The pillows were amazing! Bathroom was incredible. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved this Villa.

Location was excellent and the standard high. The staff were awesome and went over and above to make stay comfortable.

Unfortunately I walked in on the room being serviced one day and saw the pillowcases being changed and a large stain on my pillow. This led me to think that hygiene standards were questionable

The villa we stayed at was amazing.. it was very big, spacious, clean and with good amenities. The private swimming pool and the beautiful well manicured garden was great. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, nothing was never too much to ask. The staff even made me feel extra special for my birthday, surprised me with flowers and decorated my room with towels arts.. the location is also very good. it was just amazing overall.

The property is near the shops, restaurants and only a few minutes drive from beaches and clubs. The staff were very friendly always have smiles on their faces. The room we stayed at was very nice and relaxing also it its cleaned everyday. They even let us check out late because we had an evening flight which was very helpful for us. Thanks bali ayu and i will see you again. :)

The only thing i would say is that the microwave wasn’t working but other than that no problem.

The villa we stayed in was huge for us because we booked for a two bedroom villa with private pool but we got upgraded to a three bedroom. But actually we would have prefer to the smaller villa because it was such a waste of space. Anyway, the private pool was absolutely something that must be mentioned. It is so comfortable to sit and swim, it is even sensational to just sit at indoor and looking at it. Our kids had soooo much fun playing at the pool anytime they wanted (10:30pm!) The staff were nice and easy to communicate with too. Money exchange and cafe and bra are just couple steps of walking, very convenient.

Nothing much, if I had to say something it may be that there are not much local food ( I mean real local restaurants where the local people go) near by. But this is how it is at Seminyak or Kuta where all the tourist stay.

I loved everything about this property. We got upgraded for free to the royal villa. It's super spacious and well appointed. The rain shower head feels luxurious and the bathtub was a really nice touch. The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen has all the necessary features, plates and cutlery. The water dispenser was topped up for free. And the staff always have a smile on their faces, making us feel very welcome. There's dozens of restaurants and nightlife spots within walking distance, including Potatohead beach club. I'll be back again for sure!

It's hard to complain about anything. If I had to be picky, it would nice to have one more stepping stone in the shower because it's a stretch to reach the square platform surrounded by riverstones - especially when wet. And walking on those stones a little uncomfortable. But I guess that could ruin the aesthetic.

Maybe little bit expensive for Bali. They have a pool but u can not entry night time, after 6pm prohibited. If u don’t wanna see a bug or etc. thinks twice beacuse of they bathroom it’s outside the village

The property was clean and well maintained. The private pool was impeccable. Especially if you have to stay in due to heavy rains. The room service was also very good and the staff were helpful. Perfect location, near some of the best beach spots in Seminiyak.

We had some issues with mosquitoes. There were a lot of them in the toilet. The furniture was slightly older and we saw some cobwebs behind the bed. The room was also missing a chair/sofa.

I booked the single room villa with private plunge pool and it was superb. The room and amenities exceeded my expectations. This villa is on one of the main areas of Seminyak, and while the roads were bustling with people and noise where my specific villa was I couldn’t hear a thing other than the rustling trees of nature and the pool whirling about. So peaceful! Also the friendliest service and simple check in/out process - all the staff you walk past greet you with a friendly smile! I was also able to check in a little earlier than stated time as my room was ready which was a nice treat. I had to check out super early in the morning, so it was nice to know reception was 24/7 and someone greeted me at the lobby when I went to hand keys back in. This property is also within walking distance to many shops, cafes, good restaurants, convenience stores, bars and ATM’s which makes this place really handy.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was quite uncomfortable. For those with sensitive bodies I’d just keep this in mind. Other than that everything else was perfect!

Unexpected gem - this hotel is nestle in a fabulous location with a cafe out the front and beautiful little pool area - the room was very spacious and luxurious with open top shower

The aircon really struggled and the fridge could of been colder
