I felt the staff could be more co-operative. I wanted to extend my stay but they didn't seem much interested, even though the rooms were available. (No am not a trouble maker if that's what comes to your mind). The owner did not even pick up my call. Also, they refused to lend me the scooty if i am staying somewhere else even though i was willing to leave my luggage and security money.

The owner was lovely and checked on how we were doing multiple times. It’s a great basic hotel for a short stay. The rooms are equipped with a kettle, fridge, tv and water. Our room was pretty dark with a slightly sketchy bathroom so I couldn’t imagine chilling in this hotel but it was fine for a stopover.

As someone who walks absolutes everywhere it’s nearly impossible to cross the road the hotel is on to walk into town so bear this in mind, you will be very dependent on scooters as it’s not close to restaurants etc.

the staff was very kind and welcoming, breakfast is really good. the location is only a couple hundred meters from the busy road but far enough that you don't hear any noise. the room was spacious and had everything you need and there's a balcony infront of the room.

the lighting was white and harsh so not very cozy, the bathroom is very old and simple but for the price it's okay.

Beautiful Homestay. The owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful. There is laundry service available. Nice and clean. I liked the location as it was nice and quiet and not too far from the shops, beach etc. Great value. Would happily return :) There is a must try Taco restaurant next door called Taco Island which I'd never have found if I had not stayed here. Best Tacos ever had.

Bathrooms alittle small but all you need.

I don’t know how this place doesn’t get better reviews! We loved it here and it was great value too. - The staff were so friendly and smiley and it really made our stay so much better, when someone tampered with our bag at the airport they kindly got their tools out and helped us fix the lock - Affordable motorbike rental - Kitchen/fridge/kettle etc and you could also borrow the utensils/crockery from the hotel kitchen - Great size room, with comfortable beds, duvets and nice pillows. Aircon strong and not loud - Really good WiFi - Good location, would recommend you hire a bike though - Bottled water and room cleaned daily (this doesn’t happen very often in SE Asia so we were very grateful!)

- Bathroom sometimes had an odour when we ran the tap or flushed the toilet I assume due to poor sewage or being near to the river but it really wasn’t a huge issue and we would return regardless - Dim lighting in bathroom and bedroom but again really not a significant issue

Nice staff. Rooms were decent. Air con worked and beds were comfortable. Balcony to smoke and met some other travellers while there fairly nice views from the balcony of the river

There's a big main road between the homestay and any attractions or even shops. So that could take 5 mins to cross at certain times of day but that's why it's a little cheaper

We had a wonderful stay here. We were accommodated very well by the owner. Very friendly and we enjoyed our breakfast. The room spacious and we loved balcony. We had a view of the area. You have to rent a scooter to go to most restaurants since some are distant away from the place.

great location, and they have their motorcycle that they rent out so it is very convenient and the price is reasonable too. the room is quite big, and the water pressure in the bathroom is great, overall a good experience.

The stuff was super nice and the bedroom was ok. Taking in consideration the standard in Bali I think they’ve done a good job with the room. Quiet place, far away from the noice of the traffic.

I like everything. It was a one night stay so can’t say much but just for you guys to know, if you’ll want breakfast, you need to ask for it the day before.
