The villa and staff were amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely breakfasts every morning. It was an easy walk to the main shops and not far away from the mall and markets. There is a small convenience shop across the road for quick supplies and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk. The villa was clean and a relaxing place to stay.

The staff were truly amazing nothing was to hard and they contributed to our amazing time in Bali. We loved the location everything was walking distance the property was beautiful.

The mosquitos were really bad however the staff did provide spray. The kitchen cupboards could have been cleaned a little better but this in no way affected our stay.

We spent a week here and could easily have stayed longer. The staff here are absolutely lovely. We particularly bonded with the team that cooked our yummy breakfasts and were on hand to help with cleaning and random requests :) Absolute superstars! The layout of the villas is so great with each bedroom having their own bathroom and access directly to the pool. The pool and surrounding deck area was so nice for relaxing by. Bliss!

Mother nature hehe aka those bloody mosquitoes! We got bitten to smithereens but this wasn’t helped by the fact that we couldn’t really spray mozzie spray because of little ones. On the plus side we loved all the birds, geckos and frogs. A huge hit!

Service was great. The staff contacted us to confirm our time of arrival and was very accommodative of our needs. I enjoyed sitting in the balcony at daytime for quick work and a cup of coffee.

The bathroom tap was loose and the fridge provided in the rooms were not cold enough at the lowest setting. Some rooms came with bottled water and others didn't, but the staff was happy to provide additional water as needed. The place is relatively small, but sufficient for stay.

Second stay at this amazing accommodation. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great and convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful large clean pool which was the perfect temperature. Amazing breakfast included. Would stay here a third time!

Fully air-conditioned living , dining and bedrooms! Awesome pool size with lots of deck chairs. Simple and good breakfast daily and all the staff were super nice and friendly! Clean and comfortable bed!

Lots of mosquitos The stagnant water outside the room might be the cause. But glad that the staff provide mosquito coil, in room wall plug and spray for us!

The pool was exceptional, the villa was laid out beautifully and the location in the heart of Seminyak was excellent. Staff were also always very friendly.

At the time we stayed, there was massive rats running all around the garden/pool area coming in and out from under the deck/patio connected to the main bedroom and the mosquito coils were never lit so quite a few of them were buzzing around inside the villa even though we kept the doors fully closed at all times. Hopefully as the property recovers more from Covid and more staff can be hired to look after the place these things will be better taken care of.

Breakfast was good with the staff being very attentive to our needs. Even served up birthday cakes for 2 of my family members without us informing them prior to our visit. Cleanliness of the villa is very good. Would recommend staying here for a big family. Villa provided a baby high chair for my toddler, which was very helpful during meal times.

Water pressure was not strong, and water heater takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that, everything was good in the villa.

Great breakfast freshly cooked every day and table beautifully set.

Needs a microwave oven and much bigger garbage bin when 8 people stay

The pool was beautiful and spacious. the villa design is modern and nice. room is spacious, staff is helpful. staff response quickly whenever there was a problem.

hot water facilities, 2 rooms didn’t get hot water when shower, and the pressure of the water is very little. even there was hot water, the water temperature fluctuated….. may be the water boiler is not working probably
