The ever smiling and happy to help staff helped by Mrs Agung herself. Spa recommendations, bike rentals, and places to eat or shop, her suggestions were on point. I left behind some valuable jewellery in the room. Contacted her the next morning. She got it delivered to me promptly and wouldn't accept any payment toward the same. Location is also pretty good. Food court and a couple of marts nearby to fulfill all needs. Beaches, spas and markets a short walk away.

My room smelled of damp when I first entered. Though I got used to it and probably having the AC on for a bit helped. Room 202. Also in the 2nd floor rooms couple of them the ACs were not cooling effectively.

Good mid sized hotel located in a slightly quieter part of Seminyak with easy access to local beaches and nightlife in the Kota/Canggu area. The room was clean and a decent size for two people, although I was solo. The pool is also quite aesthetic for relaxing, but not 24hrs. Overall a decent budget hotel with the location being the best part.

The bathroom tiling could use some work with minor drainage issues, the AC is slightly underpowered considering room size and climate, and no mini fridge (not that it was advertised, but would be nice). All very minor complaints, but brings it down to an 8 for me. Still highly recommend it for the price.

The personal was super great. They clean the room every day without me having to ask for it.

Would be nice to have a small freeze in the room. Safety wasn't working. Room should have more llights. Location it's a little more far from Seminyak center than I expected, but I admit I should have check that more carefully.

Perfect reception, great location as a base for touring other parts of Bali too..had a wonderful experience..definitely coming back when I'm in Bali..

Best value for money!!! Perfect stay. Very clean and modern room. The owners are super friendly and helpful. We arrived around 1am and we could still do Check-in without problem. Next day they took some clothes that needed repair to a tailor and gave us them back fixed in the evening. Thank you very much for your kindness!

The hosts were amazing.. They greeted us and made us feel very welcomed from the first day all the way through to the last day at check out. Mrs Agung always greeted us with a smile and was prompt in responding to any of our requests.

Make sure to use your 'Don't disturb' sign on the door if you want to catch up on some needed sleep.

Mr and Mrs Agung are the most warm, delightful humans, with that special Balinese hospitality. No request was too much, the rooms are cleaned frequently and perfectly, and the value for money is A1.

It was a little noisy sometimes but this is to be expected when staying in such close quarters.

Great value for the location - quiet, so easy to sleep!Friendly staff, daily clean and some water provided. For food nearby: “Breakfast package” is available from Moson nearby - coffee, fruit platter and fry plate! Pancakes Coffee - smoothie bowl and banana pancakes. Puti - great cafe for lunch/afternoon meal. Food court right on the main road - Thai place does great Pad Thai. For shopping/gifts: Agung Bali For detox: Cocoon does packages. For transport: download Gojek app.

the best place to stay, great location, very comfortable, clean, the staff do an exceptional job, they are very attentive. The atmosphere of the place is beautiful, with lots of art and sculptures. Everything is perfect.
