What was their NOT to like ??? The size of the rooms were very generous . Open spacious layout. Simple understated furnishings but very practical. The bath towel ladder in the bathroom was a smart simple feature Loved all the beaches and stools for you to put things on Amazing breakfast buffet and service Fantastic location with restaurants and shopping at your doorstep The top level pool was fantastic also

I honestly can't think of anything ? Oh ... tiny issue . My tv was a little tricky to work , and I like a bit of background ambience while I'm getting ready etc ... in saying that , the moment I brought it to the attention of the staff it was dealt with immediately

Amazing staff! We had an incident where the local money exchange people didn't give us the correct local currency and the security guard went above and beyond in assisting us with recovering the rest of our money. The pool staff were attentive when we were swimming by the pool and were always so friendly, as were the staff during breakfast. The rooms were spacious and the location was the best! So central and within walking distance to the flea market, lots of restaurants and cafes and shopping around Seminyak. Will stay here again.

We had buffet breakfast included in our stay and there wasn't a huge selection. It was an alternate brekky option for some options that were ready made and after 6days it got a bit boring. Some of the pool tiles require fixing as many were broken and kids could end up getting cut with some of the sharp edges. The gym was in the basement and at night it was a little scary using the gym (particularly for women) as the entrance/exit is shared with the carpark (it didnt feel secure).

Fantastic location, friendly staff and value for money. The 24 hour use of room is also a massive game changer.

Rooftop construction for a restaurant means constant drillings and banging above your room from 8am until 10pm.

Great location, nice pool area, massive rooms, great air con. Balcony space was small but enough room to dry clothes which is good! Breakfast had a good choice, continental type buffet and ordered off menu for hot food which also had a good range and they were happy to alter things. Very comfy massive bed. Staff really friendly. Good check timings where you can sort of match your check in and check out time. Gym space was “temporary” but still decent although 2/3 treadmills were broken for our whole stay, barely anyone used the gym so it wasn’t a problem.

Unfortunately we found tiny bugs around the tea/coffee area and they just multiplied within seconds. Just meant it was tricky to keep snacks in the room unless they were unopened or completely sealed. Pool area was quite busy and on one occasion struggled to get a bed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Seminyak! The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shampoo and conditioner were high-quality with a lovely scent — and they came in large bottles, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was excellent, cleaning the room twice a day and always arranging everything beautifully. One of the best parts of our stay was the late check-out. The staff were so accommodating and allowed us to check out at 5 PM because our flight was in the evening — that really made a difference! Breakfast was lovely with a nice variety, and the seating area had a beautiful view that made it a relaxing start to the day. Highly recommended

The only downside was the pool — it was only 1.1 meters deep, which was a bit disappointing. But still, it was relaxing to hang out by and enjoy the atmosphere.

Breakfast is one of the highlights of this resort, you can literally have a brunch everyday - they have a wonderful menu from which you can pick some delicious food. The pool in the rooftop is also amazing, you can see the sunset from there.

We booked a half-board for 8 nights, which meant that we had to repeat meals since the half-board menu is limited to 4 dishes (and at times there were some ingredients out of stock). Beware of the sun umbrellas and the small boxes on the rooftop, the sun passes and you can get sunburn easily.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, the rooms are so big and spacious, the pool area is amazing, the beds are super comfy and the staff are always so attentive.

I miss the buffet style breakfast. I also had room 519 and unfortunately in the morning all I could hear was the chairs being moved around above me in the restaurant. I also don’t find the air conditioning to be cold enough. Despite these things I would definitely still stay again, it’s my favourite hotel.

We spent two weeks in cross Paasha, it was good experience. The staff very kind and very helpful The location was great, in the Main Street and not so far from the beach. The breakfast was excellent The pool was excellent A great money value.

The room was very very humid The bed smells very humid Once we put put our clothes in the room , all became wet , that’s the major problem in that hotel, but if you stay just a few days you don’t notice it . There was little ants in the closet when we arrived so we couldn’t put our clothes in there. In two weeks, two times we found a lizard on the roof but the stuff was very kind and took care of it immediately.

This hotel is in an excellent central location in Seminyak, and basically everything about this hotel was excellent- the staff, cleanliness, and the food served in the rooftop restaurant was excellent also. Local restaurants are literally across the street and there is heaps of choice. Handy money changer next door too. I have come here every year for the last 4 years, and I will be back next year too.

Actually nothing- everything was perfect.

The rooftop pool and restaurant were beyond exceptional, and the location could not have been better. We did not taxi anywhere we were able to walk to amazing restaurants, shopping markets, spas and the beach. Mostly we dropped and flopped by the pool, there was always plenty of room for everyone we managed to get a cabana everyday of our stay. Staff were amazing and very lovely and accomodating. Breakfast everyday was beautiful with mimosas included in the buffet. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend

Bathroom in our room needed a renovation, shower pressure was terrible and did not feel clean. Our room faced the neighbouring buildings car park ( they have done a great job of adding greenery as screening) and our balcony was quite small as we were in the thick of Seminyak square, this did not bother us as we spent most of our time on the balcony or exploring Seminyak square.
