I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful villa. It was very comfortable, clean and I loved all the equipment. I liked the central location, but it was sometimes too busy and noisy. But that's not the hotel's fault and I didn't mind it myself, as I'm a night owl. The staff was very kind and professional. Hope this was not my last time.

I couldn't fill the bathtub because the tap overflowed over the edge.

pool and bath were great. bed was very comfortable.

breakfast quality is good but not exceptional.

The property is clean, matches to how it looks in the picture. A nice compact villa with all the basic amenities. The location is good, accessible by Grab. They also provide scooter for rent and any additional services you need. Make sure you compare the prices because for airport cab they were asking 3 times what we got from Grab.

The shower head wasn’t working well, no pressure but there was a hand shower alternatively. Also yes there are some restaurants and bars nearby which plays music so that might be a point if you are light sleeper. There is a mart right outside the villa, very convenient.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. Was in perfect location. I was worried we’d get no sun but we had several hours of sun. The daily breakfast was also delicious and easy to place our daily order. Loved it all so much

The only one tiny issue we had was that our particular villa had a plumbing issue in the bathroom, but that’s very common in bali anyways. The staff were so apologetic about it and offered to compensate us for the trouble

Very spacious, clean and private villa away from the busy road. Quite during the day. Pool was nice. Very bed comfy bed. Breakfast was ok did the job.

Noisy at night since it’s next to a club and dogs barking. Mouse in the roof one of the nights and couldn’t get rid of it. Same breakfast every day no variation. Little control over shower pressure.

Overall a great choice! If you want to be close to the beach, that’s a great location. Bear in mind though most of the tours are around Ubud so you will need to travel a bit. The staff was exceptional, extremely helpful and kind. The villa itself was also nice!

The only downgrade was how cold was the water in the pool :( it was impossible to get warm throughout the day and we couldn’t spend more than 10-15 mins there. Also, the breakfast could have had slightly more varieties (although very delicious!).

Really beautiful and a great location just a 10/15 min walk from the beach, with a variety of bars along the beach side. A 24/7 off licence just at the top of the road, however only accepted cash, but had an atm and a legit money change inside. The staff were lovely and called everyday to ask if we wanted the room cleaned and/or breakfast the next day. I had an issue a few weeks before arrival where I lost my card used to pay, but staff were very helpful with the process (over message in booking.com. ps. you have to bring the physical card used to pay when you arrive to complete the check in) spoke good English too and just all round very welcoming, warm and accommodating. Strong WiFi and smart tv with Netflix and YouTube!

The bath was a little un clean but the same cannot be said for the rest of the villa as the toilet and pool were both very clean and bedding was fresh

Loved the privacy of the villa and the breakfast being brought straight to your room was also amazing. It was super peaceful, quiet and spacious, as we were at one of the villas right at the back. Super close to heaps of our favourite cafes and restaurants which was very convenient as well.

The pool is amazing but only gets sun in the mornings, but I guess this depends on the direction of each Villa, but ours was shady by the afternoon.

Local to the beach, just about a 10 minute walk. Good location. Rooms were very nice and tidy and clean. Bed was comfortable. Room had 2 air cons that were actually nice and strong and made the whole villa cool and refreshing to come back to which was a plus and we can’t forget about the pool the water was great temperature and had a shallow and deep end. :)

The breakfast menu had a very minimal selection and the pool section was covered by a big umbrella that took away the sun from trying to tan.

Excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed, and an outstanding location for the value. Staff were always friendly too. Short walk to the beach as well.

Breakfast was consistently off, and a confusing ordering system that guaranteed a missing item the following morning. No worries as the place was surrounded by eateries.
