Staff - ALL were kind, helpful, friendly, professional at all times. Breakfast - Good selection, and lots of it. Suggestion: offer green tea tea bags. I couldn't have the hot drinks provided (tea/coffee). I did enjoy the local health drinks provided - for me this made up for me not having a hot drink. Room - Was fine for me. Suggestion: Ensure that the hot water works for the shower. This didn't bother me because it was warm in Bali and because I usually don't have really hot showers, however, others may want this. Location - while it was noisy at times, it was in walking distance (up to 30 minutes) to everything I wanted, e.g. massage, food/drink, banks-ATMs, supermarkets (Bintang was great); transportation by car/motorbike and more.

Noise - the smaller street/road that my room/balcony faced was very noisy - lots of traffic. This wasn't so much of an issue during the day because I wasn't in my room all day. However, in the evening (usual early hours) it was often difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. Ear plugs would have probably mitigated this problem, however, I cannot wear ear plugs. I realise there is nothing you can do about the traffic. Shade at the pool area - I would have liked to have spent more time there, however, there was absolutely no protection provided from the sun, e.g. umbrellas etc.

We had such a great stay here! The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Our room was awesome—we booked the one with the nice sofa, my daughter love it! The smart TV was a really nice touch too; we loved it! Breakfast was amazing—buffet style with different options every day, which kept it interesting. But honestly, the best part was the location. It’s perfect, super easy to get anywhere in Legian and Seminyak. Would definitely stay here again!

The Wi-Fi was basically useless, which made it really hard to get any work done—I had to use my phone’s hotspot the whole time. But honestly, the worst part was the pillows. They were so overstuffed and stiff that we woke up with sore necks every single morning. It was super uncomfortable and definitely something that needs fixing. Also, while the breakfast food was great, the free coffee was pretty bad—it tasted super watered down. I tried ordering the cappuccino, but even that was just meh.

Breakfast was amazing! Location is very central. Staff.. you have a diamond in your staff - Antilla - absolute gem! Very very polite, helpful, professional, and always going the extra mile to be of assistance! All your team was very friendly and smiley but he should be a manager if he is not already - interacted with everyone staff / customers in such a professional way yet made us feel home and welcome.

One of the best three-star hotels I have ever stayed in! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was extremely respectful and helpful throughout my stay. The room was equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a Muslim shower, which was a huge plus. The location was also very economical, making it convenient for both travel and budget. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

There was absolutely no negative at all

The food was great. The rooftop restaurant was awesome. The rooms with that amazing view was really good! The staff was amazing, smiling, helpful and really sweet. They helped us as much as possible. Even with a cab request at 12:30am for 8am.. they did the best service they could for us. Very good place to stay!

Couple of things in the room were a minor inconvenience. Light switch dint work, and the shower was damaged. Which were rectified quickly.... Please give bigger water bottles for your guests.. the small bottles are really useless.

The pool wasn’t the cleanest and the gym was laughable - it didn’t match what was advertised online, and was actually closed when we were there. It had a treadmill and a bike and that was it. Other than this there is nothing I can fault.

Great hotel; in a good location; walking to the beach was a pleasure; rooms in good condition; cleaned daily; rooftop pool met my expectations; one could relax after walking in the area; hotel restaurant serves quite affordable meals at reasonable prices; highly recommend!

The inside of the hotel is beautiful. The lovely receptionist upgraded us as we were given a room with no window unlike the one in my booking. Breakfast was included, a very varied buffet. It was good! The room was really nice, a bit noisy the a/c though. All the amenities were cool, the shower perfect as well. Comfy beds. The pool was fantastic, the deck needs some work. But its ok! There were 4 mineral water bottles in the room, great!

The fridge in our room didnt work but they quickly change it! In the swimming pool área there are only 2 chairs where to lay. The machines in the gym(3) didnt work properly. As regards the location, it was impossible to find a place around to eat, we couldnt even cross the busy avenue. Too much traffic. Of course its not the hotel's problem but bear that in mind. Even though, the hotel has a wide range of options in their menu bur 21% taxis it is too much!

All staff from the receptionist to the security are very polite and accommodating . Security guards were polite too . Kudos to Hotel Santhika .

Breakfast could have been better with different items each day . Also the kitchen staff didnt uunderstand what is half boil eggs . Other than this , no comments

Probably one of the best hotels in Bangkok. We really enjoyed our stay. The staffs are very welcoming.
