Everything! From the moment the main door was opened to the villa to the time we left, the staff at O Villas were so attentive, accommodating and friendly. This was my first trip to Bali and would 100% stay at O Villas again. The location was ideal and a walk to the main road in Seminyak was about 10-15 mins with many spas and restaurants along the way. Our driver Ketut was just beautiful. He was kind, funny, thoughtful and looked after us very well, making sure we were cool enough in the car. Tommy, Agung (sorry if I spelt these incorrectly) were always smiling and nothing was ever too much. All the staff at O Villas work so well together and are a very cohesive team. It was an absolute pleasure to come home everyday. There were 2 lovely ladies who cooked our delicious breakfasts each day from a great range of options. These were organised the day before with us being able to select a time that suited us. The food was tasty, fresh and ample to get a great start to the day. We did have a free transfer from the airport (or can be booked to take you there when leaving) but were able to book Ketut for additional side trips, one of which was to Ubud. He waited while we enjoyed some time there before driving us back to our Villa. I always felt safe at O Villas. We had keys for our bedrooms and main living area which meant our items were always locked away. There is also a safe in each room which allowed you to select your own security code. The pool was very well maintained and refreshing after a hot day. There are ample sitting places around the pool with an outdoor toilet and shower available also.

There is absolutely nothing I would change about O Villas.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much, but the fridge, water cooler, and kettle to make tea and coffee were all great. The pool area and balcony were lovely, and felt like an oasis in the middle of a built up areas. Basil and Sangsaka restaurants nearby were delicious, and the staff kindly took us over to Seminyak beach each day in the car. The staff were so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing we didn't like. There was no onsite food despite being a menu, but they were really helpful in organising a local delivery.

3rd time staying at O villas, it is becoming a home from home. Fantastic staff, many of them have been there for 10 years, always on hand to assist with any requirements, including driving me where ever i wanted to go within the Seminyak area. Even more new great restaurants appearing within 10 minutes walk, such a choice now on the door step. Only stayed in the one bedroom apartment this visit, but stayed in the massive villas before, which looks like they are just putting brand new furniture in when i was there, i will be taking the family up to the villas later on in the year. One again, not disappointed, totally spot with everything.

Location was great, minutes to main destinations in Seminyak via taxi. Pool was a great size and has alot of privacy. Rooms were big and comfy with bathtub. Other amenities such as the TV and kitchen was good.

Aircon could be improved. Its getting a little old and does not cool the room as efficiently as before. Some items like the sound system are not working. To us it was not crucial, just some feedback. There was a tall building overlooking the pool, so we just stayed on one side for more privacy. Unfortunately nothing can be done about that.

Location was good - walking distance to shops and restaurants. Driver/car available to drop off and pick up within the Seminyak area - great service and happy to do this at any time. Staff are friendly and helpful. They decorated the villa for my daughters birthday :) Breakfast was in-house and very good - fresh and delicious Rooms and bathrooms are huge! Pool is a great size with day bed and lounges/umbrella - nice place to relax In-house BBQ was awesome - plenty of food

Villa is looking a bit dated/tired. Needs a refresh and some minor repairs/replacements. Towels were clean but old - need to be replaced with fresh new ones. Vans used for transport need to be cleaned

We stayed for 2 weeks on our honeymoon and we loved absolutely everything about O Villas, from the room, the breakfast, the location, and most importantly the staff, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly. Always dealing with our requests promptly, breakfast delivered every morning, free drop off shuttle service around Seminyak, and they overall acted like our tour guides with exceptional advice to ensure our overall stay in Bali was as smooth as possible. The room itself is very nice and the pictures don’t do it justice. A huge space with a private plunge pool at the bottom, upstairs is a huge balcony terrace and then the inside consists of a large living room, a large bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, and a large bathroom. Overall the views are stunning. Good location too and within walking distance of Seminyak Square and other local attractions. The Villa also offers a paid shuttle service to take you anywhere in Bali for the whole day, much better than using Taxis or overpriced tour guides! Everything met our standards from start to finish. We also felt secure and safe all the time. Staff are here 6am to 10pm, and then security from 10pm from 6am so you are covered every hour of the day. Big shout out to the manager Mr Ketut for making our honeymoon extra special. Any minor enquiries we did have were promptly sorted out which was impressive, he and the staff constantly went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as good as possible, and they also helped arrange a large part of our trip with their knowledge of the island and also expert advice. We have many fond memories of staying here and are very happy we chose this place for this precious moment in our lives. Should we ever travel to Bali again, we will definitely be staying again!

Not a single complaint from us, everything from start to finish was perfect.

O Villa was the perfect place to stay with my family in Bali. O Villa is very central to everything, 20 min walk to the beach and perfectly located around cafe's and restaurants, however, the Villa is tucked away from the hustle and the noise from busy streets. Which makes this Villa super quiet and tranquil. The Villa is very big, which catered for my three adult daughters and wife. Rooms are big and very clean with comfortable beds.The pool was a winner, very big and aways cleaned daily. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, always trying to make sure you are comfortable. The bonus for staying here was they offer FREE transport around the Seminyak area. 5 out of 5 stars from me.

The staff were amazing , so kind, friendly and helpful! They made our stay really enjoyable aswell as keeping the villa nice and clean for us. The villa isn’t as fancy as some, but we loved how at home we felt! Good privacy, it was our favourite part of our holiday staying in the O villas. We went to Ubud, and nusa dua and both places were not as good and less friendly staff! We wished we stayed in this villa the whole time ❤️ kids love it too and they even included pool toys for us!

Nothing

It was our own little space. We were away from the hustle n bustle but could be back in it easily. There was ample space for us all, there’s four rooms and each one has a California king. Three rooms are upstairs while one is downstairs. Things are a little bit of distance but they have a shuttle ready to go at your beckoning call. Breakfast was beautiful but probably would’ve wanted a change up if we had stayed for more than three nights.

Tommy! He was so helpful. The seclusion was great yet still so close to everything.

Breakfast was excellent; Staff was very humble and nice. Meeting all requests every time and available immediately as and when required. Villa was also good and specious.

Although breakfast was good but was not having many options. So, by the 5th day, no one really want to eat the same thing again. I believe there should be more items to be added in the breakfast list. Living room air conditioners were not effective at all. When we were there, temperature was 32 degree and humidity was more than 90%. there were 2 x Aircon installed in living area, still not effective, hardly making room to sit for all. And, by looks of it, they were pretty old. Seems like its time to replace them with bigger capacity.
