I stayed at Kusuma for 5 nights in a family room. The property grounds were green and very spacious, big pool with varying depths that goes down to 1.7m and they have a small wading pool. It’s so quiet even in the day - didn’t hear much noise even with kids playing in the pool.. so therapeutic… I love having breakfast in the mornings listening to the birds, the chef is kind and friendly and prepared breakfast earlier as my kid had morning surf lessons. Breakfast was tasty, love the pancakes and the chicken sausage is halal which is perfect for my mother who prefers halal food. Our family room was big, beds were made up every day and fresh towels changed when we needed them. The bathroom is pretty basic but clean and offers basic toiletries in case one needs them. The location is perfect for those with small children and are unable to ride bikes everywhere - walking distance to double six beach, tons of good restaurants, massage, nail salon and spa just right the bustling street outside and it’s easily accessible by cars as it’s close to sunset road (sort of a highway) which connects you to other parts of Bali. Every single employee at the hotel is lovely and really made our stay. Special shout out to the chef Pak Sumantra. Suksma!

Great location. Very quiet but just down a short lane the hustle and bustle! Perfect. The pool was lovely.

Our room smelt a bit musty, but we weren't there a lot so we coped. The bed was a bit hard.

The location was so perfect. Short walk to the beach. Off the walking shopping restaurant street just enough that it was quiet. It was an oasis from the busy area. The room and grounds were spotless. Woke to a view of the pool. The room was huge with a nice big balcony. So much to do in the area. Loved the staff so nice and helpful

A lovely older style resort in an excellent location. The room was huge, the pool was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was incredible. Down a quiet little lane there is no noise from the incredibly busy main street at the end. Shopping, restaurants and the beach is so close. Such a great location.

My only negative is that I was on the ground floor and whoever was upstairs thumped around enough to wake me up. I would also think there are better food options located nearby

I like that there is some green space and an inground pool. The gardens are nice and the linens were very comfortable. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby.

In total, we stayed here for one month and we were very happy. We will come back to stay here again after visiting other places in Bali. It's beautiful to have a pool surrounded by a green garden. There are many good restaurants along the street and it's a 7-10 min walk to the beach. We didn't need a scooter as everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious, that's why we picked it and we were happy with the size and air-conditioning. Good that we had a mini-fridge. It's quiet at night and an oasis from the busy traffic on the streets. Nice, firm mattress. The pillow was a bit too hard for my taste. The staff cleaned our room every day and gave us water bottles every day. We felt well taken care off!

There were some water stains on the wall. I don't think it's mold yet but as with all the buildings in Indonesia, you see the effect of the humid temperatures.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The location is perfect, down a side road off the main road which makes it a little oasis amongst the hustle and bustle. Very close to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants. It is kept spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It was the perfect place to stay.

The accommodation is quite basic, but that said has everything you need and was excellent value for our stay. It is hard to find anything to complain about as the good outweighs everything.

This property is absolutely beautiful, and wow what a fantastic location. We were a 1 minute walk from a main street where all the shops and restaurants were, a further 5-10 minute walk from a main beach in Seminyak. Perfect location! The resort is so peaceful for where it is located. A mini paradise! The hotel staff were so helpful and lovely, always saying hello and helping with any requests. The room was huge and the bed was large and extremely comfortable, I had some of the best nights sleep I’ve had in years. Gorgeous pool and gardens well maintained! Overall nothing to fault. We would highly recommend and stay again! Thanks so much
