Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for 11 nights. Great location!! Located down the end of a lane, away from the main road, private and mostly quiet. Still convenient to Bintang supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops, about a 2 minute walk. Staff are the best, very friendly and helpful, really made the stay enjoyable. Villa provides transport to Blu-Zea Resort by Double Six to use their facilities. Villa is 2 levels and very spacious and clean, nice decor. Lot of areas to gather together, or to relax by yourself. On ground floor is a small kitchen suitable for organising basic meals, kettle, toaster, plenty of pantry storage, water cooler/dispenser, medium sized fridge, air-con. Very basic supply of cutlerly, crockery and 2 pans, no microwave. Large dinning area with table for 8 people. Combined lounge and sitting area with a TV, no sound system. Lounges have seen better days. Ground floor is fully enclosed but has doors that can be opened up to the large outdoor area. Lovely gardens, outdoor bali hut with bed, 4 x sun loungers on the long deck, and very large private pool abt 1.8m deep, with a little shallow bay. Second floor has two large bedrooms both with balconies, air-con, TV in each room. Beds were large and very comfortable, clean sheets. Plenty of wardrobe space. Only 1 safe in one of the bedrooms. Large bathroom for each room, with a shower, double vanity and toilet. Separated by a large bath to share between the two bedrooms. Really good hairdryer but only in one of the bathrooms. Interconnecting doors to the bedrooms so didn't have to go up and down the stairs to enter the bedrooms when upstairs. Bedroom sliding doors leading out to the balcony have flyscreens and also wooden doors to shut out the light. Free wifi and breakfast was included with lots of options. Ordered in the evening and delivered on set time next morning. Villa, garden and pool was attended to daily. Staff come in the evening to spray the villa.

There is nothing that we didn't like about the villa, but a couple of things to be mindful about. The taps are tricky to turn off to stop the water from dripping but we got the hang of it. The single glass door from the dining area to the pool area has one twist lock located at the bottom (of the door). Could be inconvenient if you are elderly or have back issues having to bend to lock/unlock the door, or have small children (pool is deep). The wooden deck is in need of maintenance, need to wear shoes as there are some screw heads protruding through the wood.

The included breakfast was huge, delivered every morning. Excellent central location to shops and beaches. The staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend a stay here.

The only issue was a lack of utensils, such as a chopping board and some more cooking implements.

The location of the place was excellent. Near lots of shops, restaurants and the main supermarket. The breakfast was also very substantial and nice. The villa itself was large and clean. The size of the backyard and pool were excellent. The staff and security were very kind and helpful during our stay.

There was a leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms which took multiple attempts to be fixed by workers which was quite inconvenient. The villa next door was also being painted which led to an overpowering smell of paint in our villa for several days which made some of my friends feel unwell. Also we had some issues with the air conditioners not turning on and off and rattling for a long period of time. It would be good to have some hand/tea towels in the kitchen for drying dishes. Floor mats would be handy when it rains as we had to use pool towels to block under doors to stop rain coming in.

- Size of the Villa was huge. Was like a mini mansion. We were in room #8 which had 2 king sized matching bedrooms. We were told #8 is the ‘Classic Villa’ and had recently had a few touchups such as new paint and an awning over the back decking. - Privacy. The Villas are located in the middle of a block either side of busy roads with other buildings acting as a sound buffer to the traffic noise. The only sounds we heard at night were either the Gecko gwaks or on occasion the next door temple going through their bell routine. - Staff are friendly and non-intrusive. Happy to provide you additional tea or mozzie spray. We had a nice long chat with Property Manager Sindy when we checked out and found out all about the history of the Villas and how they coped during Covid. - The 20m private lap pool is amazing. Loved doing laps everyday before breakfast. The pool water wasn’t always crystal clear. - There are around a dozen different breakfast options on the menu. Housekeeping call you in the evening for your order and preferred delivery time. All breakfasts come with additional fruit plates of freshly sliced watermelon, pineapple and papaya. - We only used the gym at their sister venue, the Blu-Zea hotel the one time. You can walk there in about 15min or the Villas can drop you down in there large golf buggy

Nothing really to note. Some of the taps were fiddly to turn off to stop water from dripping.

The location was perfect. Right across the road from Bingtan Supermarket. Great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The room it's self (one bedroom with private pool) was fantastic.. clean well looked after a d the bed was bigger than a kings size! We had a daily breakfast and couldn't pick fault, perfect start to the day, and delivered to our room daily at the time we chose. Staff was super friendly, and the entire villa was clean and well maintained

It's hard to find anything to pick fault with. if I had to be really fussy..it doesn't have a restaurant or bar or anything within the villas to just sit back in if you wanted to leave your room.. however, this wasn't a deal breaker for us.

Good variety of choices for breakfast, location was great - walking distance to Seminyak shops, groceries etc. Staff really friendly and helpful, loved the security at the entrance. Plunge pool was great - staff showing up to spray for mosquitos at night was a added bonus, will definitely stay again and highly recommend for families.

Laundry service was great however I never took photos of my clothes and a dress went missing. Grand daughter ate chocolate in bed and I thought the charges was over the top but I was only charged half of it before we left.

Where do I start, this place is so much better than the photos. We stayed a week in the 3 bedroom villa, you walk into the front door on the right is your first room with a large queen or king bed with own bathroom. This room has a large glass wall that looks over the lounge room/pool. Left of the front door is the kitchen, small but has everything you need besides scissors. Walk into a huge dining room with a 10 or more seated table over looking the backyard/pool a toilet off the side of the dining room. To the right of the dining is the stairs to go up stairs and the lounge room with a huge lounge (not a pull out sofa) but comfortable to relax on (wouldn’t sleep on it) tv with limited channels. Would be perfect if the tv was a smart tv or had Netflix. All areas are enclosed and look over the backyard and pool area, lounge room doors open onto pool and outside has a huge day bed next to the pool. Up stairs splits right and left into one main bedroom with another large queen or king bed, safe, lounge and own bathroom that connects but completely closes off from a shared spa bath area with the other room upstairs. The twin room upstairs has 2 king single beds, no safe, lounge and also own bathroom. Both upstairs rooms have balcony’s that overlook an amazing view of the back yard and pool, they clean your room daily and delivered a tummy breakfast every morning that we chose the night before. You get to pick what time each day you get your breakfast which is good if you have a day trip or want to sleep in. Not a massive menu but nice food. They spray the house daily for mosquitoes and security is there 24/7 and you feel so safe here. Location is perfect, 2 min walk to Bintang Supermarket, 3 min walk to a mini mart, safe money changer and more, it is worth every cent we paid and we will be back. They also provide free transportation to a resort and the beach but if you want it’s 10-15 mins and you can shop on the way

Maybe a larger breakfast menu and new tvs that have apps like Netflix or prime video

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom villa. The location is great and the staff is all friendly and very responsive. The place is a little dated but the layout of the villa is perfect for 2 couples. The pool area is perfect and peaceful. We would stay here again. It was very clean and the cleaners and pool cleaners were there each day.

There could be more basics such as kitchen towels, more knives/cutting boards, more wine glasses. However, whenever we asked the staff, they'd have whatever we needed within minutes.

There were no meals cooked at premises. I couldnt find the place they recommended for brecky. Still i had good kitchen to make my own and just short walk to shops but i am early riser so i went to the cafes for lunch.

The order in menu. Tried it once and very average meal. Best to take short walk or get cab and go out. Heaps of places to eat close by.

The property does not provide meals. however, there are a number of restaurants close by and there is always easy cheap take in meals

the property of a bit outdated. A paint and upkeep will make it very nice. They have started with the upkeep on the other villas.
