The staff are wonderful but the villas are looking very old now and a bit dirty. Need a face lift. My room had tiny ants in my bed a few nites which we had to spray and clean up. B/fast served in our room needs a class in presentation as it was food on a flat. This could do with a full upgrade. The villas are charging. Huge amount per nite and we stayed else where and food was 100% better quality. Can’t flat your pools or service but will look for something else as we felt $4+ for 7 nites was getting to high

The service and pool

Location was excellent being a short walk to the main street of Seminyak, staff were friendly and accommodating. Property was very well maintained, and breakfast daily was delicious. The accommodation cost was excellent value for money

I would have liked flywire's or something on the windows so that we could open them, rather than constantly relying on air-conditioning. Similar to majority of the villas in Bali, the tiles are slippery when coming from a wet surface. Inhouse laundry service fee was excessive.

Clean, spacious, peaceful with an amazing private pool, very helpful and friendly staff. Room service food was delicious and loved the in house cooked breakfast each day. The shuttle service to the shops and markets was very handy also! We really enjoyed our stay thank you.

Air conditioning unit was too small in the villa and not adequate to cool the room well. I suggest a large unit or a second unit should be installed in bedroom to make your guests more Cooler and comfortable when sleeping.

Firstly my family and I would like to thank all staffs including the security who are very courteous and helpful especially Ms Eka,Ms Rika,Ms Yusma,Mr Agung and Mr Wahyu.They have gone the extra mile to help us. They really made our day during our stay.Thank you for the birthday surprise cake for me.Will come back again.

It was my 3rd time staying at bvilla and I honestly wouldn’t ever stay anywhere else. Location is good. Staff are so friendly, food is excellent, very generous sized pool and lovely rooms. I love waking up to a delicious breakfast each morning. And having the spa on site is wonderful Highly recommend.

Nothing, cannot fault it.

The pool in the villa was great. The villa was very spacious and big enough for a large group of 4 adults and 4 kids. May be just enough for 3 families. The morning breakfast had limited options but was prepared fresh and tasted great. This villa is located i the heart of seminyak and is just a walt to the seminyak flee market, seminyak village, and other shops. It's very close to eatouts such as W Hotel and Kude ta. Over service was great and the staff were fast and courteous.

The breakfast menu becomes a bit boring if you're staying there for over 4 days as the same options are repeated. The roo.s can get very hot during summer, and open areas can not be used during the day due to lack of fans. The ACs give up when the heat gets better of them. In-house food menu has very small portions for the high price. Would not recommend.

The Villa and the pool were fantastic for our family of 5. In the Heart of Seminyak but also felt super secluded and peaceful. Christina, Dewa, Giri and the rest of the team were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us.

Nothing…if you have an issue with something just let the team know. Easy.

I like it’s a complex with lots of staff who helped with anything we needed but we had our own provider space. Breakfast was great and it was quiet and felt very safe. kept immaculate and terrific location too

Everything was fantastic! Great layout, set back from the street and very quiet generally.

Sometimes a bit of noise from a neighbouring property, but rarely and beyond the control of bvilla.

One of the best features of this property was the lovely staff. They couldn't do enough for us and no question was a problem. Room service food was great!

Nothing wrong with the villas, but we were there at Christmas which was too busy. Luckily the villa had everything we need and didn't really need to leave!
