Fabulous location near many nice restaurants. Service was excellent as staff was friendly and remembered us by name. Villa was clean, cosy and exactly like in the pictures. Pool was well maintained. They also gave beach towels and an in villa water dispenser. Felt like a home away from home

Kitchen cooking utensils were quite limited. No kettle and had to ask for a pot to cook food or heat up water. Villa has no direct access to the beach - have to walk 5 min to public Petitenget Beach

I have to say, that from the beginning, staff was very polite and attending, ready to help with anything we needed. For example, we wanted to prolong our stay for one day more, due to flights and with 10 mins it was all sorted. Location is also amazing, it’s close to everywhere, without any noises from street, you can park your bike there, with security 24/7. Also great thing is that you can enjoy massages there too. Villa is nice, with nice pool and nice privacy, inside and outside.

The only thing I can say is, that on some parts of villa is visible, that it’s been used for several years. I can not say that in our villa was something broken or dirty, but some parts could use bit of renovation in general. Other than that, there is nothing what we could criticise.

The villa was lovely. A loft-style townhouse with private pool. The bathroom was clean with a GIANT bath (almost too big!) The reception staff were SO nice. We were both unwell on day 2 after drinking too much local booze and received IV fluids from some local on-call nurses - the staff let them in and made sure we were feeling ok, and house-keeping were kind enough to change sheets and towels afterwards. They provided safe drinking water. Unlike other villas we have stayed in, they actually had facilities to cook (stove, microwave, crockery). The aircon and wifi were brilliant, with TVs and toilets upstairs and downstairs.

It’s not the property’s fault but there were quite a few spit-fire caterpillars hanging around the pool so we weren’t comfortable sitting/sunbaking on the deck. The pool was clean though. It was a nice quiet location - close to the “cool” places like beach clubs and Mexicola but a little far from the busy shopping streets. Always taxis around though so can’t complain.

It’s a very spacious loft with a very confortable bedroom and living room is next to private swimming pool, big enough to swim . Only 5 mn walk to the beach where you can find cheap transat near La cantina warrung. No need to take breakfast, Beku next door is open all day with healthy food and drinks. Also special note for Andika , who was really helpful, and answered all our questions . Sweetest staff you can’t imagine! We extended our stay after all his recommendations . We were also able to benefit for 1 day of VIP Finn’s Club access for free…well worth to try during a sunny day .

It was a bit smelly in the bathroom, no transat at the swimming for sunbathing.

It was a very nice stay. I told them that I was on my honeymoon and they presented me with a honeymoon cake. The bed was decorated with beautiful roses. I thank them all, especially DICKY, IRWAN, SINTYA.

Private pool. Hot and cold drinking water on tap. Huge fridge and freezer. Very spacious and close to the beach

Very spacious villa, we stayed at 1 bedroom, exactly as on the pictures, pool is a good size. Cleaning was every day, very attentive stuff at reception. Great location, a lot of cafes near by. Special recommendation for Biku cafe located right around the corner. Place also feels very safe as security is on duty 24/7.

Not many power sockets. Only those by the bed are conveniently located.

It was exactly as described. Our villa was the exact same as the photos. I liked how clean the place was, you can tell it is well looked after. I appreciated the 24/7 security guard and the VIP cards to Finns made the stay even better! Thank you so much

When I first checked in and made payment for the villa, the staff said they needed to write down all of my card details to “confirm the payment” even though it had already gone through. I was a little concerned why my card details were needed, so I asked the staff to stop and they were very accepting and kind about the situation.

- location was great - close to everything Seminyak has to offer - 2BR villa was spacious - Dicky on the front desk very helpful & nice

- villa starting to get run down. took 5 minutes to get hot water every time in the master bathroom (engineer had to come fix it as we had none at all then after fixed it took 5 mins every time to warm up - toilet door opens inward so no space in the actual toilet - we had to fix this ourselves - key literally broke in the front door when we tried to open it and they tried to charge us for a replacement key. We refused of course and they didn’t make us pay.

Felt so relaxed to stay in this Villa, they also provides services like SPA in the villa itself! Enjoy myself in this cosy space

Hope it has floating breakfast next time! Also theres quite alot of ants at the seating area near the pool. But honestly overall was great
