The location is great, beach is only 10 minutes by foot and you have access to a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs within walking distance. The staff are super nice and friendly, always with a smile. Plus you have access to a gym.

Well not that I did not like it... but since it is a very central location it can be quite noisy at night (music, singing...). It was not a problem for me... but if it might be for you then ask for a room at the back of the property.

We are a family of four and just got back to Melbourne this morning from Bali. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. For example, when we ordered their equivalent of uber eats or had laundry delivered from outside shops, the staff would ensure that they were escorted to our room, waited and then escorted them back off the property. This was obviously done for the safety of the quests which I thought was very professional. Also on several occasions when I didn't have the correct change for uber eats, the hotel staff would go out of their way to find change amongst themselves or get change from the shops next door. We had our rooms thoroughly cleaned every morning by between 2-4 cleaning staff.

The outside of the building required maintenance, The side of the building next to the pool had paint peeling, broken or cracked roof tiles. The pool although as nice and functional as it was had cracked or broken tiles.

the individual villas the lush path nestling the villas the open sir shower with dark pebbles walls the huge bath the villa style indoor, with traditional sobre decor and dark wood the kitchenette: equipped and with a big fridge! very comfortable bed the staff’s kindness the pool, small but cosy the location, close to a wide range of shops and restaurants (though quite a walk to find the access to the beach) free access to a small gym equipped with some machines, dumb bells, mirrors, punchballs and a box ring (in case you are a boxer or want to give it a try!) and this time around, I have been upgraded to a larger room! a cat and a squirrel I saw in front of my place 💕

Small things really, and the positive sides win: the tub’s faucet needed some maintenance the place has no restaurants and this serves no breakfast, nonetheless you are literally surrounded by good places when you can have good breakfasts and do not forget that you have an equipped kitchen! the beach is very close, but the access is at about 15mins walk, that iI know

I really loved this place, it's set out on a very long block with gorgeous gardens and a pathway through the middle with accommodation on either side. We were closer to the front, and the pool was gorgeous. You have great access to everything here, the street is very busy. The room, we could not fault it, it had a kitchen, a larger bathroom with a massive bath!!! We loved our stay in this location, there were only two things that let it down for us, and that was the late night music going on all hours of the morning as well as the wifi, it was average. Outside of that, we enjoyed it very much. If you don't like noise, then it's not the place for you. We were just passing through anyway for a few nights on our way to Balian, so we soaked it up and just treated it as another experience. Outside of that, we generally go for really quiet places. It's still worth a visit. The accommodation itself is lovely.

Only two things really and it's not a complaint, the loud music (but that is what it's like in Seminyak, we just didn't realise it) and the wifi wasn't great.

The pool was nice, the location was good. Close to some nice restaurants aswell as food stores if needed. The staff were great too!

You can hear music throughout the night (every night) from clubs. They don’t provide you with much cooking utensils. We had the 1 frying pan that was extremely old & didn’t cook things well. No cooking oil or any supplies at all. So if you are looking to do a bit of cooking prepare to buy lots of things. We also had a leak in the pipe for the cooking sink, we let staff know but they just told to use the bathroom sink instead

The villa is lovely, even though it's on one of the streets it still felt like we are in nature because the villas were set in a beautiful garden setting with orchids and trees. Staff really lovely and helped call a doctor when one of my family fell sick with food poisoning 🙏

The rooms are a bit older than in the pictures and if you are in the upstairs room of the villa near the entrance you may hear the sound of the nightclub (if you're not out partying)

The villa has a great ambience and the location is perfect — everything is walkable, which made exploring super easy. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious and pretty clean, definitely comfortable. But overall, it’s a decent place and definitely worth the price for the experience and location.

The only downside was the lighting, especially upstairs — it could be brighter.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly… they were awesome!!! The gardens and pool area were beautiful and well maintained and the location is perfect… walking distance to some of the best restaurants and beach clubs in bali For a budget hotel this place is AWESOME

Great location!Ambiance with plants and greeneries. Swimming pool. Room service. Very safe with camera surveillance. Near to all amenities including transport, Bar and all.

Toilet seat broken. Informed the staff but not fixed well. Water was leaking from the wall right hand side of the toilet and getting toilet floor wet mostly. Adjusted with towels but not pleasing Staff notified. The room upstairs power socket is broken and wires are visible. Didn’t felt safe for children to use that because of the risk of electric shock.

The staff were soooo friendly. I didn't like that my room didn't have a window and they let me change. They helped me with my bags and I had a smooth bike rental experience with them. The pool is HUGE and the deepest I swam in Bali, perfect for morning excersice. There are some awesome beach clubs around too.

There was a squirrel that burrowed into my roof and the noise scared me a little at night. I hope they get rid of those little buggers. (room on the end at the right side, next to the shrine)
