The host, all the employees and specially the villa

The suite was large with its own pool. The pool was not exposed to much sunlight so it was cold. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend non-slip tape put on the floor by the bed to prevent slipping as the floor is slippery and the bed is low to the floor. Amenities were great and always refilled by staff. Breakfast here was wonderful and each day there was a different selection of food to choose from for breakfast.

We checked in at the main reception and then was taken in a buggy approximately 200m down to where the newer villas were located. This villa was amazing. We booked a villa with a private pool. The indoor/outdoor layout was great. Airconditioning worked great and we loved the fact that the bathroom was hidden behind what looks like a closet. An outdoor shower was also available. 24 hours security. TV both inside the room and outdoor lounge space, pool lounge chairs, usual kitchen appliances available, fridge, even an umbrella etc. A safe is located inside the closet. Ample hangars were available. Toiletries were supplied and restocked every time room service did their cleaning rounds each morning. It's literally your home away from home as all amenities were supplied. The villa was exactly as the photos. The staff - Can't thank them enough for their hospitality and the care they took with everything. So amazing and literally went out of their way to help you with anything you needed. Our flight was cancelled the day we were meant to check out and they assisted us with booking an extra night which definitely eased the stress. They even organised one of their own staff to take us to the airport as we were rebooked on a very early morning flight the next day. Breakfast was included in our booking and the variety available catered to all.. there was a nice mix available. EG: Balinese style, European style, cereals, fruits etc. Definitely try this during your stay. The location of it was only a 5 minute drive by bluebird taxi (official taxi service in Bali) to the main Seminyak centre, ,which they assisted with ordering for us each time & only cost $3 RP. It was also away from the hustle and bustle of the night life in Seminyak - so definitely great for families and those who are looking to have a quiet space to return to after your day's adventures. Room service we ordered once as we ate out most days. The pizza we ordered was great.

Very nice private villas. We think the location is great. Its about 1.5-2 km away from buzzling Kuta/Legian/Seminyak tourist center, but far enough for some quiet night to sleep. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was OK. The Villa itself is nicely designed but we do think it starting to show its age. Perhaps the sofa and chairs cover could be changed to something leatherly for easy cleaning. But all in all, it was a great stay at Asa Luxury Villas.

The property was clean, comfortable and only 5 - 8 minutes from the centre of Seminyak! What note can you ask for?! We had a couple of issues with the toilet blocking and leaking but after calling reception to notify, there was a plumber at our door in less than 10 minutes to fix it! The property has all you need, even massage services that are mobile and come to set up in the comfort of your own villa! I had a couple … one next to the pool and one in the air con - air con is always nice and cold! Massages are world class! I have massages all over the world (for my job) and these ones were up there with the best! Ask for ‘NILA’ The staff are more than happy to give you a WhatsApp number to reach them on too - super personal and means you can always contact someone if you have any problems. Staff AMAZING !! I can’t rate the staff high enough - many have become personal life long friends!

Very comfortable and private. The pool is cute and the room is spacious and cozy. The kitchen and dining area have a lovely open architecture. It's perfect to relax and rest. The staff is very polite and the breakfast options are diverse.

There were some signs of aging, but that didn't exactly negatively impact our stay. The location is something to keep in mind. If you are looking for a place near the centres, than this may not be the place for you since you have to conquer Balinese traffic on the scooter, which means it can take up to 20 minutes to reach your destination.

very large bed and super comfortable. Villa provided own adaptors, complimentary water everyday, smells clean and is clean, nice quiet place and spacious.

nothing really about the property just mainly the area it is in, very quiet area and quiet far to walk to certain shops definitely gotta get a ride to go to them. Also that the reception is in a seperate place than the villas so it was confusing at the beginning

Our stay at this villa in Seminyak was overall pleasant, with a cozy and clean ambiance enhanced by the welcoming staff. The villa offered good value for the price, though it would benefit from minor renovations to improve comfort. The on site massage was very nice. With a few tweaks, this villa could easily elevate the experience for future guests.

The breakfast quite basic, and while we appreciated the omelet, having to pay extra for coffee felt unnecessary, some of the bakery stuff offered were not fresh

Very easy access across Bali. Easy to get to anywhere in a short amount of time. Facilities were very good pool was nice bedroom and outdoor area very nice. Staff were on the ball and very polite every day.

Property could do with some maintenance such some simple repairs for doors, handles and covers. Breakfast bar was a bit of a let down. Maybe better food and a greater variety of food but otherwise definitely somewhere I’d stay again

Great location and easy access. Even though it isn’t central Seminyak we could actually walk to a lot of places about 5/10/15/20 min walks depending on where you want to go. Decent sized place and bed which is great. Great buffet breakfast variation too

Just a few little things need upgrading. The wooden floor boards by the pool were quite loose and did pinch my feet a couple times, a bit of a hazard. The water was fine up until the last day where it didn’t seem to be producing a lot and actually was giving out a lot of dirt that stained clothes/body etc. Definitely nothing that can’t be fixed! Just a couple of minor issues
