Seminyak Villas organised a private car to meet us at airport and check-in was quick and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the daily clean of the outside area and pool was excellent. The location is great with a supermarket and chemist next door and restaurants a short walk from the top of the driveway. The daily breakfast was convenient though average; some days we skipped it altogether and had brunch at the locate cafes.

The sunken bath tub is an accident waiting to happen! I nearly slipped into it walking to the shower.... There was no hot water in my villa but hot water in the other villa.

swimming pool in the villa was good. Villa Offers privacy, yet, there is a central courtyard with pool for us to meet and spend time with friends. Room service was very prompt, and they took the order for next day's breakfast and accommodated my request for vegetarian food. The central walkway to all the villas is a nice walk. A short walk from some really nice restaurants.

The Aircon of the room lacked punch. There seemed to be some issue with compressor / gas. They got the technician promptly, and they refilled the gas. I think the equipment is a bit old & needs a change. Not a show stopper though.

The private space. Segregated bedrooms. Open living areas. No noise from other villas.

Some afternoons, there was burning off and our outdoor area became very Smoked, but this would not deter us from returning

Cleanliness, size, luxurious

Although not a deal breaker and I would still go back, the following would be my o lay areas that needed improvement. Pool, although beautiful and large, temp was like a spa bath so couldn’t really use it to cool down after a day out in the heat. Thats not to say that it wasn’t used though. Toilet plumbing needs attention. I suspect the design is at fault. It was difficult to flush most things away. Ants all over the dining table while having meals. We had to ask for extra insect treatment (they do this every evening) as by the time breakfast rolled around the ants were everywhere. However again, this was not a deal breaker.

Loved the place. In the middle of the seminyak market but you don't hear any noise in your villas. The pool was amazing and big enough for the family and friends. Rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast was also quite good. No complaints. For those that require it, there are jets in the washroom.

Maybe more options for breakfast for vegetarians but it was still good.

Lovely private villa nice and quiet, lovely settings, great position close to everything, large bedroom and bathroom comfortable, cooking facilities, frypans, pot, crockery, utensils, decent size fridge, pool was great, staff were amazing very friendly, will definitely stay there again

A couple little things just in my opinion The tv in the bedroom needs to be up higher when laying in bed it is a little too low The pillows weren’t very comfortable Could have a few more more hooks in the bathroom near the shower Nothing major just little things easy fixes

We stayed here by pure accident as the accommodation we were supposed to stay at did not meet our expectations at all. We arrived there at 11pm with unter disbelief at what we were confronted with, having to find somewhere else to stay. From the minute we arrive at our new destination at midnight the staff were amazing. The accommodation was clean, the pool was clean always obtaining full sun which I loved. The bathroom perhaps a little outdated but very clean. The alfresco area was lovely and relaxing We chose not to be disturbed but were still asked whilst wandering out did we require anything. The location was quite and perfect for us, close to Bintang Market. The staff were amazing. Shortly after we arrived I actually got very ill and we had to extend our vaccination. The staff were incredibly helpful to my husband, arranging medical help to our Villa. When I did get up and about for our last 2 days all the staff that saw me asked how I was and if I needed anything. They were so helpful to him although I was oblivious to all they did until I was well enough to return home and he explained the extend of their helpfulness. The front desk staff were exceptional. We can't wait to go back and enjoy the Villas

The bathroom perhaps a little outdated,but very clean

Collection of the key was a breeze and service was efficient and good. Villa was clean and spacious. Pool is pleasantly equipped with a float. Overall Villa is tucked conveniently in a private and quiet area where we could walk out to the main street.

As we were arriving on the Ogo Ogo Day and the roads were closed, would appreciate if the villa informed us much earlier instead of one day before our arrival. The quality of the in-room dining food could be improved with better presentation and taste.

Excellent to have own pool for each villa and breakfast included Location was great for the main street in Seminyak for shops and restaurants but completely silent in the villa to get away from the noise. Great villa with large bedrooms each with an ensuite, so great for families

Perhaps more options on the menu would be good to save going out for food and run out of ideas for breakfast.

The size of the villa , the pool. The accommodating and friendly staffs. Very friendly and very prompt with any service request.

- Breakfast choices is quite limited. - No rchannels on TV . Can only watch Youtube or Netflix using ur own account. - The flooring on the yard is slippery when wet especially after coming out of the pool.
