The villa came with a pool. It was spacious and clean. We loved having breakfast near the pool. We always looked forward to going for a swim especially after a long day of travel. The front desk to the kitchen staff were all so friendly and lovely. They always served us with a smile.

Although we were safe, there is no lock for the bathroom area leading to the pool so anyone could just walk in.

What can I say.. What an absolute amazing stay at Samaja Villas Seminyak. From the second the booking was made we received a 5 star service. This trip was for me and my partner whilst travelling and we made a short trip to Bali! The staff, facilities everything was more than what we could’ve asked for. Santi who assisted me prior to arrival to arrange and organise my surprise engagement meal was amazing and the effort that what put in was also outstanding I couldn’t believe the level of service and dedication which was provided by all the team. We can’t thank you enough for making our trip to Bali as special as it was. The room service was excellent. Laundry is available at an extra fee which was very helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you again we hope to be returning in the future.

My partner and I stayed a week here for our anniversary and we really enjoyed it. We got a taxi from the airport and paid $20 cash. The guy originally wanted $40 but that’s because they always give you their highest price first. I had downloaded the Gojek app but hadn’t set it up so if I had it would have only been like $10-15 so make sure you do that to save money on car and bike rides. When we got there we were greeted with a welcome drink and also got an early check in which was nice as I was 5 months pregnant and hot and exhausted from the travel so we got straight in the pool to relax. The daily breakfast included was great, lots of options to choose from so I had something different every day. We also did the floating breakfast experience which you pay a little bit more for but was worth it. The presentation of the food and drinks is just wow! They do such a good job at it. Lunch and dinner we always had out but you can have it there as they have a little restaurant there. Nothing great close by in walking distance so a scooter ride was what we did. Dion helped us organise a daily scooter for $10 which included 2 helmets and that’s how we got around. We parked the scooter at the front in the parking space. They do have room service which we used a few times too for snacks and dessert. Had a full body massage at their spa which was amazing too. The villa was cleaned daily if we wanted it to be so some days we did and some days we didn’t but it was very clean and well presented. This was the first time saying in a villa for us and we loved the fact that we could access the pool anytime we wanted and didn’t have to walk or go in an elevator to get to the pool and borrow towels as everything was right there so that was great! The staff were all amazing and very helpful and just want you to have the best time during your stay so they go above and beyond for anything you ask for. They also have a pond with big fish in it and they let you feed them which is cool.

When I booked it the villa that I saw and choose had lots of greenery around the pool but the one we got was different and only had greenery at the top so that was a bit disappointing as it looked a bit dull and not tropical like I expected but I didn’t bother complaining about it. However the only thing that really bothered me was that the curtains had a bit of mould on them. Management should have a look in to it because I’m sure others would complain about it too and it could get worse over time.

Absolutely everyone at Samaja Villas work together to make your stay pleasurable. From constantly asking how you’re doing, to accommodating requests, the delicious food and the comfortable beds. We loved everything. For our first time in Seminyak, the location is convenient- not too touristy but also not far from many attractions eg potato head, seminyak square, seminyak beach are all a taxi ride away. Shops around are open till late. The floating breakfast and the massage are worth getting and the happy hour drinks are also decent. The shower, the bathtub and the pool were some of our favourites. Special thanks to Dayu, Aris and Dion at the front office, all the house keeping and restaurant staff Yeki, Restu, Wida, Dode and Devi.

Everything was perfect. The service were extraordinary! The staff are very kind and accommodating, having their own initiative is a huge plus as well. The free breakfast was fantastic, too. I tried Nasi Goreng for the first time it was amazing although the spicy level is through the roof so beware, actually most food in Bali will be spicy on a certain level. The following points are the highlights for the villa: 1. Very spacious villa 2. Aircon was very cold - perfect for the hot weather in Seminyak 3. Plenty of towels provided 4. Very soft bed and adequately soft pillows 5. Clothes rack for drying clothes 6. Exclusivity and privacy of area 7. Huge security box - can even fit my 15.6" laptop

Nothing really but improvement for the following things could be added: 1. Floor mop / water sweeper in the toilet as the water after taking a bath does not dry easily. 2. Floor rags in the washroom between the room and toilet. 3. Sealing on the door going to the pool to avoid mosquitos going inside the room and toilet.

I LOVED everything about the place. I could not fault anything. Location was great, staff are EXCEPTIONAL, our Villa was AWESOME and we ate most meals in your restaurant which were FANTASTIC. I also had a facial upstairs that was BEAUTIFUL. I will be recommending to Samaja to family and friends and should I come back to Bali I will stay again, without hesitation !!!

I don’t have words to describe how good I felt during my stay at Samaja. The place was amazing. Close to most of the places in Seminyak and nearby. The taxi drivers didn’t have any problems in getting there fast, both bikes and cars. The staff was the best of my stay. From the housekeeping to the restaurant, the reception, Dion and Dayu were the best, such good human beings, always concerned about my stay, especially as a solo traveler, I felt very safe every time they asked me where I was going and even check on the map. I felt a 100% at home. My room was clean the whole time, the massage therapist was amazing, the breakfast was good. I promised that I’m going back, hopefully with my friend and sister. ❤️ Thank you, Samaja staff for your outstanding service.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t stay longer. I traveled for a short time 😔

A wonderful place to start our first Bali experience. This place is all about the people who work there where nothing is too much trouble for them. It was like being a guest visiting a family. They put on a special birthday treat for my wife and I never asked them to do this. First class service.

It took a couple of days to work out the best route to walk down to the beach so we could avoid the taxis and bike rides. Once we worked out the way to cross over the main road it was simple enough and there are loads of shops and delightful cafes and restaurants on the way to discover and enjoy.

10 min drive to centre and shops 24 hour supermarket just next door

size of the villa was much smaller than pictured online. please check measurements before booking as room and pool were much smaller than expected. Breakfast was ok but evening dinner was not good here. i would recommend to eat elsewhere
