Private pool, great food choices. Staff very helpful and friendly. Harry the driver took us to waterfall and other tourist spots, very helpful and friendly. Felt very safe and secluded. Kids loved the pool and geckos. Very efficient to fix anything.

The room had a small pool under a frangipani, which I loved. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was huge

The staff were amazing, daily cleaning, felt safe and private. Jas Villa’s was just what our family needed for a break away from it all together. We chose a villa over resort option for this reason. It’s fun exploring the local streets and surrounds. Go for the breakfast included! It’s delicious.

Things are a little tired. A bit of paint here and there will give the place the glow up it needs. We chose the location based on a wedding but much more preferred the Legian area for eating out and ‘things to do with kids’. It’s only a short 30 min walk once you hit the beach front.

I loved the location . Short walk to the main strip and to the beach. No need for taxis. Breakfast was enough. Picked a item of the menu and it included a drink or coffee. There was no food wastage nor touching food other people have touched.. The pool was so super clean and the bed was extra comfy. Very important factor when staying at a hotel.

Our villa only had one lounge chair out the back and there was a big gap in the door from the pool area to inside. Maintenance tried fixing but it didn't work. So many bugs got in and we were bitten all over. Don't stay in room 19. My family were in the other rooms and all there doors closed completely.

the accommodation was perfect for our needs, everything was within walking distance - easy 2min walk to the Seminyak center, 300m walk to the beach. The hotel had great facilities, including breakfast. It's great to use the private swimming pool, beds were comfy, the bathroom was big and fantastic. We stayed for 9 nights here, and were treated really well by friendly staff and have used all the facilities on offer.

Outdated decor. Traditional Balinese hutts that are not well sealed, so anything can walk in.

Easy check in process and held my bags safely due to early arrival and allowed early check in as villa was ready.

Jas villas are in a fantastic location only a short walk to eat street with endless options for restaurants, spas and shopping. The villa is set into 2 rooms. Walking into the kitchen/dining/sitting room, which is very dark as there are no windows but a glass sliding door into the bedroom, which then enters the pool area. The kitchen area does get very warm as there is only a fan in this space, but we would leave the bedroom door open where the aircon is located. The bathroom is huge, with an open shower and a large bath. The pool area is minimal, with only enough room to walk around the pool deck with the 2 sunchairs, which did limit the ability to entertain. The bed was very comfortable.

As all the flooring is tiling and you would need to walk in from the pool, you need to be careful not to slip if your feet are still wet. Also, the location of the shower is very close to the toilet, which would get wet when showing. The breakfast selection at the villa was quite limited, prompting us to opt for dining out after our first breakfast there. This might be a factor to consider if you prefer a wider variety of breakfast options. We experienced that it can be loud at night when other guests are in their pool area exterminating and might not be considerate of others at 2 a.m.

Location is excellent. 10 minute walk to everything but so quiet.. Aircon in bedrooms worked perfectly despite high temperatures and high humidity. Comfortable beds. Clean bedrooms. Room service for next to nothing and everything delivered with big smiles. Spa on site with lovely staff. Highly recommend the hot lava rock massage.

Like most tropical places, outdoor maintenance is needed constantly and The Jas Villas is no different. If you are looking for perfection, move on...

The villas are so beautifully built giving a feeling of home away from home especially with a little baby. The staff were very friendly, respectful and responsive. The rooms are very clean with daily cleaning. I loved that the villa was a walking distance to the Seminyak shopping centre and we could just walk to do shopping or dine and safely return to the villa even in the evenings. It's a perfect location especially if you live shopping.

Room was clean and tidy, with all things needed for a comfortable stay. Pool was clean and shower good. Great location and staff friendly. Water proved with excellent fridge. Good shower.

Linen sheets and towels was a little old, air conditioner noisy, no milk for coffee (only crema) Could of had seating and hand rail at pool area. Only had low beds around pool which are difficult for mature people to access. Very poor Wi-Fi. Kept dropping out regularly. Tiles in bathroom very slippery when wet.
