Lovely rooms, well maintained, staff friendly and helpful

Rooms had tiny ants, asked for spray as i was getting bitten at night by the ants, ended up buying my own as none was provided, and mosquito coils werent replaced for days. Eventually did leave some the day before i checked out.

The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Service was 10/10, even to the security employees who knew you by sight or name and would ensure you crossed the road safely when going out or coming home. Puspa is an asset to the villa. With her calm and friendly personality, she made us feel very special during our stay and opened up new experiences for us, such as a wonderful private cooking class. Many thanks to Puspa for being so attentive. The location of the Villa is great, far enough away to have a quiet atmosphere and enjoy privacy but near enough to walk to eateries, bars, and shopping. The Villa itself had everything you needed, including a private pool. Clean, comfortable, and staff would replenish towels and clean everyday if you wanted them to, or stay away at your desire. We had breakfast included every day which was a mix of western and Indonesian foods, with an egg station to order exactly how you like them. Great value here, and a truly memorable experience. If we return to Seminyak, this accommodation would be a must!

Very friendly and warm greeting on arrival, straightforward check in and the complimentary arrival drink was appreciated. The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean, with staff responsive and helpful for any Enquiries. The private pool was absolutely fantastic and we made great use of it during our stay. Provision of free water bottles each day also made sure we were keeping hydrated with clean bottled water in the heat. Daily breakfast was an excellent inclusion for our stay, and set us up really well with a substantial and tasty feed before heading out to explore. We ate from the restaurant a few times in the evening and by room service, and can recommend the Nasi Goreng and Mee Goreng. Can highly recommend the in-room barbecue for anyone that is interested in a little extra treat, the food was beautiful and it was great to be able to try some of the different local delicacies. An absolute bargain for the price, don’t think we finished all the food, despite trying! We really appreciated the nice quiet part of town that this villa is located, and that we were able to get a good nights sleep every night, without noises from nightclubs etc as may be found in other parts of town.

We travelled at a very humid time of year, and the open plan living area, whilst it has a fan, we were not able to work out how to turn the power up on the hotter days. We just made the most of the beautiful private pool and the very efficient air conditioner in the bedroom when we became too warm.

Wonderful staff, amazing pool, large villa. Very clean, also had a rooftop terrace. Gloriam Grills just a short walk away has amazing Italian and Dahana up the road for incredible Japanese, Coffee Cartel has very tasty breakfast options which is also close by, villa is in a great location.

We stayed for a week, but after the third day with the limited breakfast options we ended up eating out at a local cafe which was a good solution, not a major issue.

I had the most amazing 6 nights stay at Villa Kayu Raja. It was absolute luxury. I was in Bali and wanted to do so many things but I found most of the time I just wanted to stay in my villa. It was so relaxing and the pool the best. The bedroom was surpreme. I had the most amazing sleeps in that perfectly comfortable bed. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plenty of options. Also check out the rooftop pool and bar which just opened the day before I left. Perfect for sunset cocktail. Special thanks to the warm and caring staff. AAA+++

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, you can walk to shops and beach. Private pool lovely size. Breakfast was good.

We had a rooftop area but didn't sit up there as there was no furniture to sit on. All pools are at the back of all villas which are open, you can hear loud people talking and TV's etc as all villas are open living downstairs.

Me and my husband were so impressed with our stay the staff were absolutely amazing they go above and beyond 🫶🏽 the buffet breakfast so amazing we had family over for roof top Bbq for our last night (great night) Highly recommend was best place we have ever stayed the villa was beautiful comfortable everything we needed and room cleaned everyday and fresh water bottles daily great wifi nice cool private pool and we would definitely come back stay again next time we come Bali, Thank you so much for the amazing stay we miss you all already you can hire scooters from reception for great price also close to everything and great location see you next time 🙏🏽 Kylie & Des from New Zealand Villa #36

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is perfect if you’re looking to be close to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. It’s on a fairly busy road, they have staff to help you onto the road whether on foot, bike or car which is really handy. Private pool was cool. The room was very clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast was not included for us but was really a good selection, tasty and great value at 100,00 rp. Mini bar was also super affordable. Smart TV is a huge tick as not that common in other places I’ve stayed in Bali. Mini revolver is a short walk for an awesome coffee. Air con in the bedroom was nice and cold.

Okay a few things you need to know: if you get one of the villas on the right hand side - the pool is absolutely freezing as those villas don’t get much sun, to the point I didn’t actually use the pool because of this. Also, the stairs inside the villa to get up to the bedroom are STEEP, like dangerously steep. The lounge room is open air so not great when it’s ridiculously hot or for the bugs/mosquitoes. Some of the villas are concrete tiled around the pool which is perfect but our villa had decking around the pool and it was a little dodgy and felt unsafe.

Great location, walking distance to markets/shops, restaurants and around a 20 minute walk to Seminyak Village. Large spacious villas, large pool (big enough to swim laps in). Bottles of filtered water provided daily. Welcome drink provided. Staff friendly.

Wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast. For what I paid, I expected more. Felt like a cheap Travelodge continental breakfast. Option to have a la carte, which looked a lot better, but had to pay extra. Open plan so you can hear everything from the villas next door, even if they were not being loud & just having a regular conversation. Bathroom had water coming through the mirror when it rained hard. Pool nearly overfilled when it rained. Water was also a green-ish colour as though the pool hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Out of everywhere I stayed in Bali, this is the villa I got bit the most by mosquitoes etc because it was open plan. Only 2 coffee sachets left daily, so if there’s 2 people in the villa, only 1 coffee each.

Breakfast was amazing,everything fresh and different options Everything around room and hotel is clean,daily cleaning replacing everything you'll already used and putting stuff in order. Staff gives you a wonderful welcome, and they make sure you get satisfied all day long. The room is so good that no matter how beautiful Bali is,it just makes it harder to leave the hotel. You get full privacy, and staff is not giving any pressure while still giving you insight about Seminyak and around. No matter how caotic is outside the hotel, you will still be able to enjoy some relaxing time. Value for money is absolutely crazy. These guys deserved all I spent there

Seminyak is caotic,nothing that a bike couldn't solve(they help you renting it with modest price actually),you just need to be a skilled driver l,but that's nothing the hotel can do about it.
