Great facilities, excellent staff, location perfect, great villa very clean with our private large pool We actually stayed an extra 4 nights after the first 6 nights which was a test as we have stayed at a different villa a few years ago with cold pool in a small Villa very disappointing so we tried The Jineng Villas by Ekosistem it was fantastic the management and staff would go out of their way to accommodate us, as it was my wife’s birthday we arrived home to a flower birthday message with Towel art, a red rose plus a superb decorated birthday cake in our full size fridge, large choice for breakfast to choose from, delivered to our Villa all the luxurious extras in a large Villa close to the Bintang supermarket retail, massage & restaurants if The Gineng is available on our next visit we will definitely stay again for an extended stay as well, it is a very reasonable priced Villa that we felt very safe returning late at night. ( we had some friends visit who we meet in Phuket & they couldn’t believe our accommodation facilities for the price that we booked through Booking . Com) we felt very honered to find this Accommodation with everything that we needed. Thank-you again to management & staff for making our relaxing holiday special we will be back. The villa was absolutely beautiful, so spacious, tidy and well air conditioned. I stayed here for 3 nights and was treated very well by staff who made me feel very welcome. I asked if floating breakfast was available which the staff provided for an extra 100k and it was incredibly generous.

The only thing that would stop me returning to this beautiful villa was the lack of direct sunlight on areas to lie by the pool. Where the sun loungers are set up, the sun doesn’t reach at all and I had to pull the lounger over to the area it did reach. I was travelling solo so there was enough space for me, but had I been with someone, we would’ve been fighting for space to get some sun. Plenty of sun hits the pool though so best of both worlds.

Staff were very attentive and kind, very easy check in and check out process. Pool area and outside were great, comfortable bed and large shower/bathroom. Nice central but not busy area.

Villa had usual wear an tear, some parts of the property were definitely old and needing a bit of an update but that was no issue for us. Unfortunately the seminyak shuttle service was not running while we stayed which was disappointing and did then cost as more than expected to get around

The privacy of the villa was wonderful, nice, and quiet away from the busy streets yet close to everything The staff are very helpful and friendly We really enjoyed our stay

Needed more attention to cleaning, the fridge needed to be cleaned and some spots on the floor in corners mainly but overall nice and freshly cleaned

I liked the private pool. Unfortunately the older I get the harder it is to get in and out of the pool, there was no steps to get in or anything to hang on to, to get in and out. Breakfast was delicious. The people were lovely. It was soo quiet and private, which is exactly what we wanted.

The cleaning. The air vents were filthy. The air conditioner was loud, the rooms were desperately needs a bit of maintenance to get it up to scratch. There are water stains on the tiles and shower screens.

The villa location was strategic, amazing breakfast, staff at property were super friendly & helpful.

The bathroom was a bit old, the shower hose was broken. I guess its just need maintenance (new tile, bulb & deep cleaning) Lots of insects & Mosquitoes in the living room especially night time.

Loved the extra large pool in the villa and the room was huge. It had a large bedroom and bathroom and a separate large living room and kitchen. The location of the villas is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the Bintang supermarket, and Double Six beach is about 1.2km away. There is also a local supermarket and some local food options just across the road. Once inside the villa, it was so quiet and a nice escape from the busy streets of Seminyak.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty with lots of choice. The pool is huge and very clean. Large villa that was cleaned daily with a large living area great for families and kids. They supplied a pool fence, which was excellent.

The kitchen seemed a bit run down and in need of an update. The plug in the bath tub didn't seal shut, so hard work filling up the bath.

The location was great, parking available, close to café, Circle K and other nearby shops. Staff were very friendly and well mannered as well as being very helpful. Recommended to others!

There wasn't anything bad I could say, there was a cat meowing on my roof but it wasn't a bother to me? the hot water did stop working at 1 point but the temperature was very warm so it wasn't much of a bother.
