I love the location of this property. Lots to do around the Kayana. From restaurants, markets, shopping to the beach. The villa is beautiful. The staff at the Kayana are super lovely and make the stay that much better! The property layout is beautiful as well.

There is a bit of a mold / musky smell inside the villa. This might be due to the climate though. Just found this very noticeable this stay. Due to the location, there is music that can be heard into the early hours of the night. But it’s nothing crazy. Again, due to being in such a great location you do have that downside.

Very easy check in and friendly staff. Villa had everything you needed. Great room service. Room service delivered to your dinning table outside. Requests for toilet rolls and water and clean towels met promptly. Lovely private villa all to yourself you can spend whole day in villa and use the pool and order room service. Easy walk to the beach and to the shops.

Room Phone. It took me a while to work out how to order room service or contact the house keeping because the phone is a bit dated and needs upgrade. Nothing tells you that you have to press TALK and then number you want. You have to work it out for yourself. Most hotels 0 does everything which would be better. I had to keep reffering back to the sheet to identify which number to call. A bit annoying but that is the only thing.

We had a luxurious stay at the Kayana last week for our anniversary. The location is lovely - short walk to the beach and many restaurants, cafes, shops, money exchange and only 30 mins to the airport in good traffic. Our villa was quiet and spacious with a gorgeous plunge pool. We loved being able to have breakfast in our villa or restaurant, and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Airport transfers easily arranged.

As some reviews have said - the property is aging so there is wear and tear throughout the villas but nothing that affects functionality. We found the whole experience luxurious for Bali however I can see why others feel it’s not 5 star compared to other countries. But set your expectations for some rustic charm and you won’t be disappointed!

I would like to leave a review for the wonderful hotel the Kayana located at Seminyak. The hotel itself consists of detached villas with a private area, a private swimming pool and sunbads . We originally only booked a few nights at this lovely hotel, but we loved it so much that we decided to spend here the entire stay. Although the hotel is located in the very center of Seminyak, there is a sense of calm and relaxation in the villa and the hotel. I would like to note the atmosphere of friendliness and hospitality; all the hotel staff are always happy to help, smiling and positive people. The hotel has its own restaurant, which was very pleasantly surprising with the quality of the dishes, since guests usually order dinner in the villa in the restaurant in the evening, you can always easily find a table and receive almost personal service. I would especially like to note the work of the staff: the IKA manager is very professional, friendly and helped us get favorable conditions for staying at this hotel, we are very grateful to her! We also ordered a barbecue dinner , which was served in our villa and we were absolutely delighted! The chef and waiter DARMIKA organized a luxurious dinner with delicious seafood for us. ADIT is very friendly and always served us very professionally at dinner. And finally, the hotel has its own spa, they gave us a 20% discount on all massages, even my husband, who does not like massages, was delighted with the spa. We will definitely come back here again!❤️

Our villa was beautiful. It was kept ready on time. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was willing to help with the smallest things upon arrival. The location of the property is exceptional in Seminyak, right in the heart of the hustle bustle, yet the villa offers a quiet, serene retreat. All our asks were happily met by the hotel staff. They were friendly and accommodating and w e highly recommend the place.

Quality of food can be improved as it is not as good as the property.

Great room in a convenient location. Food was exceptional, and breakfast (which we had delivered to our villa) was very generous. I highly recommend the pancakes and the chocolate croissant. We stayed in a villa towards the back of the resort. Villa was very private. We enjoyed the plunge pool and nice garden. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room service menu was generous and delicious. Cleaning and daily servicing of room- perfect. Would stay again.

The blinds were a little tired. Can hear some thudding from the nightclub in early hours of morning- not enough to wake you or keep you awake. Some maintenance going on, but not a big deal. We got a bir confused about how to order breakfast of our room and ended up running down to the restaurant to order- perhaps leave some sheets in room.

Our stay met all expectations from the booking confirmation and update via email, our welcome on arrival until our departure. All staff from reception, housekeeping, grounds staff, restaurant staff and security staff were always attentive, warmly greeted at all times and ensured our stay was as expected. Any request was immediately attended to. We thank you for a wonderful 2 week stay and experience at The Kayana

The location was fabulous, all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast by the pool was lovely and the property was very pretty.

Our room fittings were very tired. I had a feeling that as we booked through Booking.com we were given a inferior room, as this was mentioned on several occasions. I wouldn't have found this resort if I hadn't been searching on Booking.com Would definitely book directly if we chose to stay again.

First, judging from the appearance alone, The Kayana meets the expectations I was looking for in a trip to Bali. The receptionist and the staff who led us to our room were very nice and friendly. The room and pool were clean. The morning breakfast was unlimited, and they had many options (though I felt uncomfortable after eating a raw egg). The bed was big enough for two and was very cozy.

The spa was short of staff, so make a reservation before going. I ate an avocado toast with a raw egg for breakfast. I started to feel uncomfortable later that day and couldn't get a spa. My friend told me it was very nice though.

The hotel feels like a small paradise in the middle of the caos of seminyak. The location is quite central and near many beach clubs, such as potato heads however, it feels super relaxed inside. The service is absolutely perfect. The staff is super friendly and the rooms with private pool and so cute and comfortable. By far, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Bali and I’ve travelled all around the island.
