Location was amazing. Right between Motel Mexicola and Sisterfields cafe/Seminyak Village shopping centre. The property was amazing. Beautiful private pool. Harmon Kardon speaker. Coffee machine with pods. Fresh clean bottled water. Bathroom was very nice similar to nice hotels in Australia. Bed was super comfy. Most importantly, we felt very safe as there was a tall wall separating us from the road. The host went through every facility in the property and was super lovely. They provided a mobile phone especially for if we needed to contact them for anything. Made us lemon waters when we arrived. Double story.

We contacted to arrange early check in which was fine but when we arrived at the time agreed we had to wait on the street for about half an hour while they finished. Didn't affect us too much though! Also, if you are like me and love instagrams, the plants are a lot more sparse and dead than in the photos which were probably taken a while ago.

Villa is situated behind Seminyak Square, the laneway is full of other villas however our stay was very quiet. Villa pool is beautiful and sun hits the pool all day, for those who like to layout in the sun! High walls around the villa make it private and felt very secure even without security. Great communication from Azi and Ari Villa management, easy check in and check out process. Daily housekeeping if required, given a villa mobile if you want to contact the team. Loft style villa means lots of stairs, however, there is a toilet on the ground level which is great. Aircon is powerful and villa is very, very clean. The villa supplies extra cleaning and cooking supplies. There is a full fridge, cooktop and microwave. Drinkable water is also supplied.

The shower is cold once the suns goes down so get your warm showers in before hand. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Lovely villa , very private with great little pool . So close to eateries, shops but in a quiet little alley Could contact the manager and staff very easily if needed ( we had no problems , but were able to lcommunicate when we were leaving for instance ) Villa was cleaned every day and it was up to a very high standard, it was very well equipped, and very stylishly furnished . A very smart and comfortable place

The accommodation was very comfortable and it had a lot of amenities. They provided bug spray, repellant and mosquito coils too. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon was powerful to keep the place cool. The best part was the private pool! Also the staff left a big keg of filtered water which was very appreciated. They can organise airport pickup and drop-off which made the whole experience very smooth. Also they can stock your fridge with any groceries and organise a chef to cook you breakfast too for a reasonable price. The villa is located in the heart of Seminyak so it is super convenient. We loved our stay here.

What a lovely villa in the heart of Seminyak. Quiet and relaxed, with plenty of privacy but still moments away from the resturants and beaches. Villa is a great size for a couple or friends, with two floors you have plenty of space and dont feel on top of each other. Cleanliness was spotless and amenities are great. Pool is a great size, lovely to lounge in on a sunny day when the sun hits the garden.

My only criticism was the hairdryer, it wasn't the most efficient for someone with long thick hair but wouldn't stop me staying again.

This was a perfect little oasis within the bustle of Seminyak. Located within minutes of Seminyak Square and shops, cafes, but still so quiet. The Deck Cafe at the entrance to the street was great, recommend for breakfast. Sisterfields was good for food too. We were warmly welcomed at the property, despite a late check in. There were nice touches such as a house mobile phone if we needed to contact our hosts, coffee pods and a personal grocery shopping service to set us up with supplies for our arrival. The pool was sparkling clean and the aircon was quiet and worked well. The villa was really clean and serviced every day. We really felt at home here.

There was nothing we didn't like.

This is our 2nd stay at Villa Neno and definitely won’t be our last. There have been some upgrades to the property new furniture etc. Absolutely our favourite place to stay in bali. The pool and the villa are extremely clean. The sun hits the pool all day long and the area is quiet at night. We arrived early and villa management were already there to greet us. Can’t wait to come back.

Lots of natural light, high ceilings and a super comfortable bed. Beautiful decor and great location.

It was not as spacious as we thought it would be. The stair step length was very high, not suitable for anyone with dodgy knees or older person. Bottom aircon caused windows underneath to rattle, so it was fairly noisy. We used paper towel to alleviate the noise a bit.

Awesome villa, right in the heart of seminyak, Yet quiet enough not to notice. Great layout... Awesome pool. Bed was comfortable and unsuite was very good. Staff was friendly and very professional when comes time yo clean villa. Overall I'd definitely stay here again 👍🏼

Nothing much wrong with this villa, but a cold water dispenser would be great. Another pool lounger or deck chairs. Otherwise it's pretty awesome.

Everything about the place is perfect Starting from the location and how clean it is The staff were so hospital and welcoming I loved the place and how central it was The only bad thing is that i didnt stay more days
