Beautiful villa with well kept and healthy plants and trees around. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, as well as the kitchen, lounge and pool areas. The pool is of a good size and you can swim good laps in it. The kitchen is well equipped with bread toaster, juicer, cooking hobs, and best of all a water dispenser for hot and cold water.

There are quite a lot of mosquitoes though the housekeeping staff does a good job of keeping the mosquitoes out from the rooms during turn down service. The nightly loud music from the nearby Mexicola bar could also be a disturbance to the serenity of the villa.

Location is very convenient walking distance to the beach and central market. Staff are very friendly and very helpful they always willing to help any time May need assistance. The rooms are very spacious, clean & provided with air conditioning. The swimming pool and the surroundings very nice.

The tap water inside bathroom and kitchen is salty cannot use for washing your mouth and for this reason they supply 2 small bottles of water in bathrooms. Toilet are very spacious but no exhaust fans for ventilation. Outside sitting area is well arranged but we experienced dry leaves dropping off the ceiling that makes it uncomfortable while keeping any open food

Wonderful staff - nothing was too much trouble! Courtesy afternoon tea was an unexpected pleasure - just ask on your way back from a day out shopping and the beautiful staff will bring it to you! The free WiFi was adequate for our needs. The kitchen and fridge were a bonus as were the filtered ice cubes for our pre-dinner G&T by the pool. The Villa's are walking distance to the action but you don't hear the noise at night. If you look up though, you may see the nightly fireworks!

It would be hard to find things wrong! The area was private and quiet with plenty of room to relax. It was probably time for a refurb but we still had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Great location, fabulous staff, great pool and rooms. Very quiet, big fridge, ice on demand and a water cooler. Rooms serviced daily and the team brought in mosquito coils each evening. Room service option from 3 local restaurants with delivery in under 30 minutes was a nice surprise when needed.

Only the bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans in the open air living areas that could be supplemented with some free standing fans as well on hot nights.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and the central areas in Seminyak. Lovely place to stay, very quiet and peaceful and private . The staff are awesome, a couple of them come to your villa each morning and prepare breakfast which we really enjoyed, and they went above and beyond for me. My dumb ass left my wedding ring sitting on the sink top in the bathroom the day we left and was half way to Ubud when I realised. I rang them and they found it and one of the staff bought it to our hotel in Ubud for me when he finished work for the day. (Thanks Gusti, you’re a legend)

Stayed as a solo traveler for a week of rest and rejuvenation. The private pool was divine - bigger than I expected. The hotel is in a busy part of Seminyak with lots of restaurants nearby (walking distance) but tucked away down a street so it is quiet and peaceful. I felt safe as a solo female tourist and the hotel employees were incredibly friendly, helpful, and very pro-active about cleaning.

One of the reasons I originally chose this location was because I wanted to be close to the beach. I ended up only visiting the beach once briefly, as it was not very appealing. There were bits of rubbish in the sand and the water didn't look very safe to swim in. (I may be spoiled as an Australian!) However I never wanted to leave the comfort of my private pool anyway, so I didn't mind!

Great location close to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak yet super quiet when we retreated to our villa. The facilities were lovely and the staff friendly and obliging. They even drove us to lunch one day. It's a short walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants to watch the sunset. We loved the pool and comfy bed!

We loved everything! My only suggestion would be for some extra power points for device charging.

Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff were so nice and helpful and responded quickly to any enquiries before we got there and also whilst we were there. The massages were excellent. Breakfast was great. Pool was sparkling clean. The whole villa was really clean. Excellent shower water pressure. Its actually an accommodation which looks as beautiful in real life as it does in the photos. Very well taken care of and great location. I would highly recommend this villa to all. We felt very spoilt and would definitely go back here to stay again.

Fantastic location which was very quiet Amazing tropical gardens and pool

(No breakfast available yet) Spacious, tidy lush grounds (650m2+ 3 bed villa) Large rooms and ensuites, comfy king beds. Complimentary drinking water, room service efficient and staff are wonderful and ever ready to assist. Serviced twice daily, always clean. Large private 12mm pool. Huge menu of order in food of good quality. In-house massage also high quality. Close to beach/resorts (dining) shops/restaurants, all within walking distance.

In need of a little maintenance/TLC. The fridge was a little old and froze/destroyed our food. My mosquito netting left gaps when "closed", but the other two beds fine. Some peeling paint under eaves outside and the pool a bit "mossy" and needed a scrub around the rim, just under the water.
