The staff were courteous, friendly, and warm. I had one of the best massages / facials / body scrubs of my life at the Frangipan spa on site. Everything is very convenient and feels safe, which was important to me as I was travelling alone. On-site security guards are at the entrance, and there are cameras everywhere. The only midnight visitors to my door were the adorable resident cats. The included breakfast was really nice. The restaurant has a light buffet of pastries, fresh local fruit, fresh fruit juices, coffee, etc (all free) and you can also order one meal from the breakfast menu that is included. The food was really good, especially the Indonesian cuisine. I stayed at Tony's for 6 days -- 5 in the bungalow, as well as the 'deluxe room with a view' in the hotel. The bunglow was peaceful and felt secure. The bungalows are tucked away in a peaceful forested pathway that leads to a pool. The AC and TV channel options were better in the bunglow than the hotel room for some reason. Both spaces had excellent black-out curtains, though. Tony's provided two fresh water bottles daily, and lots of room amenities, including bug spray, a safe, a hair dryer, mini bar, tooth brushes, cotton swabs, body wash, and even a universal/international adapter. I really didn't need to pack as many things as I thought I would. Save room in your suitcase by leaving your beach towel at home. They have towels you can borrow for any of their three pools. The location is great! Good shopping in the area as well as lots of choices for laundry, money exchanges, convenience stores, restaurants restaurants and more restaurants, night life, cafes (the coffee is AMAZING). Just don't drink the water!

The construction was a little bothersome at very rare times. I think there was no shampoo in either of the rooms I stayed in. I brought my own, so it was not a concern for me, but I noted other reviewers mentioned this and I can confirm. The bathrooms in the bungalows are beautiful, although maybe their best years are past them. Airport shuttles are only free if you book directly from Tony's website, for a minimum of 4 days. They charge approximately 300,000 IDR for a shuttle, so consider this when comparing prices between sites. I rented a Gojek for my trip from the airport.

Great location to shopping and dining, beach. Staff were so kind and thoughtful with every time you come back to the resort/villa they say "welcome home". Has a very personal touch. Beautiful surrounds

Unfortunately, there are nightclubs in close proximity, and when we wanted an early night, it was noisy, until at least 3am every night you can hear the bass of nightclub music, karaoke... was a bit annoying at times while trying to sleep.

Great location, amazing pool facilities and the jungle garden was adding to relaxing atmosphere. Kitchen was nice too, with freshly cooked breakfast meal that you can order from the menu (breakfast included) and good variety to choose from the buffet. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

What we didn’t like was poor soundproofing. Seminyak is a party area, so the music and fireworks were quite loud. Consider this factor, if you’re sensitive sleeper.

Amazing stay at Tony’s ! The staff were beyond beautiful and amazing. So kind, welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately my sister and I got sick on the the trip and the staff were very comforting and helpful. Rooms were very nice, we loved our private pool. Rooms stayed cool & the food was nice too. Overall would come again loved it !

The only negative was we found the pillows a big too large and hurt our neck, Found ourselves sleeping on the mattress

We loved the staff, Super friendly, accommodating was just made our stay at Tony's so much more enjoyable! Location was amazing, Perfect when you want to do do a little shopping, a bit more fine dining and little, Plenty of mini mart and Circle K around and Gojeck seem to have no issue finding the location. Also the convince of room service and the food quality was great. Easy to order and fast tome come to you and with a friendly face always

Nothing we loved it all!

I stayed in a Private Pool Villa as a solo female traveller. From the very first communication the service was professional, efficient and welcoming. A quick email and I had lovely private transport arranged (Nyoman) and before I arrived the pre-check in service was easy, simple and convenient. On arrival I was in my villa within 5 minutes and even though I stayed in one of the un renovated villas I thought it was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. This is the best place I’ve stayed at in Indonesia so far (been travelling here since the early 90’s). Sure the noise of the renovations was a bit annoying (I put my headphones in during the hours they were jackhammering) and you’ll definitely hear some of the faint doof doof from the nearby club scene. But the private pool villa was still a calm and comfortable sanctuary while still being close enough to all the action in Seminyak. I’ll definitely be back.

Service was very good and people very friendly and quick response , only concern is breakfast which is acceptable however it could be improved , because everything was added with sweets , there could be better breads and cheese for longer period breakfast would have been boring.Thank you for so good service and care.

Bathroom was not not comfortable water was running around which could be improved however rest was perfect , clean and well organised .Please do not take take negative it is suggestion for improvement.

We paid extra to upgrade to bungalows near the pool. Really worth it, apart from a very noisy party behind us. Staff was really attentive, even helping us pronounce Bali words!

It was a amazing resort as soon as you step off the street walk down the bamboo covered driveway to the beautiful tranquil resort, staff were beautiful and helpful and friendly but that's the Bali people, our room in our private Villa with its very own pool was absolutely beautiful can not fault it. The breakfast daily was good lots of choices and they made a good coffee. The spa we had was amazing we had a couple one very relaxing finishing with a rose petal Bath, Stand out people was Ari at the front desk a lovely helpful guy.

I actually don't have a negative about the property as it's location and people and facilities was great. Don't want to build it up too much or you will whip up the prices and we won't be able to afford it again.

It was close to beach, fine dine in places, market, massage parlours. Staff was very welcoming. They prepared the customised vegetarian breakfast(Avacado toasts) everyday. There were also lots of options on the buffet breakfast. They had a special performance every evening in their restaurant or around the pool area. Although I didn't get a chance to join that as we returned late to our room every evening, but I enjoyed the music from my room on acoustic night as it was just outside our room near the pool area. They also offered complimentary drinks and a 15 minutes massage session for both of us. Overall it was a great relaxing stay.
