We had a great stay! The rooms were spacious and very clean. We loved having direct access to the pool from our room – such a nice touch. The staff were exceptional: incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel is also very close to the main street in Seminyak, which made everything super convenient.

On the downside, breakfast could be improved in terms of variety – it felt a bit limited. There isn’t a proper restaurant on-site, so for meals you either have to go out or order via delivery apps like Gojek. Also, there are some roosters nearby that crow throughout the day (luckily, they rest at night!). The property is a bit older, so don’t expect a brand-new facility, but overall it’s well maintained.

The location was amazing so easy to get to shops and food and the beach! No street noise. Bed was very comfortable swimming pools were lovely but shaded. I actually really loved my stay here!

Things to be aware of: The property is next to a rooster farm, not just 1 or 2 they are noisy in the morning. The property doesn’t get much sun it’s mostly shaded so if your a sunbather like me you’ll end up at the beach. Breakfast is limited as a vegetarian.

Hotel was fabulous, great for couple/family. Only a 5 minute walk to the strip

Our room was amazing, right on the pool, it was very clean. Staff were lovely, when ordering flower bath be specific about what you want & be aware it can’t be warm due to petals, we paid extra for floating breakfast as well which was a nice experience.

A rooster crowed day/night. However I believe there are roosters all over, so this might be normal, bring earmuffs if your a light sleeper or pop some music on for sleep.

Had an issue with aircon, and they moved me to a room with no issue, great staff

The breakfast was not great, the food was sparse, not much variety quite limited and the food was cold and very average for choice eg: no hot water, only Bali coffee and tea, the cooking station only cooked eggs! I would suggest ensuring the fresh food (the hot dishes) is topped up regularly throughout the time you offer breakfast keeping all of the food freshly cooked and ensuring the highest possible cleanliness, & that there is plenty of food. I went down the road a few meters to a pizza shop that was clean & served coffee with a big American breakfast for very reasonable price. The rosters were a bother at all, no more noticeable than anywhere else in Bali, they were quite at night.

amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Putra one of the hotel workers was also very helpful. all in all I would certainly book here again!

The room was amazing, the bathroom was clean and good sized, balcony had a great view and the swimming pools were really nice!

There's some sort of rooster farm close to the hotel, so the first night I didn't have ear plugs and couldn't get much sleep. Also the swimming pool doesn't have a lot of space to lay around it

The hotel was in a great location, just within walking distance of a great cafe, and one of the main streets of Seminyak for restaurants, shops and nightlife. The pool was gorgeous, and the staff were so lovely. Guests were were all respectful too. I thought the traditional Balinese architecture of the restaurant area + pool was beautiful

The only possible downside I could suggest would be that the restaurant/bar was available on a very limited basis, but this really wasn’t an issue for us as we went out for dinner/lunch to walking distance areas anyway!

**Fantastic Stay!** We had an amazing time at this hotel. Our room (115) was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with the added luxury of pool access directly from the balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. While the hotel is located next to a rooster farm, we only heard them during the day, and it never disturbed our relaxation or sleep at night. It wasn’t an issue for us at all. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
