The location was ideal especially for my Dad as the shopping center was close and many lovely restaurants. The facility was clean, and the layout was superb, we loved the decor who ever has furnished has excellent taste, with modern facilities. It was home away from home and we felt safe. One of the family had a birthday on one of days we were there, and they dressed the room beautifully, made us feel special.

We were not happy about only having one key, the cleaners locked us out on the Sunday and it took 5 hours to get a second key, the contact on the phone was disengaged and did not understand the requests, until I further explained we had an 80-year-old man waiting in the heat. The key was finally sent by courier. So, thank you! The breakfast was not the best it was the same for the 7 days.

This villa is so comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms all spacious with flatscreen tvs, really comfortable beds and great air conditioned bedrooms. Lovely bed linen and we loved lounging in the robes provided. The villa is traditional Balinese style built around a communal area which is open plan, undercover but open to the outdoors. (This is all your private space - the villa is a stand alone property in its own grounds) 2 of the bedrooms are in their own little building in the ground also. ) We stayed in the villa in the wet season so lots of mosquitos after dusk which we managed with burning coils (provided) and having plenty repellent spray and we were able to sit out and play cards and have some family time on a night. The ensuites in the downstairs bedrooms are beautiful , they do have that open plan style so it’s nice to take a bath or shower and look at the sky - but after the rain you’ll get the mosquitos. It’s just part of nature living in the tropical area and as long as you’re prepared it’s not an issue. The upstairs bathroom is completed enclosed. The location is excellent- a walk out the villa down the lane, round the corner in 2 mins and you’re in the hustle bustle of Seminyak with so many eateries and shopping, massage spots etc. but it is also really quiet at the villa as it’s set back down a lane. So best of both worlds. The pool is large for a villa. Grounds are pleasant, plenty space around the pool for the whole family. Staff come to Villa and cook breakfast which is nice. They will plan this around your choice of time so we are able to have early breakfast when we had activities planned and later when we were having a lazy day. Choice of continental or Indonesian breakfast and you can arrange with the staff the night before via WhatsApp. The villa really is a beautiful space and we had the best time in Seminyak and staying at the accommodation was a big part of that! If anything broke, staff were right there to fix it.

Nothing to add here. Nothing to change other that the communication at check in but this was an isolated incident for us.

This was our second stay here, and will stay again. The compound is amazing and roomy. The pool is huge, the staff are wonderful and the location is perfect.

Plenty of room for 8 people. Pool was very large and a lovely way to start and end the day.

Great Location. A couple of small things broke but were fixed immediately. Staff and management very responsive and helpful.
