Location is really good. Specially if you want to go to Potato head. All the staff is really nice. I would love to stay when I’m going to Bali vacation.

Only one thing, air conditioning smell was really bad in my room. I can smell the full of fungus.. so I had to open balcony door all the time. After checked it I didn’t go to the room until 10pm. So I didn’t complain Becuz I’m leaving next day. Room number was 2507.

The staff were amazing! Location is great. Right next to potato head, however not too loud. There was an event on one of the nights, and the staff advised us and provided earplugs. It wasn’t bad once in our room. Our 4 year old and 5 year old loved kids club! Dayu especially was amazing! We can’t thank her enough for how much fun our kids had, which allowed us to have some down time too. Tiwi was so great to deal with on the front desk. She checked in with us every day to ask if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. Spa was great. It was welcoming for children to get mum/dad and kid massage/treatment. Facilities also amazing. Yoga at the resort for an extra price and boxing. 3 pools too. We will absolutely return. Thank you!

Clogged drains and smells that occasionally wafted up.

Multiple room change . Air con wasn’t working in the assigned room , pillows were dirty. We had to change it 3 times.

We loved the food at the restaurant and the cocktails were great! My kids LOVED the kids club. It was definitely a highlight for them. The staff were super friendly. It was in a great location. We will definitely be going back!

The balcony’s have a big gap at the bottom that kids can climb under, so I felt super uncomfortable with my kids on the balcony. We didn’t know they had a hold buggy to drop you off to Seminyak Square until the second last day, so that was a little frustrating.

Super comfortable beds. Great size room. Good swimming pools.

Although smiling a lot, the service by the staff was not good compared to many other hotels in Bali. They were too laid back and not attentive to any request, particularly during breakfast. There’s limited areas for privacy when sunbathing unless you like being around a crowded pool.

Beautiful property very well maintained. 3 pools, a great buffet breakfast and close to great restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Environmentally Montigo Resorts must really improve. Handing out 6 small waters in small plastic bottles each day to each room is poor. No provision to keep towels, or bed linen longer than a day is silly.

Staff were super friendly and always willing to help when asked. Breakfast had a large selection of very fast local and conventional items.

Not enough safe shade umbrellas around middle pool. At time of stay it was a bit windy and we asked for only two umbrellas in full sun to be put up, staff politely warned they may have to come down if wind picked up. One random gust lifted the whole umbrella out of its support and it landed on me…. Bit scary but I was unharmed. Was left without bath mats for open shower on 2 days, where cleaning staff removed what we had but didn’t replace them.

Great location - right next to Potato Head, walking distance to seminyak square. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Nice selection for breakfast

I wouldn't stay this resort was 5 star - towels were hit and miss - though rooms were cleaned daily thought it was done quite late in the day - my room and bathroom were a bit dated though bed with canopy was great My room was located next to pool 3 - more sunbeds would have been amazing as guests we holding day beds for hours without using them. The day bed upholstery could also do with a change as there are stains. The package sunbeds in pool 2 were never used. As the majority of the day beds don't get sun and these do, it would be great to turn them back to regular beds.

Loud music from next door. Not a five star hotel. Not geared up for wet weather.

It was absolutely amazing! The richness of the buffet breakfast, having multiple pools (with one open 24 hours), the hotel’s spa (we stayed for 3 nights and used it 3 times), their in-house motorbike rental service, the cleanliness of our room, the cake they provided for our anniversary, the exceptionally high-quality service of its in-house restaurants, the location—right on the main road but not in a heavily congested area—being within walking distance to many restaurants in Seminyak and having easy access to Canggu… There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel. If we go again, we would definitely stay here—it’s absolutely worth the price.
