An excellent stay, only a 5 minute walk away from the vibrant parts of Seminyak. We felt cared for and safe in Casa Artista and had an overall wonderful experience. The staff at the place including all the security guards were so nice and helpful. The owner was very responsive as well.

We had a fantastic 6 night stay here as a family of 4 in two poolside rooms. The location of the accommodation is perfect. Very quiet but easy to walk into town and close to many great cafes and restaurants. The accommodation feels quite old and there are obvious signs of wear and tear but this isn’t make us enjoy ourselves any less and the price totally reflects the age of the building. The swimming pool was perfect and it got a lot of sun which meant it wasn’t too cold to get into. The staff are really lovely too and would always go out of their way to help. We would book this again in a heartbeat.

Friendly staff, good facilities and in a good location. The pool is good and the rooms have a lot of natural light and good air conditioning.

A distinct mouldy smell in the room

The Poolside rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable.Bathroom also spacious and shower is hot. Tap to the sink needs repair or replace but did work. Plenty of towels.Rooms had daily room service and towels replaced whenever we asked.Aircon worked well . Good cafe "Local" 3 minute walk with excellent food and coffee at good prices.10 minute easy walk to the beach and a$3 Grab ride to Seminyak square etc.

There are no signs naming the property! So trying to find it in the dark would be hard,especially if the driver hadn't been there before.There is a security guy in the lane who seemed to know which property was which.We didn't like the breakfast option (came from a cafe) was too expensive for what it was and not much choice.

- Very responsive on WhatsApp and ready to make arrangements. - Definitely a different ambiance compared to the typical Bali vibe. - Clean bedding, nice yard. - Great price. - Love that there's a fridge, coffee, tea, and a kettle with water. Although they don’t offer breakfast, you can order it, and it arrived in a record 10 minutes—an excellent meal (for two people, 185 IDR).

The bed isn’t a double but two singles pushed together, so you can feel the gap in the middle; it could be more comfortable. The bathroom mirror is quite old and damaged from moisture. It looks bigger and better maintained in photos than in reality. There’s no one at the reception. But overall, these are minor things—we enjoyed our stay!

Cannot fault anything wow amazing villa, beautiful clean very spacious like minded guests too. I already have a friend who has now booked to stay later in the year at this spot based off my instagram stories! I will absolutely stay again! Super central yet dead quiet/ peaceful. Less then 5min walk to sunset beach, less then ten to main street. The rooms are HUGE the pool is epic, HOT water too with excellent pressure. Very very comfy bed. Excellent coffee/breaky spots in the lane. If it wasint booked out all Months i would be back again at the end of my trip loved it! Very very cute cat pops in sometimes too!

I really enjoyed having the outdoor shower. On a morning it was so peaceful and refreshing. Our bed was huge and comfortable. We also had our own garden with sun loungers and was still quite private up on the roof. Our room was very spacious too. The location at first seems quite out of the way but it has convenience stores and an amazing cafe at the end of the road which we went to everyday called Local Coffee. It’s either a quick grab ride or a 10 minute walk to the busier area of Seminyak.

The only issue we had was the sink was blocked twice but we text the receptionist and they sorted it out asap.

Lovely stay with good location to Seminyak beach and other nearby attractions. Special K mart and coffee shop 2mins walking distance. I was also able to order food from local coffee shop and massage prices were reasonable albeit more expensive than local spas. The staff were always very helpful and host was one message away on WhatsApp. I also was able to check out one hour later. Nice cool AC and pool. The villa was good for upto 2/3 people and quite large. Cute cats on site who are regulars

The WiFi was not very strongl and I instead had to use mobile data. Please install WiFi boosters in room to allow access around the room I stayed.

Hard to beat the hospitality, staff, kindness, attention to detail, how clean it was, comfortable, unbelievably beautiful with the flowers, the setting, the artwork, the comfortable bed, pillows, huge washroom, space for toiletries, with expansive counter space, high ceilings and away from any noise. Felt like we were in a different world all our own, it’s very well designed, put together, and for the price? Almost doesn’t make sense. It’s on par with spaces that cost 5 times as much. It could be 5 star, charging $300 a night. It’s a bargain but not in a bad way, in a great way. I would highly recommend it. I’ve been traveling throughout SE Asia for the last two years. This place was one of the best I’ve seen.

Everything was perfect, the location itself is 7 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to the vibrant center , but calm at the same time , the studio was super clean and the hosting team was very responsive and the pool was perfect

The water heater takes like 4 mins to heat the water , its not a major thing but just to mention, anything else was perfect
