The staff were amazing The deluxe one bedroom suite was huge and spotless

The staff were amazing! They made us feel so welcome and were great with the kids. The plunge pool in the two room villa was a good size and the main pool was great. Loved the swim up bar and the very shallow section was great for the baby except for there being no barrier between it and the main pool. Location is great and the food was pretty good too. Beds were very comfortable too. It was great having a microwave in the villa although booking.com does not mention this. I was able to arrange a baby gate and cot with the property before arrival.

The villa had a lot of potential safety concerns for those with young kids. The railings at the top of the stairs leading to the second bedroom were so wide that a toddler could jump or fall from the top very easily so we had to sleep the toddler in the master bedroom in the end. I found the main room in the villa a little dark and depressing and the sofa isn’t particularly comfortable.

We loved that our family of 4 stayed here comfortably. We enjoyed the private pool when our little ones napped. Room service was also a great option for those nights in. The location was super close to the beach for sunset walks and close walking distance to little revolver and kimsoo.

We loved the options available for breakfast in addition to the buffet that was provided. My kids loved the mix of western and Indonesian menus available, as each day our kids tried something different from the list. We also liked the set-up of the premises and easy access to rooms and main eating areas, including the main pool. In addition, the location of the accommodation was only a 10-minute walk from the main centre. We would definitely recommend this place to others traveling with children or adults alike. All staff were very friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, including the wonderful cleaners. We felt like part of the family from the first day we got there.

I don't have much to say about what could be better, as the place exceeded my expectations. If I had to pick something, it would be putting bin liners in the room bin baskets to prevent mould from developing, changing the bins from baskets to plastic, or something that might be easier to clean over time.

The location was spot on, tucked just off the main street so it felt peaceful but still incredibly central. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner, which was really convenient. The staff were fantastic, every single person we interacted with was genuinely welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t fault a thing, we loved our stay. We’d absolutely recommend it to friends and family, and wouldn’t hesitate to come back if we return to Seminyak. It was genuinely sad to say goodbye to everyone who helped make our trip so special.

If I had to give one criticism, and this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, there was a frog in the garden that kept me awake every night. Slightly annoying at the time, but honestly, it’s part of the charm of being in a tropical climate. Just something to expect in a setting like this.

Every single member of staff was exceptional. They were cheerful and helpful from breakfast all the way through to the evening. The room was gorgeous - the bed was incredibly comfy and huge! We had lunch here a few times and the quality of food was wonderful. Plenty of options at breakfast with the a la carte menu and buffet. The pool was wonderful when the sun was out, with comfy sun loungers and an excellent pool bar. You can get pool towels from reception with a fee to pay if these are not returned. The bar staff made excellent cocktails and smoothies. Again, they were always eager to talk to guests with a smile on their face. Highly recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Seminyak with a luxurious element.

Nothing to fault at all.

Breakfasts are very good. Staff are so helpful all the time. We enjoyed our spa experience in the hotel. The hotel offers a free shuttle in to Seminyak which we used as it did rain quite a bit. Bed was comfy and there is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen area. Our air con was leaking and they sent maintenance almost immediately to fix. The property next door was doing some work and drilling started early morning and lasted all day. I asked if we could move and they did move us. We enjoyed Seminyak - lots of places to eat and drink. A super holiday - loved having our own pool. Fruit and welcome drinks/ soft drinks on arrival. Radek was our villa attendant and couldn’t do enough for us. Wonderful service!

We suggest adding more pool Loungers to the outside area in the villa as we were a group of 4 and there were only two loungers

Friendly people , always love to help, you have almost everything in your room except this room needs more outlets , great breakfast ( you have the buffet plus the ala carte you can order from the menus and Tea or Coffees ) We had to go for our road trip at 3 am to go to Lempuyang Temple, they prepared us Coffee and Danish and Croissant , isn't wonderful ?! Thank you so much :) And Wonderful Massage from The Spa

Need more outlets in the room ...

First time to Bali, and Seminyak was our location. Out of the 100's of hotels, we chose Kayumas 4 star resort. No, it's not a beach front, no, it's not that 5 star, but it's literally 3-5 minute walk from the beach. The love and attention to detail from the front of house is exceptional, they remember your name from the beginning, treat you with respect and always always polite and smiling. The staff all enjoy life, which made our stay more than being on a resort on the beach/5 star. Food was just incredible, so hats off for the kitchen. Any alligies or don't like they handled it for you. The pool is great, always in the sun..most of the day till sunset time. Pool Bar too which is a bonus. The pool has a very shallow attached to the main pool. Shallow is warmer! It is constantly cleaned every morning and maintained. Front desk is 24hrs, and is most helpful. You get a free shuttle into the shopping district till 5pm. Airport service too, which is extra charge, but it's a good service. In the 4 star too is massage and spa, and boy it's excellent. The girls are local and trained and very well priced. The room we had was delux with a private pool which was good to have. The room when you needed it cleaned, was no trouble at all.

No usb plugs in the room, so provide your own, local plugs though there are plenty of.
