Amazing staff! We had an incident where the local money exchange people didn't give us the correct local currency and the security guard went above and beyond in assisting us with recovering the rest of our money. The pool staff were attentive when we were swimming by the pool and were always so friendly, as were the staff during breakfast. The rooms were spacious and the location was the best! So central and within walking distance to the flea market, lots of restaurants and cafes and shopping around Seminyak. Will stay here again.

We had buffet breakfast included in our stay and there wasn't a huge selection. It was an alternate brekky option for some options that were ready made and after 6days it got a bit boring. Some of the pool tiles require fixing as many were broken and kids could end up getting cut with some of the sharp edges. The gym was in the basement and at night it was a little scary using the gym (particularly for women) as the entrance/exit is shared with the carpark (it didnt feel secure).

Fantastic location, friendly staff and value for money. The 24 hour use of room is also a massive game changer.

Rooftop construction for a restaurant means constant drillings and banging above your room from 8am until 10pm.

Breakfast is one of the highlights of this resort, you can literally have a brunch everyday - they have a wonderful menu from which you can pick some delicious food. The pool in the rooftop is also amazing, you can see the sunset from there.

We booked a half-board for 8 nights, which meant that we had to repeat meals since the half-board menu is limited to 4 dishes (and at times there were some ingredients out of stock). Beware of the sun umbrellas and the small boxes on the rooftop, the sun passes and you can get sunburn easily.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Seminyak! The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shampoo and conditioner were high-quality with a lovely scent — and they came in large bottles, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was excellent, cleaning the room twice a day and always arranging everything beautifully. One of the best parts of our stay was the late check-out. The staff were so accommodating and allowed us to check out at 5 PM because our flight was in the evening — that really made a difference! Breakfast was lovely with a nice variety, and the seating area had a beautiful view that made it a relaxing start to the day. Highly recommended

The only downside was the pool — it was only 1.1 meters deep, which was a bit disappointing. But still, it was relaxing to hang out by and enjoy the atmosphere.

We spent two weeks in cross Paasha, it was good experience. The staff very kind and very helpful The location was great, in the Main Street and not so far from the beach. The breakfast was excellent The pool was excellent A great money value.

The room was very very humid The bed smells very humid Once we put put our clothes in the room , all became wet , that’s the major problem in that hotel, but if you stay just a few days you don’t notice it . There was little ants in the closet when we arrived so we couldn’t put our clothes in there. In two weeks, two times we found a lizard on the roof but the stuff was very kind and took care of it immediately.

The rooftop pool and restaurant were beyond exceptional, and the location could not have been better. We did not taxi anywhere we were able to walk to amazing restaurants, shopping markets, spas and the beach. Mostly we dropped and flopped by the pool, there was always plenty of room for everyone we managed to get a cabana everyday of our stay. Staff were amazing and very lovely and accomodating. Breakfast everyday was beautiful with mimosas included in the buffet. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend

Bathroom in our room needed a renovation, shower pressure was terrible and did not feel clean. Our room faced the neighbouring buildings car park ( they have done a great job of adding greenery as screening) and our balcony was quite small as we were in the thick of Seminyak square, this did not bother us as we spent most of our time on the balcony or exploring Seminyak square.

This is the second time we have stayed and Cross Passha Bali - Seminyak and again it didn’t disappoint. Centrally located, restaurants, bars, mini-mart close by, the hotel is wonderful from the staff who are all lovely, from front of house to the kitchen and cleaning team. The rooms are spacious well decorated and the beds extremely comfortable, the restaurant located on the top floor now, still gives a good variety of food choices and the menu for lunch very good, we ate lunch most days at Cross Passha. The pool, the changes are lovely, day beds are so nice to relax in and it has a nice relaxing vibe. 😊 We took my Sister and niece with us, and they kindly put our rooms close to each other which was appreciated. They both said they would stay again as will we! 😀

This is the second time we have stayed with Cross Paasha (Formally known a U Paasha) and it was another wonderful experience. Rooms are massive and were clean and comfortable, Location is right in the centre of Seminyak (close to seminyak square, within walking distance to almost everything, bars, restaurants, massage and Beach clubs. Newly renovated roof top restaurant was amazing, with views of the sunset and an awesome roof top pool ! Breakfast was a "Semi- buffet" including pastries and breads as well as all the normal menu items you would typically see at a breakfast cafe. Wifi worked well. One of the best feature of Cross Paasha is the 24 check in/out - we arrived at the hotel and checked in at 8pm which meant that on the day we left we were able to check out at 8pm (timed perfectly for our flight home), takes the stress away from having to find somewhere to go between check out and flights home. Such an amazing benefit ! Would highly recommend for Couples and Groups

It’s literally in the heart of all the popular places to go in Seminyak, you can’t beat the location. For someone like myself who loves to tan, the roof top swimming pool gets full sun but has umbrellas and shade as well. The rooms are modern and very spacious and as always the staff are so lovely. I’ve stayed here a few times now and will always stay again!

I do think it’s time the showers and shower floor had a freshen up with paint as there is brown stains and a bit of what looks like rust in the grout. That is literally my only feedback!

The pool was great! The restaurant on the roof has been updated and looks awesome. Location is good with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping around. They have a doctor on site. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is no longer a buffet like it was a year ago, still plenty of options, just not as good. The view from our room wasn't very nice, definitely try and get a higher floor. The gym in the basement has halved in size and doesn't have much equipment anymore.
