We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, and our 4-year-old had an absolute blast at the pool, water playground, and the Waka Waka soft play centre upstairs. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Overall, it was great value for money, and we’ll definitely be back!

If I was to be picky my partner was a bit frustrated that we weren’t able to check in early our kids were tired & our baby needed to sleep so we had to wait until almost 2pm when we arrived around 9am so if you are arriving before then just book the night before so you don’t have to be waiting around & the cot they supplied was a bit small leaving my 7 months old limited room to move around.

The rooms were large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The resort is located just across the road from the beach. The breakfast as part of the breakfast package was good.

A few small issues. On one day, there were ants in one of the cereal dispensers, which came out when the cereal was dispensed. The water in the pool was too warm a lot of the time. Might be out of their control given the constant hot weather and hot nights. And one night the fire alarm was going off intermittently, after having gone off during the day for no known reason. The lift in the afternoon can be like an oven. Could do with ventilation or shading?

Travelled with four adult familiy members and 5 Grandchildren aged from 3 to 18. The hotel is excellent for families groups. Location for beach access, food and beverage, and shopping was very convenient. We had 4 two bedroom apartments, They were all diffeent but comfortable. Two of ther appartments only had a single bathroom and toilet , which was manageable. Children's pool was unavailable during our stay but management compensated with free access to the children's play area and massages for the adults.

Airconditioning in one of the apartments was inadequate.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The location was amazing right in the heart of Seminyak! The hotel itself was great, our room was huge, we stayed in a 2 bedroom and had everything we needed and styled beautifully, so very modern and has ocean views! We didn’t even request this and they put us in this amazing room! The pool for the kids was big and entertaining, provided lots of pool toys. The staff were very friendly. We absolutely loved it!

The pool is a little slippery when entering and TV in the room needs to be updated as not many channels were available. Apart from that everything was great!!! Couldn’t fault it!!

The room size was great ! Just over the road from the beach. Great eateries around and massage place near by. Hotel is putting in the effort to keep it up to date. Easy to gojek to the main street and to beach clubs. There is a 20c toll to enter the beach front St but we asked them to stop before we would go through.

Not enough pool chairs, so everyone has to scrabble for them... you have to order on the side of the pool which isn't the best if you are trying to watch the kids swim - due to the pools shape.... The lifts are super hot during the day. Otherwise, you can walk the stairs.

Staff are excellent and the hotel is very clean. The food was great and the room size - two bedroom suite was amazing and very comfortable! The pool area and softplay kept our children (5 and 8) entertained for the 4 days we were there. The staff very kindly decorated my daughter room and gave her a cake for her birthday which was a lovely touch! Would happily stay there again l.

The area isn’t our cup of tea - so much rubbish on the beach. Also the pool steps and towels were quite slippery. The pool area and wood bridges could do with a renovation.

Room was really big and spacious, great location and fab breakfast. We arrived early and staff happily stored our luggage and gave us pool towel cards so we could swim for a couple hours until our room was ready.

The pillows on the bed are awful. The kids splash park was smaller than what I thought it would be, but our 2 kids still loved it- just can never get a pool lounge in the shade as all the ones with umbrellas seriously get snavelled by 7am. Kids club is good and great that you can come and go throughout the day after paying, but best for under 5s. If my 6yr old didn't have his 3yr old sister and us in there, he would be bored after an hour.

We love Furama, beautiful big rooms, comfy beds, perfect location across the road from beach and not far from the shops on Double Six and restaurants. The staff went beyond expectations when our friends son hurt his leg badly, they organised transport to hospital and arranged for a different room on the ground floor so he didn’t have to walk up stairs, we can’t thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality, we will be back 😃

Nothing, the staff work tirelessly to maintain the beautiful gardens and are constantly doing repairs and maintenance.

The room we were finally allocated was fantastic, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is in a prime position in the 66 Seminyak area with easy access to the beach, restaurants and bars. We rate this hotel and have booked to stay in Jan 25, looking forward to it.

We were initially allocated a room by the kids play and pool area. A fantastic area for families to be in and next to however, not so pleasant for middle aged couple who may be looking for quieter stay :-). We explained this to the manager on hand who understood, and she made immediate arrangements for a room in a different area of complex. We thank you for your support with this.
