Great location, friendly staff and breakfast was quite delicious. Huge compound for the 3 bedroom villa.

We didn’t like being booted out of our villa, along with all the other villas because the owner had not been paying his loan so it was repossessed. Thankfully it was only 1 night we lost but the staff found us another villa for the night.

Very friendly staff. Location. Our villa was huge and set out nice with a lovely big pool Bed was very comfy. Felt very relaxed as soon as arrived. Breakfast choice that was served in the villa was good.

Tv reception was not good enough to watch tv on both of the tv’s. Would be good to get some new cushions for under the gazebo as were dirty and stained. Missing cushions on the sun beds as so was hard to lie on. Lots of mosquitoes around the toilet and got bitten lots.

Staff is very helpful at the front desk, and gave us nice welcome drinks and cold towel to cool down after trip down from the airport. Helped us to our room and showed us around.beautiful pool villa with rustic and natural feel, reasonably well maintained for its age. Huge size pool in two bedrooms unit, with plenty of mature trees providing good shades during hot afternoon swim. The nice open area also allows plenty of air movement so it doesn’t feel too hot. The shades the trees provided makes the pool deck also perfect for relaxing in the afternoon (after 3pm is best).

The bathrooms are adjacent to bedroom, with back to nature outdoor feel, although it’s well enclosed enough for privacy . But this mean it’s not air conditioned, and during afternoon it can get really hot in there without any air movement. I could only bear the temperature in it in the morning or evening. Perhaps a wall mounted or pedestal fan would help during the hottest time of the day.

Even though we arrived early the room was already ready! The pool was fantastic! The mosquito treatment was done daily which worked well having no bites on us! The staff were lovely. The welcome drink was amazing!!

The aircon in one of the rooms was slightly not cold enough. The breakfast didn’t have a huge range and the juices weren’t fresh pressed like we thought they would be. But overall we still enjoyed ourselves!

The location is excellent. Close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was great and the layout of the villas very nice. Plenty of room and the staff were excellent.

The villa was great but the property needs a little general aesthetics work done. New paint or clean of stone, driveway relaid, new cushion cover in gazebo. The breakfasts due to delivery from outside hotel always required heating in microwave. Would have been great to have the restaurant out front open but it must be owned by someone else.

Accommodation was fantastic, particularly liked the pool and bed. The Villa restaurant was not available but plenty of great food establishments within easy walking distance - all those we tried had excellent food and expansive menus. Food is very reasonably priced but if you are a wine lover expect to pay a lot more than in Australia. Aged 80 and 79 respectively, my wife and I found walking and crossing the main streets a little daunting. All of the staff and the Villas are very efficient and friendly and the local people are all also pleasant.

The TV in our room had a faulty connection which was frustrating. For those who like to do a little tidying and cleaning themselves, a mop, dishcloth and a proper tea towel would have been good to have. Having to use bottled water to clean your teeth took some getting used to.

The staff were amazing, all so accommodating and kind. The villa itself was massive and private, we loved the private pool and the floating Breakfast is a must. Every afternoon housekeeping would come and light the mosquito repellents and perform a turn down service. The location was directly behind eat street Seminyak.

I loved everything and can't rave about them enough, the bed was a little firm for our taste.

Maya Villas is our favourite hotel in Bali! The location is perfect, and the villas are spacious with a great-sized swimming pool—everything you need to feel comfortable.

The property is starting to show its age. It seems like maintenance is being overlooked, which is a shame. We noticed a strong rotten smell when using the bidet, and some air conditioners were extremely noisy—we even had to switch villas because of it. The beds could also use an upgrade for better comfort. Don’t get me wrong, we’ll absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Bali, but we really hope they invest in some much-needed renovations to keep this place as amazing as it should be!

We stayed in a three bedroom villa, big bedrooms and a covered lounge and kitchen area. The private pool was large and used alot! All the bedrooms open out onto the pool which our kids loved. Located down a side street in Seminyak so very quiet and close to Seminyak Square (five minutes walk). There is not a restaurant onsite but you can order a breakfast which is delivered to the villa and there are lots of places to eat within walking distance of the villa.

We were a bit further back from the beach (ten minute walk to Seminyak beach), if you are wanting to visit beaches like Double Six be prepared for a bigger walk.

After a lot of research we settled on Maya Sayang and so glad we did. The villa’s are in a prefect location just off eat street making it so easy to explore the area. The villa was exceptional. A very spacious, beautiful Balinese style villa which we absolutely loved. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and was amazing to relax in and by. The onsite restaurant was perfect for room service and cocktails. All of the staff were so friendly and looked after us so well during our stay. Special mention to Ajay, Dayu and Desak for your exceptional service and friendly smiles. We can’t wait to come back.
