Beautiful place with kind and helpful staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. The kitchenette was very helpful. They keep the pool clean. The staff happily helped us when we needed a few extra things like dish-wash liquid, tissues and bins. The location is great because firstly, a lot of halal food is available nearby. Secondly, it's just 1.5 km away from a stunning Seminyak beach.

The common kitchen was very unhygienic and not usable. So, I didn't feel comfortable cooking anything there. Although the kitchenette they provide contains an electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave and sufficient cutlery. So, it was not a big issue

Small number of suites, location awesome, very quite and relaxing. Rooms were big and spacious it’s aesthetically pleasing with lovely gardens The pool very inviting The staff were very accommodating

1. Tiles on shower recess floor was very slippery when in contact with soap so can be potentially very dangerous guests could get hurt by slipping and falling. My recommendation’s to Replace shower tiles with rough non-slip tiles 2. It would be nice to have a small dining suite sets in the room as westerners like me are not use to sitting and eating off floor. The small tables by the pool are perfect size for the rooms with 3chairs. 3. It would have been nice to have something like a fold-up stand to put your luggage on instead of on the floor. These are NOT negative criticisms but constructive ones.

For a red eye flight escape, the hotel was tucked away nicely near to the airport and we were able to get our much deserve rest at the hotel after travelling overnight. I would like to commend the staff for being so accommodating and helpful during the entire check in process as we only arrived at 1am in the morning. We were really surprised how big the room was for the price we paid for the hotel.

The only puzzling thing about our hotel room is the hole in the ceiling above our wardrobe. Yes it was covered up nicely but we were puzzled by it and honestly a bit worried that plan debris might have fallen into the hotel but other than that, we found nothing wrong with the hotel room.

Quite, big room, clean 👍🏻😍Just the swimming pool very standard and abit unclean water (i think its a filter trouble) A-bit loud with construction working on the project at that time during our stay, I’m sure it’s just temporary. But overall it was perfect staying. Sure we’ll comeback 👍🏻

Everything was perfect for our stay.

The last two days a family with young children arrived. Until then everyone respected each others time at the pool. This family played loud music (Russian) on their speaker for everyone to ‘enjoy’. The children were loud and pretty much took over the whole space with no regard for any other guests. Not a fault of the property , but did take the edge off our otherwise fabulous stay.

I loved everything! From the spacious room to the awesome pool. I loved the helpful staff as well as the daily room cleaning! The location was great too as it was off a Main Street and easy for grab/gojek drivers to find. My partner was in contact with them weeks before our trip and organised a birthday surprise set up for me! I’d stay there again!

Great place to stay with most deluxe rooms are big.Its quiet because on a quiet street and most rooms away from the street.Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Cons: I didn't like the rooms on the 2nd floors because bathroom is a bit smaller and room 202 when you open the curtains people could look inside the room(no glass curtain) In room 105 the mattress really old and when you sleep with 2 you can feel every movement so the hotel should change it. But in general I had a wonderful stay...no breakfast provided

We had the 3 bedroom villa each with its own bathroom, private pool was perfect. Staff assisted with anything we needed and were so friendly.

Washing machine in our villa, a dryer would have been great too as it takes 2-3 days to dry cloths on a rack. It’s hot here but the humidity slows down the drying process.

Amazing location, very walkable to local restaurants and main streets. The staff were very friendly and approachable. I would definitely go back here if I were in for a second holiday 👌🏻

Maybe, ants. This is very expected due to the humid climate. Otherwise, everything is spectacular.

Svarna Suites are absolutely beautiful, spacious suites with small kitchen & spacious, modern bathroom with large shower & rain head!

I liked everything, beautiful setting with a large pool, friendly staff & a quiet location but located just a short distance to the Seminyak cafe/ restaurant area.
