It was beautifully designed, modern and location was excellent. All the staff were super friendly, very very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much when asked and prompt responses via the messaging service were always received. We particularly enjoyed the woobar which we enjoyed day through to night both food and drinks. Food was absolutely delicious every time. Our room was an ocean view room in the main hotel which was beautifully decorated, equipped with amenities and had the most beautiful view.

The only thing I would say is some maintenance is required around the pool, as there are broken tiles in and around the pool area which could be dangerous or cause injury.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made a difference. The food was outstanding — every meal was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The service throughout our stay was seamless, with every request handled promptly and with genuine care. The combination of world-class service, excellent cuisine, and such a dedicated team made our experience unforgettable. Amazing, safe (own entrance, very secure) resort in central Seminyak, close to all there's to see in the city center. Room was top notch, and the bathroom was incredibly spacious (half the room? amazing.). Beach is not the best, but for the amazing beaches Uluwatu is generally better. Pool area, amazing.

Everything is quite expensive, from the breakfast to the dinner options. It matches and follows the quality, nothing to say there, but it would be considered VERY expensive in any Western resort capital. They really push for this "24h spa", while outside of the treatments, the "spa" is really just a warm jacuzzi with a regular steam bath: luxury is not reflected into the general spa's offering.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and everything was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly accommodating. They remembered our names and were always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Seminyak, with everything within walking distance. Whether it was dining, shopping, or exploring, we had easy access to it all. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we would come back to this hotel again and again. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 19 including 8 kids. We stayed in Villas for our entire duration and the villas are very well designed with an amazing Bose Audio System. The Away spa is really amazing. It was my second visit to W Bali but for sure would visit the property again future. The nightlife around the property is also very exciting as Shishi Club is right outside the property and mexicola only few blocks away. We visited during The Nyepi festival and had to spend an entire say mandatorily in the resort due to silence day. But the resort all the activities running hence it was very comfortable experience.

The service at Woo Bar was very slow on the night prior to silence day. The property lacks a kids club and related activities.

The fogging that happens with no warning on 3 occasions straight onto us. Scary & dangerous being asthmatics & having allergies. Need warnings in place for this.

The staff are the W’s best asset! The resort itself is beautiful. The buffet breakfast was beyond excellent with the highlight being the breakfast staff.

The gym only has 3 treadmills and they were always in use. People who walk everyday and don’t go to gym were also using the facilities because it’s difficult to walk around the area and it was also raining most days. We also got a bad case of Bali belly from room service. We had only eaten breakfast and dinner in the hotel that day. We otherwise ate quite a bit in the hotel.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the pool area—it was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to unwind. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be coming back!

The location of W Bali Seminyak is ideal, situated close to the bustling heart of Seminyak, with spas and dining options within walking distance. The convenience of being transported by cart to the entrance was a nice touch. The villa itself was incredibly modern, with furnishings, art, and interiors that felt so Westernized and forward-thinking, it was easy to forget you were in Bali. While there were a few minor glitches, I was deeply impressed by the staff’s professionalism, particularly ANGGA and his team, who were incredibly sincere and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of those issues that actually highlighted the good points of the hotel, as the follow-up service was excellent. However, upon arrival, there was a welcome message card in the room intended for someone else, which caused a bit of confusion. These mistakes do happen, but it left me feeling a little disoriented, and I imagine the intended recipient wouldn’t be too pleased either. A hotel’s guest services should make you feel as though the accommodation is waiting just for you, and in this aspect, it was a bit disappointing.
