Forgive the building work fronting the Main Street. Don’t be put off. The villas to the rear are still excellent and the price is very reasonable. The bedrooms are big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom features a large bath, a shower and double vanity. Some might find the rooms a little bit dated but we thought they were more than acceptable. Our private outdoor pool and garden was a great size too with both a covered day bed and a pair of good sun loungers provided. The frangipani trees are beautiful. Service is super friendly and helpful. Yuda, Gusti and the team really go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. From the wait staff, the cleaners to the women providing in-Villa Balinese massages, everyone is friendly and attentive. Pick-ups from the airport are offered and any help and advice was always on hand. The breakfasts were simple but tasty while plenty of really good bars and restaurants are nearby for other meals. Biku over the road is really popular for afternoon tea while Bambu down the road is great for upmarket dinners. Plenty of pharmacies, Mini Marts and Circle K’s are nearby too as well as alternatives to their in-Villa massage service. One night the noise from a local night club could be heard pretty loudly but this just happened the single night and we stayed over a busy weekend when some international DJs were performing at nearby Potato Head so it wasn’t a major issue for us but something to bear in mind if you’re a really light sleeper. Considering the villa’s location at the heart of Seminyak we didn’t mind. Top tip: if your pillows feel a bit large (ours were massive!) just ask Yuda for some smaller ones and they’ll be provided! All in all, if we were looking to stay in Seminyak again, we’d be happy to stay here again. As much for the service as for the villas themselves

The Villa is in a good position located in Seminyak. Only a short walk to Petitenget Beach, Potato Head Beach Club and Seminyak Square. There is a Mini Mart and Pharmacy (Guardian) close by, as well as many restaurants, cafes, retail and spas. There is a nightclub close by as per previous reviews, but we could not hear the music once we were in our Villa or any vibration. We stayed in a one bedroom Villa, and it looked as advertised. The Villa was clean and well presented. It was quiet and very relaxing, especially in the pool area. The restaurant at the front of the Villas has not been completed yet, so the reception is only a short walk toward the back of the restaurant down a path with beautiful landscaping. The staff were amazing. They would go above and beyond to make sure you’re enjoying your stay. The Villa was cleaned every day and breakfast was always served as per our request. We already can’t wait to go back!!

I felt very spoiled staying at yubi villas, the staff treated me with so much respect, they were very caring and would sit and talk to me they even gave me their whatsapp number in case I needed anything , there was nothing i could ask for that would be too much, they brought breakfast to my villa, I could order massages to my villa, which is more affordable than going into seminyak. Most of all the staff made me feel very safe during my stay. The Villa it self is beautiful, very private, perfect for a romantic get away

This was our third time staying at Yubi and everything was as great as usual. The staff are so lovely, helpful and accommodating, they really go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need and feel welcome and looked after. The best thing about staying here is the location combined with the privacy - you have all the shops, bars and restaurants at your doorstep yet your private little villa haven is so serene, quiet and relaxing. It truly is the perfect place to retreat to and just fully relax and unwind after a day of being out and about. The villa is really spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and the pool is a really decent size as well. It really is the perfect base for exploring Seminyak and beyond.

The Yubi was a fantastic property for our family of 8. With 4 bedrooms (all king beds) all opening onto the lounge and pool area, this was brilliant. Location was good. Mini marts just a 2min walk from villa. The staff were super friendly. They came and cleaned our villa once a day and delivered breakfast other than that, they weren’t in our villa at all.

We booked this property as with a family of 8 we planned to prepare at least one meal a day (breakfast was supplied by villa) in the villa. Unfortunately the kitchen is quite unequipped. I referred to it as a camp kitchen!! One dirty saucepan, one small frypan. Also when it’s dark there is only light over dining table, zero over bench top and sink. So it was completely dark. This would not be a problem if you were there with several couple and were eating out for all meals, just couldn’t be used as we intended. Only other negative, it really needed a good clean. To me it appeared as though things were just given a wipe over, not properly cleaned. There was bathroom scum around taps and basin etc. Toilets had stains. It just needs a thorough clean.

Our villa was stunning - beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. The private pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great selection of options to suit every taste. And the location? Perfect! Close enough to Seminyak's shops and restaurants, but far enough away to feel peaceful and secluded. Would recommend 5/5

I would suggest to have a continental breakfast such as a selection of cereal, bread which you can toast yourself and pateries rather than a cold cooked breakfast as a short-term option until renovations are done. I would recommend better signage for villa Name and reception until renovations are completed.

I have got to say that the staff were my favourite thing and the pool. Nothing was too much trouble they were fun and friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel at home. The pool was clean and had perfect sun all day. The position was great, with a mini mart, shopping, restaurant, money changer all within a minutes stroll and beach not too far away. First time in Seminyak, and the best was being able to walk along the roads and beach with out being hounded to buy. Breakfast was nice, bed comfortable, private, quiet, just like photo's. I would stay here again.

The rooms both bedroom, bathroom and living areas were huge and as the pictures show. The kitchen requires a bit of work due to cupboards swelling however we did not use the kitchen other than to wash a couple of glasses, so this did not affect us. We did take a dishcloth, soap and tea towel as none were provided. The air con in the bedroom was great and quiet and the bed comfortable. The pool was well maintained. As shown in the pictures there are no steps or ladders into the pool only the seating area to step onto. This is a large step and being older and with knee issues was a bit difficult to navigate my way in and out but it did not stop me using the pool 3 - 5 times daily! Breakfast was good - not overly hot but still warm as they get breakfast from elsewhere. The food was good especially the Indonesian breakfast. Happy with every breakfast we had and we tried a few. The staff were very helpful and cheerful and could not do enough for you. Work is still happening at the front of the site with reception and restaurant being build which was halted when covid hit. Although this is a work site it did not impact on us in anyway - no noise or disruption to access to the villas. We could hear noise (bass) from the local night club - Potato Head which went until 6am however it was not enough to disturb our sleep. The Villas are close to the beach about 10 - 15 min walk to access as we had to cut through Potato Head or walk further to the main beach car parking area. There were a few restaurants on the beach which were good and about a 10 minute walk there is a great restaurant - Biku- always busy and best to book.

There was nothing about the Villas we did not like. Having stayed in Bali many times before and in many locations we thought we would give Seminyak a try as we had not stayed there before and we knew it would be busy. As our past two visits were remote locations we have confirmed we would rather be remote rather than the busy city life. This is just our personal preference.
