The property was spacious, the rooms were quite large and the pool and day beds were perfect for our group.

The main suite on the left as you enter the villa had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom that ended up filling the whole suite. I’m not 100% on the smell but it could possibly be the drains? This was the only problem we had.

We loved that we were in walking distance of the shops but still far enough away to not hear the traffic. Komang and her staff were very accommodating and were able to source anything we wanted from Crates of Bintang to full body massages 🙏🏽

There wasn’t anything to not like about this property.

Komang was awesome, nothing was too much trouble for her 24hrs a day.

The electricity shut down multiple times each night. sometimes 4-6 times a night. unfortunately there is a villa in very close vicinity that seems to attract the party crowd with amplified music throughout the day and night. Apparently this happens on a regular basis at that Villa.

Didn't have breakfast wasn't supplied. Staff very helpful and friendly, when needed stuff fixed ie Air con it was done immediately.

The fact that there wasn't a breakfast option.

we were having issues with the water and power going out but staff were very good about having it fixed within an hour of the problem

Komang is amazing! The pool was great! the beds are so comfortable!!

The bathrooms could do with some up grading. The door into the main area makes a horrible noise. the air conditioners could use upgrading.

The villa was fabulous and the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back

Great pool and sunbeds! bedrooms were big and with comfortable beds. all in good conditions. Can definitely recommend for a group/big families. Staff was friendly and helpful

Nothing we didn’t like

Secluded villa, that is large and spacious. It is set around a great common/family area and the pool is a focus. There are multiple options for rooms, an enormous 'parents' room upstairs with full ensuite. There is another room downstairs with KS bed and 2 x singles, along with expansive ensuite. And then there is a smaller room, still with KS bed, although the ensuite is not as nice. All of these room directly link to the family space. Then there is also a very large room, with sofas and TV, next to the family space, and finally the 'pavilion' - detached from the main building (but only 10m away) with KS bed and ensuite. The family space has a 8-seater L shaped sofa and TV with Pay channels (movies) available. There is no ability to stream Netflix etc to the TV - which for the room size was probably on the small size. There is a long dining table that seats about 12. The kitchen includes a large bench space, a big fridge and cutlery/crockery etc. We only cooked eggs/bacon, and all worked well. The pool is great - a nice space, and large enough for several people to be in there at once. The water temp is perfect - cool enough to cool you down, but not startling to when you get in. There are several lounges and a nice cabana/covered day bed with cushions. There is also an outdoor shower. A housekeeper is allocated to the property, and she comes each day and cleans, etc - makes beds/changes sheets, changes towel, generally tidies. There is an outside cleaner the looks after the pool and gardens.

On arrival - even after indicating our time, there were maintenance staff still painting, which left a smell. The housekeeper was caught off guard and therefore didn't really provide an introduction/tour - they were scrambling to get the painter out. Within the property there are things that are unkempt, not maintained - i.e. shower drains that were clogged. stains on the roof from water, and leaks that happen during heavy rain. There was guttering hanging off the roof near the pool that hadn't been attended to. The tiles pathway leading the main family space can be treacherous after rain or when there is pool water splashed - there was at least one slip - it is like walking on ice and very dangerous. There is still building materials stacked at the back of the property and under the cabana - just left lying around. There was an incident where the drain in one outside shower area collapsed after heavy rain - was fixed quickly but shouldn't have happened. There was also a water leak from AC that left a large water puddle - again fixed the next day, but avoidable if maintenance was done

The villa was well suited to our needs and overall was good - staff were very nice too

toilet seat broken in one ensuite took a couple of days to get fixed minor power issue on one night but fixed quite quickly
