We like our room unit which have 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms especially when you travel as a family of 5. Large bed in master bedroom just fit for 2 adults, 1 child & another room with 2 single beds. Plus we have kitchen (the most useful for us) with fridge, microwave, dining table, sink & cabinet. Enough living room space with tv (so total tvs are 3 including in our rooms). Staffs were so friendly. Our kettle not function when we arrived & they changed it very fast. The housekeeping team are very fast respond 👍 you can order foods from restaurant in the same buidling & they will send it to your room. During my booking, we requested our unit to be at the area that not affected by noise, so they provided to us. The location are so good, walking distance to the nice restaurants, beach & bar/club.

I dont like the bathroom in master bedroom. Big space but the shower area always floaded & the toilet bowl area also just infront of the shower, the floor all wet! The bathroom door with glass, so it will not close properly, smell from the bathroom will come out. Housekeeping didnt provide enough shower/shampoo gel & toilet rolls eventhough they came to cleaned up our room. Need to improve more on cleaning part.

Everything was good! Like how the breakfast was served - not the typical buffet style but a more personalised experience.

Booked in to the hotel for two nights but ended up staying for our full 8 night trip. The hotel offers great value for money, close to the beach and also the centre. The staff could not do enough for you, the breakfast is served a la carte in the bar adjoining the hotel and is very recommended to get included when you book and is available 0630 to 10 am. The bar is also a good option for food and drinks, live music on some nights and a free Pool table. The beds in the rooms are also very comfortable. Would stay here again and would recommend at this price point.

Really cool place. Beautiful design. Nice stuff. Big pool with comfortable sun beds. They have a small gym. Location is great although there isn’t a direct way to the beach as it seems on a map so you have to spend 10-15 minutes going to the beach. Beach is really dirty.

I was expecting the giant red bunny by the pool but they don’t have it anymore. And they don’t have toy bunnies in the rooms (like on the pictures) - I guess because all of them were stolen (but what’s happened with the giant one? Was he stolen too?) Bathroom is half open so be prepared that everything you do in the toilet will be heard by your companion so these rooms are for close friends and long term lovers only 😅 Both restaurants weren’t open during out staying there. They opened a rooftop restaurant but it was our last night there and we didn’t visit it.

Wonderful staff. Quirky decor and the most interesting original ideas. Lovely comfortable room and bed. Lovely hot shower. Great location with restaurants, bars, massages, markets close by. Lovely swimming pool and great upper sky deck for drinks and jacuzzi. Very safe hotel with guards at the front door and very helpful to all. Highly recommend. Close to a quiet beach. Not too far from Seminyak Square. Walking distance. Beautiful breakfast - all you can eat for an extra cost.

There were no channels on the TV. Only show advertisements for this hotel and their restaurant. Had to buy to have outside channels. Would suggest an ATM inside or near the hotel.

The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Seminyak’s top cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and walking distance to Petitenget Beach. The hotel’s vibe is vibrant, modern, and full of character, with artistic decor that feels both unique and Instagram-worthy. The staff were exceptional, from the kind and alert security outside to every single team member inside the hotel. Everyone greeted us warmly, offered help whenever needed, and truly made us feel at home. Massive thumbs up to the entire team! Our room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were super cozy, and the pool area had a fun, relaxed atmosphere perfect for both families and couples.

The à la carte unlimited breakfast was amazing in quality and presentation, but service was occasionally a bit slow, especially during peak time. Also, we’d recommend extending the breakfast service slightly, taking last orders at 10:30 AM instead of 9:45 AM would make mornings more relaxed for guests.

Hotel crew are the best and the most polite people on the earth. The WiFi was working perfectly for the whole time. Beds are very comfortable. Rooftop terrace has got a great view, which you can enjoy while laying on one of many sunbeds (there's also a bar).

During our stay (2 weeks) the toilet clogged 2 times, but that wasn't a big deal, because the personel fix this issue very quickly. The hotel is located next to a very busy road, so sometimes there's a little bit to loud.

Breakfast served is wonderful! lots of options and well prepared. I like the tub; takes a while to fill because its very spacious! Very large bed. lots of space to use. and a short short 1 min walk to the Entrance of Potato Head

The hotel decor and theme is very trendy (instagrammers dream). The rooftop bar has a gorgeous view for the sunset over the beach (stunning!). The staff were some of the nicest people I've ever met and the food was delicious!

While it is not a party hotel, you could hear the footsteps in the rooms above and around you which could impact a light sleeper (for my room, I could hear my neighbouring urinating and flushing the toilet at 4am). Other than that I had no issues, the hotel was a great location and the staff were lovely.

The staff were fantastic and made our stay very comfortable. The ladies on reception, especially Riri and Suci, were fantastic at helping organise additional nights when we were booking last minute. The deluxe rooms are fantastic and huge, worth the upgrade. The location is also great as we were there for the NY period and everything was within walking distance or a short taxi journey away.

Only that the restaurant and tiki bar were not open but this is due to happen soon.
