The shower is the best I have every had in Bali. The bedroom was huge and the bed comfortable enough. The pool was clean and welcoming after a long day shopping. The aircon worked well and we also did a little cooking with the kitchen. They also provided some welcome snacks and drinks, and a free pickup from the airport, which is really helpful. Quiet location with restaraunts, cafes and massage places within walking distance. The Bintang Supermarket was a short, easy 10min walk. Gojek rides to Seminyak, the beach and parts of Kuta was about AUD$1.20 each time. I didn't use the upstairs rooms, only the bedroom and bathroom downstairs as it was only for me.

The sunbeds could use mattresses, to make using them more comfortable. the mossies could be bad at night, but a spray seemed to fix them in the bedroom, nothing can really be done about outside, but they do provide mossie coils and spray. The towels were of Bali standards, some cleaner than others on different day, but it is Bali.

All spaces were very room, every room had its own ensuite plus and extra toilet by pool. pool was great for cool downs. Staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. Felt extremely safe 24/7. Air condition ingoa in each room was fabulous. Would hāve been great in open living area, but probably not practical really. Just down the Road from eateries and a mart which was great and about a 15min walk to mai strips in Legian. 20mins walk to beach or a few mins on a grab scooter 👌🏾

Villa was visually clean, but everything could do with a deep clean/scrub. Rats were coming over the wall so staff set up a trap which caught 2 and they got rid of them next morning. Downstairs open living would be AMAZING if it had a couch or some more comfortable.

It was close to everything and clean.

There was a religious celebration during our stay, we were told that the lights would be off in the lobby but they would still be there, which they were. However when we headed out to dinner they greeted us and said have a good night but didn't tell us that all resturaunts in the area were closed and that there were also road closures, it took us 2 hrs to get back to the villa and we managed to get some pot noodles at a circle k. Just a bit of information would have been handy.

This place suitable for large group and family. Spacious villa and room. The staff very helpful. Very near with shop and cafe. The best is 4mins walking distance to Starbucks Reserve Dewata. Such a nice and cozy place to have a coffee there. And near to the beach too.

We have 4 rooms in our villa. Unfortunately the room that i stayed has leaking under the sink and the bathroom keep wetting and watery. It just not convenient for 4 days stay with the situation. I hope they will repair the leaking before next guest coming in.

Large pool, a great range of kitchen facilities, strong aircon, strong and spacious shower, very private, staff were incredibly helpful, quiet location but still close enough to shops and restaurants.

Lots of mosquitoes, gaps in door to bedroom letting in mosquitoes, bed/pillows a little uncomfortable.

staff were excellent. Always smiling and welcoming. Anything u ask, they make sure it is done. Value for Money. Good privacy.

When we arrived, the room was not that clean. But after informing them, they did excellent cleaning everyday.

Everything was great including the staff. All so kind and lovely. The property was clean and the staff always made sure our stay was smooth. Our AC stopped working and after informing them they were quick to fix which was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who’s travelling with a big family. The pool was a great size the kids enjoyed. I give it a 10/10👌🏾

The villa is spacious and comfortable, the room is also large, quiet area, close to many shops, good location. Fly in the ointment, staff try hard to keep clean.

The outside drainage system is blocked, resulting in a stench from the toilet in the two rooms downstairs, the smell is so disgusting that can't sleep. Fortunately, the staff resolved the problem properly.
