I was not happy when as I was put in a room that was very run down. That was fixed instantly and we were upgraded to a completely brand new room I was so impressed and the rest of our stay was marvellous the hotel and its workers were accommodating and beautiful I will def stay again for the good value. Make sure ur room is upgraded :)

Location is the best and reception are absolutely perfect always ready to assist with anything and always wearing beautiful smiles,very happy helpful and professional.
I can't fault the hotel or staff it's always great that's why I keep coming back.

Very cooperative and smiling staff, great food. The location is easily accessible. Great value for money. Would highly recommend and would come back next holidays.
The bathroom sink was blocked and took longer to attend. It didn't matter to us though

The pool area is nice and tidy and the beds are very comfortable.Room is a little dated
Nothing I didn’t like but it is on a corner and tucked away a bit. not sure the breakfast arrangement is good but for the price I can’t complain really.

like all hotels they have covid wear and tear witch is understandable but every day they were busy with up keep and repairs
