There is staff available 24/7, the villa has an amazing pool, is super cheap and in a prime location. Also, the place provided a lot of free water, the bathroom is amazingly designed and finally, the AC and wifi work perfectly.

The owners had 2 dogs. Now, I love dogs, but these dogs were annoying (if you forgot the front door open, they would come in during the morning hours and sometimes scratch at the door). There was even one occasion where the dogs had bitten all the pillows outside and torn them apart!

you must book the deluxe villa. so much nicer and love the private pool. very secluded and staff are very helpful

Looking a bit tired in places. Lampshade next to bed in room 1 very dirty & worn. Needs replacing

The location of the property is great. It is located off a the main eat street in seminyak and is very quiet. The room was as the pictures showed and the pool was excellent. The room had all the features one would need, air con, good wifi, and a comfy bed. It was easy walking distance to all the main sights around Seminyak, and staff were always smiling when walking around the property. Would stay at this property again when visiting Bali.

Some general wear and tear in the room, like some wall paper pealing off the wall, but that was very minor. No buffet breakfast, but knew that already so not a big bother.

We had the 2-bedroom pool villa with 2 A/C bedrooms both with bathrooms and a common outdoor living area. Although in the middle of buzzing Seminyak, the villa was away from the main street so still quiet and relaxing. Nice pool, 4 sun beds and fast wifi. Friendly staff.

No pool towels provided. Also, the booking site shows a mix of pictures of all available accommodations of the property: the premium villa, the 2-bedroom poolvilla, the maisonette/duplex poolvilla the deluxe and the standard 1-bedroom poolvilla. Be aware which of the various accommodations you have booked so to match expectations.

Loved the location. So close to Seminyak but as soon as you walked to the villas you could not hear any street noise. We were in Villa 2 deluxe 1 bedroom. Also loved the privacy of villa pool with the high boundary fences. No one could look in. There was a large fridge/freezer to keep our drinks cold. Housekeeping came when you wanted your room cleaned. All comms were through easy whatsapp communication but the lovely receptionist (Tirta) made sure she introduced herself warmly at our convenience. We had one small issue with our aircon one night and it was fixed promptly while we were out.

All was fine with the accommodation venue. The constant barrage of soliciting in Seminyak was annoying. Whether it be for rides or 'other services'

The privacy, the peace and quiet, the friendly lovely staff, our private pool in our villa and the well manicured gardens.. The location is brilliant, right in the heart of busy Seminyak yet so quiet.

A few things could do with an update, such as the sun blinds, the lounge coverings and chipped paint on the coffee table.

Check in was a breeze, even late in the evening. The villa was lovely, and we were upgraded to a larger villa during our stay, which was even nicer. The pools were huge and wonderfully refreshing after a hot humid day of shopping and the rooms were large and comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to welcome us, and greet us each day, and provided invaluable assistance when needed.

Everything was wonderful, from the moment we checked in until checkout - there was nothing which we did not like.

Booked very last minute, fabulous staff, lovely well maintained gardens and surrounds. Got free upgrade to the deluxe 2 bedroom villa, huge clean pool with easy access steps. Massive bedroom and clean comfy bed, room serviced each day. Big bathroom and shower area, although no extractor so it was like walking into a sauna every time you needed the loo😉. Clean white towels provided. Air con not cold enough for me to cool down such a huge bedroom, so i bought a desk fan for the bedside, which solved the issue. Beautiful outdoor area with plenty of space to sit. Quality furnishings for the most part. Nice decor. Would book again. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It's good value for a short stay.

No tea, coffee, sugar provided. Cups and a kettle but no tea☹️. The kitchen sponge was disgusting ( maybe change for new after each guest has left..they are only a few cents each) The pump action plastic container for dishwashing liquid was so brittle that it smashed in my hands when I tried to use it. Again, small things that could easily be addressed. The outdoor roller blinds were mouldy and disgusting, not pleasant to look at. But that said, overall the place was in good condition.

This is about our fourth stay at Heliconia, it’s close to eat street in Seminyak, but down a tree lined lane way (with turning point at reception) Snoopy and Jenny (the gorgeous puppies welcome you and love having scratches, the hustle and bustle of the street is a distant sound. Tirta at reception is a gem.

We were in a different villa (2) from where we have previously stayed and the pillows in this one were quite high, the linen as always is lovely. No breakfast is offered, however there are many restaurants within walking distance that do.
