Honestly what an INCREDIBLE hotel! The hotel was amazing, it’s like you’re in a little retreat and the staff were one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in my life. They were SUPER hospitable, were always there for you in seconds and everything was super accommodating. The hospitality is a 100000/10! The villa was beautiful and super big and comfortable and it was perfect for us. The location is out of this world, in the heart of Seminyak and minutes away from everything. I’m super impressed and would definitely come back again! What an experience. Thank you to the Villa Air team for making our honeymoon a beautiful one!

The fact that there was no sun when we wanted to use it but that’s not the hotels fault!

The property was immaculate, very clean and luxurious. The staff were absolutely incredible and they went out of their way to make our trip very special. Our villa was lovely and very clean. They also have a driver who can drop you anywhere in Seminyak.

My only issue was in the two bedroom villa we should have had a pool day bed as there was no where to sit once we got out of the beautiful pool.

The private pool and the bathroom with the really nice big bathtub. The staff was so nice and friendly. We loved the spa. Enjoyed a couple massage. The breakfast could be chosen always the night before. Super delicious also. They also had a shuttle to Seminyak town which was really handy when going for dinner. But the dinner in the hotel reastaurant was also so good. We had food there twice. Try the risotto

Located close to beach, restaurants, clubs and shopping. Beautifully maintained gardens. Villa designed with privacy. Large size pool and spacious living area. Large bedrooms and bathroom areas. Housekeeping services great.

King size bed was great but a little hard for my personal liking. Mosquitoes were constant due to rainy season but controllable with coils (Supplied daily by staff)

They are too stringent on check in timings . Despite best appeal they did not allow us for early ( couple of hrs ) check in and this was already informed. But they do all they can to help make the stay very comfortable and I respect that .

Absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing, simply couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The hotels resident cat was beautiful!

Nothing. There was some unavoidable interruptions to the peace caused by building works next to the villa, but we were moved to another villa promptly. Not the villas fault but they were rapid to help out.

The continental breakfast offers a great variety. The fresh fruit was delicious. Room services are also available. The staff was friendly and always smiling. Our Villa, with its own private pool, was perfect for outdoor living.

We were gobsmacked at the size of this villa when we arrived, it is huge! Beautiful pool area and open plan kitchen dining area. It’s within walking distance of shops bars and restaurants although there was no need as the food at the onsite restaurant was just amazing. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely stay again

It’s really good for everything. It’s clean and comfortable and very easy to go to the popular places. The staff are very friendly and nice and helpful. Very lovely people. The breakfasts are very good too. It’s definitely the best place we’ve been live. Very happy for every minute we spent there.
