We have stayed at some of the high end hotels in nusa dua but the Bracha villas had one thing the rest didn't. A filtered water dispenser. Large with cool, chilled and hot water. Saved messing around with bottled water. Staff super friendly.

The hot water in the showers was a little hit and miss. Very difficult to regulate. This was a very minor annoyance and didn't spoil the stay.

Swimming pool and comfortable beds. Very secure, safe and private

We didn’t ask for our room to be cleaned each day, we are adults and could do this ourselves. What i didn’t like was after 3 days, we asked for a clean and bed to be changed. The villa got cleaned, but the same bed linen was put back on and straightened. We also asked many times how much was our outstanding bill so we could pay. We wasn’t sure if our villa had been paid for as expected and wanted to ensure there was no outstanding bill. We were told repeatedly, no bill, all paid. Unfortunately when we were checking out at 3.30 am, we were told we owed for villa. Paying wasn’t a problem, we just would have preferred this information in daytime hours when we asked, several times

The whole villa is beautiful. The pool is lovely. Interior is nicely finished- high roof, art pieces around. Staff bring you breakfast in the morning which you order the night before. Villa is very clean. Very quiet, can’t hear anyone else around. Good location. Chinese restaurant across the road is very yummy!

There isn’t a door on the bathroom, the small bathroom window only has shear blind on so some light does get through to the bedroom when sleeping. The hot water only stays hot for 1min and there isn’t enough hot water to fill up the bathtub. The lights in the room are very dim.

Conveniently located with a mini mart and some restaurants next door. Seminyak Square Centre / Village with shopping and plenty more restaurants, etc less than a 10 minute walk away. We were in a 2BR Villa with Private Pool. Villa was serviced and cleaned daily. Good breakfast served in the villa. Hotel staff were polite, always smiling and ever willing to help.

Accidentally knocked a glass of water and the glass broke. We were charged for the glass when checking out which was surprising but fair as it was written in the hotel's policy.

The host was very pleasant. The room were clean, the swimming pool was exceptional and the meditation place was nice as well. The room was spacious and clean. Morning breakfast were served with a smile and on time. Excellent stay. Pool breakfast experience is the best.

The breakfast had very limited options. So staying there for 4 days, we ended up having more or less the same. There was an issue with the shower but it was replaced with a new one as soon as we mentioned about it. The TV didnt have any acess to Netflix, Amazon or Disney which was promised on the website.

our door broke but not much to be done about that and the staff did everything they could to fix it for us in no time

The Villa was stylish and comfortable with a lovely pool. The beds and pillows were quite comfy. too.

The shower head was falling apart, the water pressure was very weak and hot water took 10 mins to come through. Also the toilet only flushed through sometimes. There was a kind of air lock and water came out when flushed but didn’t go down again. Four plus flushes was normal to get rid of waste.

Beautiful villa and so central to Seminyak, but still so peaceful and quiet. Walking distance to many good bars and restaurants. Very spacious villa, generous sized pool, large bedroom and bathroom. Pool was a perfect temperature, comfy bed. Love that can you have a shower or lay in bed and look out onto the pool. Full sized fridge and water cooler is super handy. 24 hour front desk is great, makes you feel secure if you come back late at night. Very helpful and kind staff. Would definitely stay again.

Not very good lighting in the room and bathroom, mood lighting only. Would be impossible to do your makeup in the evening. Handy to have a handheld mirror to use at the window as even doing makeup during the day was hard! The shower pressure wasn’t great if you like the water hot, much better when the on the cooler side. The bathroom is completely open to the bedroom if that is an issue for couples/people sharing. I found using the padlock to lock and unlock the main entrance to the villa a bit annoying.

Bracha Villas exceeds our expectation. We booked 3 bedroom - villa for 6 persons and we were pleased with it. The villa is spacious, clean and elegant. Each bedroom comes with own bathroom and is equipped with a nice set od toiletries. There is a private swimming pool in front of the villa which we enjoyed. The staff are friendly and accomodating. We had to cancel our massage appointment last minute due to the changing flight schedule and they understood it alright. Thank you for that. The breakfast options are plenty and delicious, brought and served directly at our villa. All in all, certainly a place to return to if we visit Bali in the future!

If any, I suggest to repair the sink in the master bedroom. It seems to leak. Furthermore, there is continuous-interval mechanical sound in the back wall of other bedroom. Perhaps from some equipments? The sound is a bit loud for evening sleep.

It was very spacious, perfect for a couple. The staff delivered us breakfast every morning as it was included in the booking. Location was pretty good being close to markets and grocery stores.

The villa didn’t have much space for parking and was right on the edge of a busy road. The tap in the kitchen had a very slow flow of water come out and the drain was super rusty. On the right hand side of the bed there was a dip in the mattress making it a little hard to sleep at times. One of the staff members asked me to pay for breakfast during our stay so I left to the room to confirm on my booking if breakfast was included or not and when I returned to reception, a different staff member confirmed that it was included in the booking so a little bit of confusion there.
