I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The rooms are lovely, modern, clean and well set out. I had a pool access room and what a treat! The pool is really lovely and really long! So you can do big laps if that's your type of exercise. The food in the restaurant is very good and breakfast was definitely to my liking. The on site patisserie is wonderful!! Gorgeous treats and also juice health drinks. Daily yoga was great with a lovely instructor. Air con in room excellent and I had read mozzies were bad in bali at the time of my stay so I asked if it were OK if I bought an electric mozzie repellent device to use but they said I didn't need to buy and they put one in for me but I did not see one single mozzie on my whole trip! I was also given a late check out due to late flight. They do also have a shower changing room that you can use after you have checked out of your room complete with towels and hair dryer etc. And then lastly the staff, they are all AMAZING! If I had to score out of 10, I would give them 15+ because they are that lovely and super helpful. I needed a bit of help with a business issue back home and they went over and above to help me. Within 24 hours just about every staff member knew my name and always greeted me with a huge smile. Even the transport/security men were so friendly. The two stand out staff were Jay and Santya in the restaurant. Being a solo traveller they made me feel comfortable and I loved chatting with them in the restaurant. This was my second stay at Kanvas Village and it certainly won't be my last.. I will definitely be going back! I really can't think of anything!! If I was being really picky maybe a rail to get into the pool from pool access rooms would be a good addition but really no big deal at all.

Our stay at Kanvaz in Seminyak was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home. Let's start with the breakfast – it was nothing short of incredible! The variety of options available left us spoiled for choice every morning. From local delicacies to international favorites, there was something to satisfy every palate. The pool – wow! It was simply stunning. Clean and spacious, it provided the perfect setting for relaxation and fun. The day beds and water bean bags added an extra element of comfort, allowing us to bask in the sun or cool off in the crystal-clear water. Surrounded by lush palm trees, the ambiance was nothing short of magical. Our room was clean & comfortable. The beds were so cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. We were delighted to find that almost every room offered a balcony view overlooking the pool, adding an extra touch of luxury to our experience. And let's not forget about the pastry shop linked to the hotel – it was a true delight! The pastries were simply divine, a perfect indulgence to start our mornings or enjoy as an afternoon treat. The staff at Kanvaz were exceptional in every way. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay truly memorable. A special shoutout to the staff who went above and beyond by offering to store our bags and allowing us to freshen up even after we had checked out days ago. Their genuine care for their guests' comfort and convenience was truly commendable. In summary, Kanvaz in Seminyak exceeded all our expectations. From the incredible breakfast to the stunning pool, immaculate rooms, delicious pastries, and exceptional staff, every aspect of our stay was absolutely perfect. We loved it here! Kanvaz is truly a 4-star hotel in Seminyak, you often see the star rating but this time it truly applies. The facilities, room, staff, buffet breakfast, location etc. etc. everything is totally amazing. We spent our last 3n of our trip here and regretted not staying longer!!

Loved my stay at this property! So much so that I'm booking it again for when I come back from Ubud. The staff are so attentive and welcoming. Housekeeping and restaurant staff do an amazing job! Great buffet breakfast, yoga classes every morning and fabulous clean gym on the rooftop. The other rooftop is great for a sunset cocktail. Handy location not far from the beach, you can go via the W hotel shuttle from the laneway almost next door. And not to forget that instagram worthy pool! What more could you want?!

Environmentally friendly liquid shower gel, shampoo & conditioner dispensers instead of those small plastic bottles.

- Immaculately clean rooms with everything you need. - Very attentive and highly professional staff. They are all so very welcoming & accommodating. And the entire hotel staff has a ‘walkie-talkie’ so the service is immediate. Love it. - SPA on the rooftop offers one of the mind-blowing Balinese massages I had ever experienced (I passed out during my first two visits). Apparently that’s also because my masseuse Ari, has +10 yrs of experience. - Breakfast buffet offers a symphony of healthy choices updated daily. - Lunch/dinner menu offers a variety of delicious food & snacks with both Indonesian and European choices. - Super fast wi-fi if you’re working remotely. - Small but a very nice gym up in the rooftop. - The restaurant offers the best lychee martini in the entire Seminyak (trust me, I tried many). - Had the pleasure of personally meeting Helena the GM. She is a true professional and always looking out for ways to improve the experience.

The hotel is really nice BUT what makes the hotel AMAZING is the staff. Everyone is so genuinely nice and willing till do everything so you will have the best stay. Special shoutout to Winda in the reception, Manda on breakfast an Yudi in the rooftop bar who made our stay perfect. We had so much fun! So Thank you!!! - great breakfast with good varaity - comfy bed

Nitpicking but rack to hang your wet clothes from the beach would be nice.

Pool access from our room was amazing. We could hang out on our patio and then swim in the pool and float along on the giant bean bags. Buffet breakfast was delicious and went from 7am - 10:30am, which gave us a lot of time to get there and eat. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Room was super clean and modern. Really nice big shower and very clean. Fresh towels everyday and free water bottles. Also had decent food for room service. Also in a great location. Can easily walk to the main part of Seminyak and get around. There's also a convenience store right across the road. They have a rooftop bar, rooftop cinema and a restaurant as well as a gym and a day spa.

We payed extra for a lagoon pool access room and were placed right next to the open restaurant. You had to swim in front of people dining throughout the day/night. It also meant having a relaxing sleep in on your holiday was out of the question as you heard all of the breakfast commotion from 7am and then at night time when trying to sleep you could hear the staff setting up for the breakfast in the morning. Small things that have a huge impact on your stay. Breakfast items became very monotonous after a couple of days and hot food was cold. Bacon, sausages etc all cold or just warm. The heat lamps they sat under weren’t efficient. I would of preferred not to have not paid for the breakfast in the room rate as we only ate there 2 times out of the 6 nights we stayed.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for my birthday in May and it truly was a wonderful experience. We were greeted with a lovely reception upon check in and received a free welcome drink (the welcome drink is so lovely, I kept going back for more as you can buy it in the restaurant). We stayed in room 312 which had a lovely view of the pool and the restaurant area and we were always greeted by the sun in the morning. The rooms were lovely but could have been a tad bigger but it was doable for me and my husband. They were always clean and the housekeeping team were so friendly and attentive. I loved the fact that there were LED lights all around the room and under the bed, such a lovely touch. Breakfast every morning was great, I had no complaints and I loved that you can order eggs, french toast, pancakes and waffles on request so they are always freshly made for you. They are a range of activities to do at the hotel and they were running a promo of 20% off their spa treatments so we booked in for a body massage and a body scrub. You get to pick the oil and scrub you’ll like the team to use before you start and it truly was such a relaxing experience. We received a tea before and after the service to help detox us. The hotel itself is located in such a great area and you have so many restaurants, bars close by and it’s very easy to move around seminyak. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bali, I would highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

We have just checked out after a relaxing 7 night stay. This hotel is exceptional value for money. The wonderful service began with our transfer from the airport with our driver, Ferdi. The hotel itself is beautiful and feels so luxe. Our room was very comfortable- we stayed in a pool access room and would highly recommend paying the extra if you can. The complimentary yoga classes with Manda were great. Plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet and very relaxing in the beautiful dining area overlooking the pool. We could not fault the service. Each and every interaction we had with a staff member was a positive one. Special mention to those we saw often and looked after us so well - Riska, Yudi, Sung Yau.
