Great set up for families. Two separate bedrooms, great size pool and kitchen and lounge area. Really good location, nice and quiet but easy to get to beach and restaurants

The area around the pool when wet/ when rained was very slippery which was quite dangerous for kids but not a lot the owners could do about that

Absolutely incredible villa with phenomenal staff, cleaned whenever you needed, laundry service and the villa is a palace at that price. Absolutely stunning. Minutes walk from seminyak beach.

Only thing i may not have “liked” if I’m being very picky is that it is down what feels a dark alley with dogs around. This being said the dogs did not approach us at any point as we passed and seem to be residents dogs outside not just stray dogs. I must add that once we had been down once you feel safe to pass every night and wasn’t an issue for us at all. Most villas in seminyak are down similar alleys and we walked home every night. But i wouldn’t stay anywhere else in seminyak now this villa is incredible!

The villas are lovely and clean and spacious. Breakfast is delivered every morning to you. There is a water cooler in every villa which is great to not have to purchase water bottles. We kept refilling ours. You can walk everywhere but then it’s so nice and quiet. The staff are lovely and happy to help in any way. There is a laundry 1 minute away which was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast options were limited so after 8 days we got a bit sick of them. But they were lovely and fresh. This was not a huge deal. There are no signs for Alami on the main road to get down the long drive - a few taxis and grabs got lost - but once we worked out our bearings it was fine! You can walk up or down the drive to get to shops and restaurants.

Our stay at these villas was excellent. The beds and rooms were comfortable and spacious. The grounds are well maintained however slightly showing their age. The staff were fantastic always helpful and easily contactable, always went out of their way to great our kids. We felt the location was excellent, down a long laneway but always felt safe at night, it also meant it was always very quiet in the evening. Close to loads of restaurants and easy to catch cabs from.

Location is isolated and a long way down a dark lane way. Property does not cater for younger children. Rooms separate leaving children on their own away from parents. Breakfast did not included a suitable drink for the child either. Yet they were happy to provide a coffee for the child. After hours check in left to our own devices basically.

- Apart from a 300m walk to the main road, the property’s location is very good. Potato Head 6min drive Motel Mexicola 4min drive La Favela 10min drive Seminyak Square 8min drive Spas, convenience store & money changer are all walking distance (<400m) - Very well maintained property. - Spacious rooms and bathroom - Nice pool - Staff is courteous and quick to respond - Breakfast options are decent. - Decent parking space.

- It’s located in a narrow lane, about 300m in from the main road. - The property was ready to charge my card despite it being a Pay at Property booking. After some correspondence we were able to sort things out though.

Stunning property. Own pool. Close to restaurants and beach club. Complimentary fruit on arrival. Complimentary Coffee and water.. Fabulous choice of breakfast.

I liked everything about the property. But during our stay our rooms were not made up and the bins not emptied. Clean towels only given 1day. This could be our fault for not requesting however would have expected to have been asked.

Everything was modern, clean and was nicely maintained. The staff were also super helpful and they took great care of the property and of us. There was regular mosquito fumigation as well which was super appreciated.

Might be small and contained, but worked well for us with a 4 year old running around.

On arrival the staff were amazing even though we had many delays, arriving at 2:30am in the morning. The staff were helpful and lovely. The property itself was stunning, clean and I lived the open plan

I liked everything about the property. The price was extra as but that was more for the time of season than anything else..

The property looks stunning at a first look. However you soon realise that it’s not clean, materials are cheap and most of the time chipped, dirty or rusty. I cannot complain, it was still a stunning place but cleanings should be done more in depth: steam vacuum the sofas for instance (it was dirty) or clean under the carpets. In the end, it’s a 4 stars so expectations were high.
