The only fault I would have is that both rooms I stayed in lad bad leaks but other then that it was and always is a great stay and that’s why I keep coming back and will continue to come back thank you .

Kind staff, nice hotel in good location, very affordable and it has secuirity guards at the entrance which is also great. Breakfast was nice with many options but the space is a bit small. Nice rooftop pool and nice structure in general.

Like the other reviews say, definitely needs some maintenance, our AC was leaking twice however the staff immediately came to fix it, though only with duct tape. The bathtub had some stains and I'm unsure if they vacuumed the bathrooms as there was bits and pieces on the floor. Only these small details don't make me give it a 10 but for the rest it was great!

Great service from staff and value for money. Nice clean room that had all amenities. Rooftop restaurant where we had breakfast daily was great and is also open for lunch and dinner . I also had a wonderful balinese massage. For one night, I had noisy neighbours and security shut it down immediately. I could not fault the staff as they were all very helpful and friendly. The pool was so nice and had a bar in it. The hotel was in a good location and the restaurant next door was fabulous. We went there a lot for drinks and to eat. Again, wonderful staff in there. Great value for money. I would definitely go there again.

Nothing really. A good stay

Love the location in the middle of Seminyak but not too noisy and busy. Restaurants, cafes, bars, massage SPA, shopping malls, beaches, and money exchanges are just around the corner. Very convenient to go anywhere - shopping mall, day tour, and night life. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. 2 beautiful and clean pools were our favorite spot for the afternoon. Food and daily free 2 bottles of water are very clean and safe to avoid the Bali belly.

This is our second stay in Jambuluwuk, because we really loved it the first time. The location is perfectly situated in Seminyak, close to all the hotspots. The staff is so friendly and helpful, from front-office, service staff, to housekeeping, everyone makes you feel welcome. We had an issue with a leaking AC-unit and the hotel rebooked our room to a new room. We had an amazing stay and want to thank all the staff for making us feel home.

It’s close to a night club called Mirror. There is a lot done to make the sound not too loud, but you can still hear the heavy bass music if your room is situated near The Mirror

great location, beautiful staff, cute rooftop pool and restaurant, handy gym, wonderful room, clean, lovely furniture, good photo ops, easy bike parking under building, stair access as well as lifts, lovely ambiance

The bed was massive, 2 doubles or queen size pushed together. Staff were lovely

Wouldn’t call it 5 stars. 3-3.5 max. Power was only available on one side of the bed which made charging difficult. Shower over the bath with a curtain was interesting and caused water to leak outside of the bath/shower. Downstairs pool was cold due to no sun and the rooftop pool was nice but the glass railing over the skyline was dirty obstructing the view.

Location is really good, staff are all amazing. Rini at the front counter, housing keeping, security all were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces regardless of the time of day!

The shower facilities! I’ve stayed here on 4 seperate occasions and all the room’s ensuites are the same. A/C in the room was leaking (although the hotel addressed the issue as soon as I informed them) it started to leak again the next day, so I used the bathrooms floormat to keep the floor dry.

The property had 2 X pools , one upstairs on the roof with a swim up bar and one downstairs with a swim up bar. The one downstairs we used a lot and wasn’t overall busy a lot of the time for the amount of people we saw walk through the hotel. Which was good for us! The beds were quite large and super comfortable. The property was close to Seminyak main centre, only a 20 minute walk to get in. Lots of cafes, massage places and restaurants surrounding the hotel which was a plus.

We stayed on level 2 , 2 doors down from the elevator. Not sure if this is on every floor or just our floor/room. But we could hear everything that walked past our room. The door at the front has a gap that doesn’t close off sound to the outside, so we could hear everything from the elevator to families and people walking past, including the cleaners. We could hear it all! At all different times of the day, so we never really got a sleep in or able to get to bed early ish because of the noise coming from outside. There is also a nightclub next door, across the road and down the street you can hear from 8-9 pm ish onwards. It’s super loud but you sort of drown it out after a few nights.

The staff were excellent. Super friendly and welcoming from the porter to the reception staff and bar staff. The room was a good size and the beds large and comfy. The room was tidy and had the essentials we needed. Location was great. Close to interesting bars (Iron Fairy) and nice restaurants. Not far from cool shops too. The two pools were lovely and a highlight. The staff included a cake suprise for our honeymoon.

The bathroom has a pulldown blind which I wish was on the outside of the window looking into the bedroom. The blind mould. The music of the nightclubs got loud at times. Luckily we had a room away from the main street. Overall, I recommend this place and we would happily come back.
