbours from the bathroom, as the roof was open.

Great location, 7 min to the beach and you are in the city centre, you can walk all the way by foot. Staff is very friendly and professional. You can ask for the house keeping even during the late afternoon and the will make your villa. Great pool and villa itself, if you want you can cook for yourself, there is a kitchen.

Villa is not new, it is authentic type of villa, it is not modern. Bathroom is old enough. Note, that this is a villa you will find gekkos all around your villa. They can scream at night, and poo

privacy of own villa. Quiet location down side street from the hustle. no disturbing bars next door, just quiet. Nice large private pool. comfortable bed. large spaced rooms. friendly staff. for the price range I don’t expect anything luxurious and was happy with the comfort the villas gave. I chose this premise for the privacy.

The one main thing, which really was not a nice thing is villa bathroom is shared open roof with next door villa. within 30 minutes of my stay I could hear neighbour using toilet with No 2 as there is no sound privacy at all. This is super poor design and very inconvenient. No one wants to hear their neighbour using the toilet with zero sound privacy. I mean literally you can hear clearly everything. Other thing is floor tiles open open area next door to pool are extremely slippery when wet which is a given as you are two steps from pool and have to cross the floor to go anywhere. Again just not a good design decision.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Lovely private pool, most comfortable bed, breakfast service and quality was excellent, evening meals delicious and good value for money, the most lovely friendly helpful staff and great location for easy five minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants.

There wasn't really anything major, just a few little things I'd like to mention for improvement. The front doors were very tempramental to close and lock. Although there is a gas cooker, the frying pan was not good condition and couldn't have used it, even if I had wanted to. No tea towel in kitchen, so I bought one so I could dry up our dishes and glasses. None of the plugs in the bath, bathroom sink or kitchen sink kept the water in, all of them just soaked away. All of these issues are easily remedied and we would have no hesitation in coming back.
