The staff are amazing people. They cannot help you enough, are always smiling, became like our little Bali family. The villa is a short walk to the beach, great bars, clubs, warungs. It really wasn't a struggle to find amazing food. A quick scooter ride to anywhere In seminyak. The pool is a great size, it is clean, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is decent - especially the indonesian selection was delicious. The staff were always punctual in asking what we wanted and serving it at exactly the time we said. The TV has netflix, amazon and Disney on the TV with surround sound. Mosquitoes weren't a problem and they provide everything you'll need if they are. Bed was comfortable and loved the tent like feature of the mosquito nets. They even made us a little Swan and rose petal display which I loved. We had a great stay there as a couple and would gladly stay again. Wish we had more time than a week!

Loved it all

We enjoyed the spacious villa, especially our own private pool and the living room. It is also well located in Seminyak and you are able to walk to the different local spots such as Potato Head, Bambu and Body Works.

I had Bali Belly and lost 3 days by being sick so having our own villa to recover was good. The facilities in the hotel is a little dates and old so an upgradw would be needed.

The villa was spacious, quiet and reasonably comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The best part was the pool, which was big and very clean. There were two outdoor lounges and a daybed. Location was within easy walking distance to most things, with a new coffee place, 32do, only 2 doors up. This is not to be missed, even though there can be a bit of queue. The host, Ari, was fantastic.

The furniture could be updated. The breakfast provided was ok.

The staff were some of the most incredible humans we ever have experienced. Nothing was too much of an ask. They truly treat you like family, care and look after you. The photos don’t do this place justice it’s an oasis in the heart of chaos. Super convenient location, stunning villas and they don’t miss a beat here. My top recommendation is try both types of breakfasts because they are amazing. Please look after the staff they are beautiful humans. As first timers to Bali this villa far surpassed our expectations- it was gorgeous, conveniently located and I couldn’t fault the service of the team. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

A couple of minor maintenance issues and on the daily service they missed a couple of touches, like mopping or wiping surfaces - but all very minor, for the overall experience

The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism made our experience truly memorable. Breakfast each morning was proper and satisfying, with plenty of variety to start the day right. The villa felt very safe, and its convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!”

Nice breakfast, always delivered to the room on time. Staff were really polite and very accommodating. Location of the Seminyak residence was great, mini supermarket was across the road, nice Italian restaurant was next door and if you wanted to go closer to or into the centre, it's just a short drive (between 5 & 10 mins) or around 15 min walk away. Area is nice and peaceful, no surrounding disturbances.

Wifi connection was a bit hit and miss at times but there were improvement works happening locally so that may have effected it.

Large villa in a good location just back from main drag in Seminyak. Big pool to cool off and a hot outside rain shower a good combo for chilling. He’d was comfortable even though I thought too firm at the start. Outside area and kitchenette handy.

There are high walls which are meant to create privacy but feels slightly like a compound. The staff are super friendly but hard to find at times. Reception mainly an empty desk. Breakfast was, let’s say, lacking that certain something. But there’s an excellent cafe across the road making good food at cheap prices.

I had an excellent experience at The Khayangan Villa Seminyak! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and popular clubs. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Contrary to some of the negative reviews I’ve read, my stay was the complete opposite. The villa was well-maintained, clean, and spacious. The private pool was a real highlight, and the size of the villa is definitely larger compared to others in the area. A special shoutout to Mr. Bagus, the villa manager, for his warm welcome and for going out of his way to assist us with our requests. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely everything, staff were friendly, food was always on time, everything was run on a schedule while still respecting our privacy. Staff were always there in case we needed anything, the koi pond is amazing, it’s very lovely and private aswell as being in a great location, mini mart across the road, Italian place just next door, shops, clubs, beach, etc, all within a 10 minute walk.

A couple of facilities needed a little bit of work done to them but asides from that everything was exceptional

The staff were fantastic. The pool was perfect for coming back and cooling off. The location is quite good, it’s not super central but still easy to walk everywhere. There are a few good cafes and spas close by. There is a Mart across the road for drinks/snacks etc. Our villa was one of the last so there was no noise from the street. The breakfast is pretty basic but was still good. They have a cold/hot water dispenser in the villa perfect for coffees or filling up your water bottle for the day.

The bed and pillows were quite hard.
