Great location. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Spacious. Clean. Helped manage the mosquitos- coils, nightly spraying and fogging. Would definitely stay again (when the building/maintenance work is finished).

Lots of building/maitenance work going on in the other villas- very noisy which made it difficult to fully switch off and relax. Would have liked to have been informed of this prior to the stay, to be able to make a decision on whether to keep the booking (we stayed for 11 nights).

From beginning to end staff were really friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We spend our honeymoon here at the Kons villa. The villa was big enough to have a separate living room and kitchen, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom was so big with a big bath tub and separated shower. Staff cleaned our villa everyday, and made sure at night someone will spray mosquito repellent every night. During our stay we had a Balinese massage which was so relaxing and soothing. Location was great not too far from airport, seminyak village shopping centre, and seminyak Beach. Had an amazing stay thanks to wawan, newan, Dewa, perdana, the lovely two lady’s at the reception and other staff that I didn’t mention forgot names but thank you for welcoming us and making our stay above and beyond.

Just amazing accomodation. Peaceful , quiet and relaxing facilities where you can switch off and enjoy a break. This was our first time at The Kon’s Villa, and after 8 trips, we have found a place that we will always return to. The staff were friendly, helpful and supportive!

Absolutely everything, the staff were amazing and so accomodating. The room was comfortable and clean with no faults. Location in Seminyak was perfect, so many great food and shopping places around and only about 5 minutes from the beach. If you stay definitely make use of the in room massages it’s an absolutely beautiful and relaxing experience. The rooms get re-cleaned every day which is so handy. If you ever need anything the staff are onto it straight away! You can get in room breakfast every morning which we did once but then decided to venture out around to closer cafes on the same street for some variety!

We had to pay for breakfast and there were only 2 options. So you pretty much eat the same thing everyday . We accidentally broke a glass and got charged a hefty price to replace it. We hired a motorbike from the villas and were wrongly accused of having an accident and damaging the bike, they even sent me photos to my mobile phone. Not to mention we rode past 4 staff when we came back from taking the bike out any time of the day. When we went to speak to them and ask what was going on, suddenly it was all sorted out and we didn’t need to worry and it was never mentioned again

Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful experience at our Villa! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping etc.,each person we encountered was warm, helpful and dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The Villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the level of care and hospitality shown by the entire team. We highly recommend The Kon’s Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. We will definitely come back. Thanks again to all employees 🙏🏼♥️

We loved our stay here. All the staff were wonderful and the villa was superb! The location was close to the main strip on foot. I could have stayed a whole month!

The only downside was the internet kept dropping in and out while I was trying to work which was frustrating.

stunning villa and literally took my breathe away when I walked in after a long journey. large spacious modern and very clean.

We enjoyed the separate living/kitchen area and the bedroom with ensuite toilet! Kitchen was well equipped! We didn't have butter and so we called reception to ask if they have any, and they delivered! The pool was also clean for a dip any time! During housekeeping, the villa staff ensured they clear all the fallen leaves in the pool. At night, they also do their rounds to spray insect repellent in the living and bedroom. Their buggy services also sent us out to the nearest convenience store to get some groceries for cooking. Exceptional service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again! One of the best villa near retail shops, eateries and convenience stores.

Would be good for housekeeping team to check with the reception if guests are in the villa or not before entering the villa to spray the insect repellent in the evening. One of the evening while we were resting in the bedroom, we heard someone trying to open our bedroom door (thankfully we locked it), and it turns out to be housekeeping. That was the only unpleasant moment we had during our 4 night stay here.

Absolutely amazing property! Could not recommend this place enough. The villa was incredible and the staff were even more incredible.
