Breakfast was pretty good. Nice selection of fresh fruits & freshly squeezed juice. The pastries & egg selections were also very good. The Indonesian breakfast choices were delicious.

Location, villa size, all staff helpfulness and friendliness, Krisna always asked if all ok and what could we suggest to help improve the place... he was an excellent leader !!

Outdoor kitchen/ table should be sprayed every day due to the ants.. by the time your breakfast reached your villa it was cold, shame, as it was always very nice.. they just need a device to keep it warm....

Great location can’t be beat, easy walk to restaurants and the beach especially if you enter the beach at Ku Da Ta near the flea market. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, much better than some other villas offer.

We booked well in advance but were contacted prior to our trip and advised there was a double booking. We would have to move villas twice during our stay. My husband and I were moved to a double villa and my sister in law to a single on her own. It was not the end of the world but inconvenient. As between the 3 of us we tried 4 different villas we could see they were not all in the same state of repair. The standout villa for us was villa 7 ( single bedroom) it has a glassed in air conditioned living area, much cooler to relax in. The villas offered us a massage each to compensate.

The private pool was great, perfect temperature. The location is central but quiet and walkable to beach, restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable and the AC in lounge and bedroom were perfect temperature. The staff were really responsive with fixing issues, we had an issue with our TV and they replaced the whole unit. Additionally, breakfast mishaps were corrected quickly and without complaint. Great communication from staff all around

Breakfast inconsistent and pretty average. We had to supply our own milk so getting in on a late flight wasn’t very convenient. Additionally, bath, shower and toilet are in an outside area, so very muggy and prone to mosquitoes, no AC in this area.

The menu has been upgraded, and the breakfasts were very nice and have significantly improved. We always ordered a late breakfast, so the fruit platter was used as an afternoon snack, then dinner. We were there for Nyepi Day 2025, so we ordered Room Service for dinner, which was a new feature for the Villas. The room service meal was OMG!!!, delicious and very well presented. As always, the staff were always friendly, and as we have been to the Villas for our last 4 trips to Bali, they all like to say hello and have a quick chat. Once again, I recommend the Club Villas. The location is central to everything within the main street of Seminyak with plenty of Restaurants & Bars to choose from. You could eat at a different Restaurant each night of your holiday and still not eat at the same place twice. Unfortunately, our next trip back to Bali, won't be until late 2026, but it will be back to the Club Villa's again.

We loved the location of The Club Villas as well as the space of the villa. The pool was the perfect size for us with our small children (1 and 3 y/o). The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms spacious. Towels were changed everyday and they were HUGE

The breakfast options got a bit repetitive but were tasty none the less. The villa is on two levels and has very steep, tiled stairs leading to the second floor which if you are travelling with small mobile children it's something to be aware of.

The Villa was clean and spacious, the pool was lovely, the staff were all happy and couldn't do enough for you Breakfast was delicious and room service was great too. It was walking distance to everything and nice and quiet at night. Security at the property is a bonus too. We will definitely be back to stay here again. great value for money.

This is being a bit picky, I would have liked a tea towel in the kitchen and floor mats to wipe our feet, the tiles are slippery with wet feet from the pool. The nozzle in the tap in our bathroom needs replacing, not much comes out, and the air-conditioning unit in the entry didn't work very well.

Thf villa is a quiet oasis in the centre of bustling, hectic Seminyak. We liked coming back to the villa to cool off in the big private pool. The villa is enormous. It’s lacking in decor, but it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable.

The included American breakfast was huge- so big that we changed to the Indonesian breakfast the second night then on our third and last night we canceled and ordered fruit plates. This isn’t a complaint as some people would enjoy that. Just an observation.

The highlight of this villa is absolutely the private pool, which is a great size, perfect depth and maintains a very nice warm temperature. Being able to go for a swim any time of day without strangers around you is the best!! The villa itself is a great size with separate bedroom, kitchen and semi-outdoor bathroom featuring a shower that's open to the sky. Breakfast is served in the villa every morning with both Western and local options available along with great coffee. The villas are located just off Seminyak's main street, so there are ample dining and shopping options just a short walk away. A longer walk of 15 to 30 minutes will get you to most of the adjacent beaches. Staff are super sweet, friendly and helpful with 24 hours reception desk. The villas are very safe with on-site security booth. 110% sure I would stay here again.

The villas are dated and need a good refurbishment. Sheets and towels are thin from age, but still super clean. We had to report minor maintenance issues almost every day, ranging from air con not working properly to safety issues like broken pool chairs. On the positive side, once reported they dispatched maintenance staff right away to fix the issue or replace the broken items.
